What a beautiful lounge. Large and comfortable. Many seating options. Service is exceptional. Food is great.
The Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club in Terminal B of LaGuardia Airport is hands down the most stunning, top-notch airport lounge I’ve ever experienced. They gladly accepted my Priority Pass, and the experience was worth every penny. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The food and drink offerings are exceptional—delicious meals paired with premium drink selections that truly elevate the lounge experience. But what really sets this place apart are the extras: complimentary facial treatments and cozy rest pods, which make unwinding before a flight a total pleasure. This lounge offers everything you need to relax, refresh, and indulge. I honestly can’t say enough about how much I enjoy visiting here every time I travel. Highly recommend!
M so intrigued by the services, food options offered by the Chase Sapphire lounge. The one in LGA was even better than the one i have tried in Boston. There were lot of food options, drink options, very relaxing. I had to go to Centurion Lounge as there was a wait to get in. And guess what i was very disappointed with Centurion lounge. So i came out and waited to get in Sapphire lounge. And had a good experience.
Visited the chase sapphire lounge at LGA terminal B recently for an afternoon flight and I was not disappointed. The entry was smooth, the staff was friendly and the food options were decent. I can imagine that they get overwhelmed during the peak hours but I appreciate the cleanliness and the constant refilling of food on the counters.
By far the most chic airport lounge. I look forward to coming to La Guardia to get an hour in this oasis. Its quiet, calm, spread out and well designed. I’m also a Admiral Club member and when available I will choose Sapphire lounge 10/10 times. The service is attentive and available you nearly forget you are in the airport.
Every place has its own rhythm — and here, everything seems to flow in harmony with life itself. ✨ Beautiful space, delicious food, smooth service — and that rare feeling when even the smallest detail feels intentional. 🌿☕️ 🌍 While waiting for my flight, I met a vibrant girl from India — full of life and curiosity. We laughed, played a spontaneous game, and somehow turned a delay into a spark of joy. 🎲💬 These moments remind me that adventure happens when you’re open. Not because life is perfect — but because you bring light with you. To travel is to meet parts of yourself in others, unexpected and true. 🚀🌅
Clean and neat but crowded. Difficult to find out the table/seat if you enter 10am to 7pm . The food is very delicious and impressive . Comfortable to work. I order my dinner via lounge portal bao bun is very convenience , they will bring the food to your table. You wont disappointed. Loved
This is the best airport lounge I have ever visited! I went to this lounge for the first time before my 9 AM flight. My husband was leaving on his at 7am so I knew I'd have some extra time to "hang" here & I was not disappointed! There was no waiting period to enter this lounge - maybe because it was so early- 5:45 am when I visited. The food spread was very impressive. Every breakfast drink & fancy coffee you could think of. I even ordered a hot breakfast bao bun to my table. I didn’t go to the bar — mostly because 6am was a too early for alcohol, but trust me people were partaking and the bartenders were serving cocktails & bloody marys that early! The staff were friendly, helpful, & professional and explained the areas & options to me. You take the elevator to the 4th floor off the terminal hallway. Bathrooms were spacious & clean. It felt like I was in a spa for the 3 hours I spent here. It was so beautiful clean & relaxing! I belong to Centurion & Cap 1 lounges as well & this Chase lounge is by far the BEST! You can reserve special rooms for a fee & spa facials ahead of time too - the hours on those are like 9am-8am so I didn't have time this trip. If I come to NYC, I will definitely allow more time to visit this lounge again!
Used this lounge for the first time before my 10 AM flight, and honestly… wow. For a second I thought I’d accidentally wandered into one of those fancy international lounges where they whisper your name and hand you champagne. Unlike the JFK lounge, there was no lines or waiting period to enter this lounge The food spread? Impressive. Beverage options? Chef’s kiss. I didn’t hit the bar — mostly because 9:30 AM felt a little early to be making life choices — but that Sapphire specialty drink was definitely calling my name. Maybe next time I’ll answer. Staff were friendly, professional, and didn’t give me the “you don’t belong here” look, which is always a plus. Hoping management keeps this place as clean, calm, and classy as it is now — because this is exactly what an airport lounge should feel like: a mini vacation before the vacation.
Entrance is small, but there’s always someone there to welcome you, and if busy, to take down yr cell to be put on a waitlist. The few times we visited, the longest we waited was 5 min. After receiving yr text proceed past the entrance to the elevators down to lower level to check in. In my opinion, the best airport lounge in NY. Beautiful, retro like design incorporating modern lines accented by warm wood throughout…an absolute pleasure visually. Service is top notch-staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Depends on what you order, food can be hit or miss but majority was excellent.
