Great location for coffee drinks! Carlos is super friendly and will help explain and find a great selection. Their drip coffee is actually made by way of a pour over. I drink black coffee and found both the house blend and Ethiopia to have a lot of flavor. So glad I found TRIO COFFEE and plan to be back.

Came here with my sister to grab some coffee and we ended up purchasing one of their T-shirt’s too. The staff is so friendly, they made conversation with us and were kind enough to let me try their nitro cold brew before my purchase. Would definitely recommend this spot to others!

Beautiful place! I just found it this morning and I'm currently sitting here still. The decor is something you would find in New York or Europe and has an amazing urban feel to it, the picture of the drink I posted is their "bourbon maple latte"and it's so good,couldn't taste the bourbon that much. Carlos the owner and employee is more than happy to answer any questions you have about any of the coffee's (matter of fact he's explaining to a customer as I'm sitting here writing this)on their menu which is extensive, they do smart pay if you wanted to pay with your phone. All the employees are super friendly and love to chat, if you come here regularly they get to know you and call you by name which is awesome and even will remember your order (if you come here enough). Will be coming back again most definitely.

I love supporting family owned businesses, and Trio has definitely earned the support. They are very consistent with the quality of coffee they serve. The staff is very laid back and know what they're doing. Great place to go and hang out with friends, do homework, or just to have a nice cup of coffee.

This is a cute and cozy coffee shop with lots of space to dine and sit. I had a 16 ounce Americano. Quite tasty. Though some of their seats are pretty worn down and need better padding.

Trio is ok. I would go back to try something else but I got the cortado. Starbucks is better I think. This one is strong, bitter, almost… a touch of sour? I also got a bourbon maple latte. I can taste the base coffee flavor which is good but not earth shattering. Can’t taste much bourbon at all, mild maple. I’ll finish it, but probably won’t order it again. Over all, the base coffee flavor is a great foundation. But I must have not ordered the right drink this time. I’ll be back to try something else. I believe this was a mild, first-time miss. Now, the customer service? TOP NOTCH. The staff and environment was very pleasant and welcoming. I’d come back just for that. Small suggestion- I know you save money on generic cups, but a little branding is a nice touch.

I enjoyed my time here! I had an excellent cortado that was presented on a custom dish, there was a great selection of craft beans, and tasteful decor as well! The location, however, is small and there isn't always enough seating or room if you want to get work done. So for the coffee and espresso enjoyers I would say that this place is absolutely worth your time to visit and regular at. But for those looking for a study spot or maybe a place to catch up with people I would find a little more spacious location.

So this place has good coffee. However, there is one consistent problem which is the temperature of the drinks. I like my coffee more on the hot side so I've learned that I have to ask for extra hot so that it is even warm. Today I ordered a hot chocolate and an extra hot mocha. We received both of them and they were barely room temperature- even a 13-year-old said the hot chocolate was almost cold. There were other customers waiting on their drinks so I didn't want to ask for a redo even though this is a consistent problem. It is not okay having to chug your drink down because in less than 3 minutes it's stone cold. Do I need to specify actual temperature to get a coffee that is drinkable? It's just aggravating when it's an issue every single time and you pay that kind of money for something to enjoy.

Usually don’t pay attention but one time paid attention and received worst experience. Ordered 16oz and paid premium for their Chemex but barely even got 12oz (medium size) and the worst part is how they responded - Take it or leave it and we will refund. That's not to be expected at all.

Ordered a matcha it was meh! The service though was uncomfortable. I felt Kate’s attitude super poor and like she just didn’t want to be bothered. So sad :( not a place I’d go again or recommend Response to owner: I genuinely wouldn’t go out of my way to leave a poor review for no reason. I felt what she was doing was performative. Pretending to be nice it actually made me feel uncomfortable. I could feel her energy and vibe. Take care as well.
