Absolutely fantastic bagel spot found🥯Superb service with on fire grilled guys ready your hot food in a second. Delicious and fresh spreads from Lox to blueberry. I highly recommend!

Jewel Bagels is a gem of a Bagel restaurant in Queens. Amiable staff. Fast, efficient service with a smile. They even honored a military discount. May Hashem bless their endeavors. The iced coffee is fantastic too!

Owner is the nicest!!! Delicious food, big portions, great service, and just a beautiful store! Every time I come in they are super sweet! They only want to make customers happy. I ordered something thinking it was something else and owner brought me what I wanted immediately when he saw I was confused. They care about their customers. Will visit more often!!!!

Open wide seating areas with a lot of options on what to eat. Perfect family brunch place but we took our lox bagel to go. I wish the salmon had a more smokey flavor but overall it was good, maybe it needed salt? Everyone was very friendly.

This is a PROPER NYC bagel. Walked into this story and it was spacious and felt safe ordering my food from them. All staff wore masks and spoke loud enough so you can communicate your order with them. I got an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and the cream cheese ratio to bagel size was perfect. The coffee would use a little help but they did have almond mike as an option! Which I was very surprised about. Overall, I would come back here for bagels and spreads!

I ordered on uber eats, and the bagels are so tough, and they barely put any cream cheese. Very cheap with the fillings, and the prices are higher than they should be for what they give. Also the tuna sandwich had the thinnest layer of tuna!!! This place is a joke.

I arrived at the place at 3:54 PM and they close at 5. The person at the register, who had a very rude attitude, didn’t even say hello—he immediately told me they didn’t have enough bagels because they were closing soon. I mentioned that closing time was still over an hour away, but he repeated that they didn’t have bagels because they were closing. Why call yourselves a bagel place if, an entire hour before closing, you no longer have the main product you sell?

I had a super bad experience with this store. First if all, no wifi offered. Very old looking store, Then i ordered the special fish and chips. They basically cheated on me. Instead of providing two pieces of fish on fries and coleslaw, they gave me just a single small breaded fish fillet on oily fries without coleslaw. That is a dishonest way of making profit out of customers pocket

We went on Sunday morning around 8:30am. Ordered the Jewel platter and a Shakshouka. The eggs in the shakshouka were hard. The sauce was watery. It actually tasted like watered down Ragu. They fixed the order with softer eggs when it was brought to their attention. The bagels were ok. There’s definitely much better in the area. The tables were very dirty. There’s a lot of staff standing behind the counter acting like they’re busy, but the place was not busy at all. The guys were screaming, “next next next” They don’t give you a moment to look at the menus above. They create a terrible atmosphere. The worse part is that I left my pouch with my wallet. i called within minutes to inform them. some guy screamed in the phone that he was too busy and that I needed to come back and find it myself. I was already on my way over there and I was back within minutes. My purse was not where I had left it. I asked the guys behind the counter. They act like they knew nothing about it. I asked the customers that was sitting near where my pouch had been . It turns out they found it and were nice enough to return it to the guys behind the counter. When I went back to the counter and asked about it again, they said they didn’t have it, and when I informed them that the guys that were sitting there had told me they had given it to them, and I was about to call the police-then all of a sudden they found it right away. This place is a disgrace.

This places food is so mid and on top of that the service is horrible. The workers there are so nasty. They give their stank attitude anytime you call or go in person. Only nice people are the only woman who works there and the younger guy with the beard. Main st bagels is better

Visited this bagel spot again yesterday for a Tuna sandwich and pancakes as well as an iced coffee. I ordered via their preferred online method on their website. I arrived at their designated time and my iced coffee was still not ready. This was okay and I didn’t mind. 2-3 minutes later, I get into my car and checked the pancakes and noticed that $6 worth of paid extras was no where to be found. I ordered blueberries, bananas and extra chocolate chips for the pancakes but none of it was on the pancakes except for the normal amount of chocolate chips. I called jewel, a gentleman answered and I explained the situation to him and he apologized and said he would refund me the $6 to the card I purchased with. Additionally, they added powdered sugar to the pancakes which I did NOT check off when placing the order. I still have yet to see an adjustment to my order and when I called to follow up they said they don’t remember :/ I am also a bit surprised that $16 pancakes w/blueberry/chocolate/banana) came with only one side of syrup for three pancakes. This is just embarrassing. Overall quality of the food is good but what does that matter when they don’t include things you pay for and then their customer service is abysmal.