The Sapphire Lounge at LGA is one of the best lounges I’ve been to. Staff are welcoming and attentive. Food was excellent, especially the ratatouille pimento which I couldn’t stop eating. Buffet items were good, and you can also order burgers, noodles and pasta from their menu. They also serve dishes curated by Joseph Leonard which makes it feel like dining at a real restaurant. Drinks are another highlight. Apotheke handles the cocktails and Parcelle curates the wine list, so quality is top notch. The bar can even customize drinks however you like. They also offer free facials that include red light therapy and a small skincare kit, which was a unique touch. Overall, amazing food, great drinks and excellent service. Better than many meals I’ve paid for in New York. If you have access, don’t miss it. Sharing my travel experiences here, follow me for more real reviews on where to go and where not to go.
In one sentence this is the best Airport Longue in entire USA 🇺🇸 Let me back up my statement..I have been to this Chase Sapphire lounge atleast 25 times this year so I can vouch for the consistency they maintain and also went at all kinds of hours, earliest being 5.15 am and last 8.30pm so tried everything from breakfast to lunch to dinner and everything in between 😬 ✅Location of it is very easy to find and there’s usually staff member at the entrance to assist you.You take the elevator and go down for the Lounge. 😇The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming with lots of enthusiasm.props for always being so kind and welcoming. 🥳The ambience is very luxurious with different kinds of seating availability for all kinds of travelers in the two storied area.Kid friendly areas available too. There are ample charging points and wifi is fast and connecting is super easy 🧖🏻♀️👑Coming to the best part…The Facial…availability of the slot is based on availability so book your a lot as soon as you enter the longue using the QR code.Go to spa area 5 mins before your appointment time and they will give you a questionnaire and check you in.Its a 15 min travel facial with cleansing, toning, face mask..aestheticians are very good and give their best. After the facial you are given a small travel gift set of cosmetics to take with you.You come out of it all pampered so do try it . 🍔 You can order Food and beverages through the QR code on the table and they will be served in 10 mins.Salmon and fries are good, not a fan of impossible burger and brownie. 🍹Cocktails are really good.Tried almost all of them and maybe disliked one.Sapphire is my fav.Love the presentation of all the cocktails 🍸 feels so luxe unlike in some airport longues where they just mix vodka+orange juice and call it a day 😋.I have pics of cocktails from multiple visits, will try to attach if I manage to find them 🍳There’s always buffet served with all kinds of food choices and I am surprised with how healthy most of them are. There’s salad(kale salad was so good),chicken, tuna, pasta, rice and 5-6 dessert bites and there’s biscotti always, both plain and chocolate ☕️4 coffee machines keep you caffeinated enough and hydration is on point with many options 😇Staff working here are really very friendly, detail oriented, quick and helpful. Overall this lounge has been a great addition for me to not hate traveling as much (used to hate to come to Laguardia airport before this). It’s not an exaggeration when I tell you that I now choose my flights based on this to come to Laguardia as I like this more than the one at JFK.
A definite competitor to the Amex lounges and feels more upscale. That said, at busy times, the wait to get food delivered to your table can be quite long so make sure to time your visits accordingly. Their are childrens' play areas, a full service bar, grab and go food stations, and some decent coffee options. I did not try their showers or massage options. Wish they opened more such lounges especially now that Chase increased their yearly fee for the Sapphire Reserve card by 45% to $795!!!
I was really impressed with the quality and variety of the food , service and ambiance at the Chase Sapphire Lounge at LGA. This is exactly the kind of competition airport lounges needed. For US based lounges, this is the best I have experienced by far, it was not crowed inside, with enough and comfortable seating, it looked so spacious. A true lounge. This particular location has 2 floors, with the food and bar located on the lower level. The food options are individually served on small bowls which reduces the waste. As for the quality, most dishes were really good. My favorite ones were the kale salad, yellow rice with beef and the farro. They also have larger items on demand, which you order through a QR code, such as salmon and burger. I tasted the burger and it was pretty decent, a bit dry and too well done for me, but I think it was good enough. Looking forward for the next experience at one of the other Chase Sapphire lounges.
I had a fantastic experience at the Chase Sapphire Lounge in LaGuardia—honestly one of the best airport lounges I’ve visited in the U.S. The space is beautifully designed, with a modern yet cozy ambiance that immediately makes you forget you’re in an airport. Soft lighting, curated decor, and a calm atmosphere—it’s the kind of place where you actually want to spend a layover. The seating is well thought out, with plenty of options depending on your mood—whether you're looking to work, eat, or just relax. But the real winner? The deep lounge chairs by the windows. Super comfortable, perfectly angled for relaxing or reading, and with a great view of the runway. I could’ve stayed there for hours. Now the food—wow. This isn't your standard lounge fare. The gourmet burgers were a highlight—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. There was also a solid selection of other hot and cold dishes, but I found myself going back for a second burger (no shame!). Everything tasted fresh and felt high quality. Staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and everything—from check-in to seating—felt smooth and well-managed. Overall, this lounge really raises the bar. If you have Sapphire Reserve and you're flying out of LaGuardia, do yourself a favor and stop in. You won’t regret it.
This lounge was one of the best airport lounges I’ve visited. It lives up to the true premium brand that Chase Sapphire Lounge aspires to be. The food was mediocre. Their menu offered unique dishes that were available as buffet or “made to order” that you could order from your table. Unfortunately, none of the dishes I’ve tried were above average in terms of taste. Where this lounge shined though was with their service, aesthetic atmosphere, and the varieties of beverages they offered. This was one of the few lounges where you could order through your mobile phone and have a service worker bring out your food or drink. Also, their signature cocktails as well as locally inspired beverages were phenomenal and unique.
Such a nice and pretty lounge! Lots of space and decent options to choose from. Priority pass can only get the pass holder in once a year, if you have chase sapphire you can bring 2 guests with the card holder. Ordering from the menu was better than the food options they have out on the table. Overall a nice lounge experience at the airport. You can also sign up for a facial, which seems cool (my flight was too early so they didn't start yet)
Pretty good. Compared to Amex centurion and the newish Delta lounges, this is smaller and more intimate. Probably a bit fancier. The cocktail menu is definitely more artisanal and stepped up compared to the others. Food choices are far more limited though, as half of the buffet was out of commission while i was there, and most of the coffee/water taps were not functional. It's also more expensive to bring a visitor here, $75 vs $50 extra at other similar lounges. It's good but not so much better that I'm considering dropping my amex platinum for a chase sapphire card just to get in here. (Amex platinum gets you in here once per calendar year)
A muted “last days of Sodom” hysteria hangs over the elegant, opulent Chase Sapphire lounge at LGA, a most welcome player in the lounge game now that they’ve been discovered by the pajama-clad hoi polloi. This lounge is more akin to the incredible spaces found all over Asia. While it’s not quite Hong Kong, it makes other American lounges look like overcrowded port-a-potties. Sapphire cardholders whose annual fee just nearly doubled can take solace in the warm recessed lighting, plentiful cushy seating, and multiple room options in the large bi-level space expanding from a central bar serving up cocktails, wine, and beer in gorgeous beveled glassware. Even at 7 a.m. And not only take solace, but also advantage, especially of the steady stream of dishes. Travelers who don’t know when they might next see food may want to follow the example of the couple I saw assemble enough for three full meals—which indeed was the intention, as most of it went into paper cups for the onward journey. A few menu items can be ordered via QR code directly to table, but I didn’t notice any difference in quality between them and the buffet plates. Everything I tried was good, streets ahead of a standard lounge offering. As a former New Yorker I was disappointed in the coffee program, having read that NY’s own Joe Coffee was behind it; while Joe provides the beans, they’re mulched by fritzy automated machines that might look fancier than what our parents used to enjoy, but which concoct sour, bitter, watery, just awful espresso drinks. And I realize the following comment comes awfully close to Woody Allen’s “the food here is awful and such small portions,” but during a recent three-hour stay every machine in the house was out of oat milk. Few things could bring about the end of civilization as we know it, but one of them might be an oat milk outage. As it is in out in the city, here too a stable of attentive people of color rush around tending to the endless needs of a largely white clientele. While there appears to be ample staff to handle even the most harried and jet-lagged traveler, what may be lacking is more consistent attention to the aforementioned coffee-machines, and water stations and other self-serve devices, several of which were either out of something essential to their function, on the blink, or down for the count, like the carbonated water wand, which just blew air. Luckily the adjacent mini fridge was full of Spindrifts. Try the Pamplemousse, it’s delicious. So to our current era of luxury but crumbling high rises and expensive private armies we can add select quiet oases in bustling airports that help us forget our troubles and come on get happy, at least until the next flight.
Not a great experience. I've been to many airport lounges but not one as u organized as this one. I came here and literally walked aprund the entire lounge , 2 floors for a half hour just trying to find a seat. Other people were doing the same. Why let so many people in? Its better to have people wait then have people walking around like crazy people with nowhere to sit. Its embarrassing and ridiculous. When I finally found a seat, I out my bags down and went to get some food. I came back and some guy told me. Oh he already ordered food for this seat. Meanwhile there was no belongings there or anything. So I took my tray of food and in my lap and sat between one of the tables for another half hour until someone across the room left and hurried over to grab the empty table. Wasn't a great experience and I definitely would not return. I will stick to the Amex Lounge. There is also very limited food choices here. Only options to order were a burger or fish... and buffet options were super limited as well. However what they did offer was tasty.
5 for ambience, 1 for food The Sapphire Lounge is a benchmark on ambience and on how to ruin the experience on food and beverage. At the time of my visit, there was no coke zero or Diet Coke. The coffee has a tremendously acidic taste. Who picked the coffee? There was No hot food (see video). The food one could order was limited to… a brownie! (See photo). I realize that in North America we don’t have a selection of good hot food at lounges. Unless we travel with European (Virgin, Lufthansa, Swiss, Turkish) or Asian (Emirates) ones.
