Tip: If you're sensitive to spice, be cautious when ordering the blazing hot wings, as there's a significant jump in spiciness from the lower levels.

Good customer service with little to no wait time. Our server (Annie) was extremely nice and made sure our table was cared for. Give that girl a raise! Definitely will come back.
My wife and i have been coming here often lately for to try all the hot wings flavors and the burgers. Food has been really good. I learned to order the wings wet for the extra saucy wings. Its our spot for wings and burgers
Had a great time with my son. Just stopped for a quick bite. They were not allowed to have inside seating because of the virus stuff going on right now. The patio was a great option. Staff was very attentive.
Very nice visit. Bar tenders were super nice. Put my game request on right away. Food was great. (You get less wings in California than you do in Michigan FYI) good stuff. Happy hour prices help.
Wasn't sure what to expect after reading some of the recent reviews, but I had no issues during my visit. It was a slow lunch hour, but our server, Tiara, was friendly and helpful. Food was hot and on time. Very nice experience.
Great bartender, great waiter/waitress... They are always happy, punctual and forthcoming. All smiles and very present each and every time I come in. Very down to earth, and it would seem, just my opinion they are all easy on the eyes too. :)
Came here with a friend for the unlimited wing deal for $20. I wish the wings had more sauce and were a little warmer but the food overall was really good. No attitude from the server when asked for more wings. I hope they keep this deal going
My kids are fanatics for wings. Pretty much every restaurant we go to, if they have wings on the menu, they order them. They’re always trying to get us to go to BWW. I really enjoy the Folsom restaurant, and the Arden fair restaurant, I’m just not really interested in eating wings all the time. The kids bullied me into going to the folsom restaurant tonight. I was not feeling it and not in the mood for chicken. I ordered the smashed bacon and hatch chili burger not expecting much, and goddamnit it was the best burger I’ve ever had. I’m kind of a burger nerd, prefer 5 guys and in and out to other fast food. If a new place opens and has good buzz I go. I’ve even ordered a 60$ Kobe burger at a place in Vegas. None of them came close to how good the BWW burger was. Juicy, flavorful, perfectly seasoned, the smash paddies cooked perfectly, and it was even easy to eat and didn’t make a mess. I highly recommend going to BWW and skipping the chicken.
I go there for the American cheese burger. It's the best I've had in a long time. The beer selection is more than adequate. After enjoying my burger and beer, I'll bring home an order of wings for later. Service is OK. I waited quite a while to get my food in. I think they want you to use the QR code instead of person to person. BWW, that's not the way I like to enjoy my evening out. Atmosphere is what you would expect. Half restaurant and half sports bar. It's clean and warm.
The wings were really good. The tacos were awesome. If you don't have a high spice tolerance, please don't chose the hot option. I took a bite out of my friend's hot wing and I was in the floor for like 30 minutes. It was still very tasty 10/10. Workers were very friendly and understanding.
You know, with bdubs a signature staple and catch phrases being if you love wings, beer, sports come here - it is amazing to still have a place as consistent as this. The staff here is much more pleasant than many others I’ve been which keeps us coming back. The management and the vibes are awesome. It’s better than a sports bar, you can bring your family, enjoy a game, and stay locked in to your appetizing meal. I’ve seen comments about service in the past but as far as I’m concerned it’s better than many other establishments in the area or offer similar foods.
This place gets hands down 5 stars. 5/19/25 I came in for the first time and my server was Alejandro and he has excellent service and same for a lady in a maroon shirt I think she might be a manager I didn't catch her name. These 2 staff made this visit worth coming back to and I recommend this place just for those 2 staff members. Well done.
great place to hangout, great staff too, but for those that think they can eat spicy food, think again before you order the blazing hot wings (hottest of all), the first and second spicy level have a hugeeeee gap in between in terms of spicyness, and i learned that the hard way (and sweaty too)
Your standard Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. Decent burger. The potatoe wedges are extra, but I can vouch for them, they are nice and crispy. I really wish I got the blue cheese that I requested, but overall service was great.
Sat in the bar area. Service is not bad but was initially a little confused on who was doing what. Only 3 stars for Atmosphere due to old projection TVs still in use. Lots of sports channels on, though. I'll be back again!
I like this location but not a fan of the parking lot. I've been here several times and it's a great place to watch games, have beer with friends and have off course try out the delicious flavors of wings. On Saturday, I ordered mango favored and garlic parmesan wings for a friend's house gathering. Everyone loved the chicken wings. I had pre-ordered prior to arriving. As promised within 20 minutes the wings were ready for pick-up. The service at the checkout line was fast and they offered extra ranch to go.
Awesome bartender, Will, totally made this experience one of the best times i have had in a while. Prompt fast service, sat at the bar and we were immediately served and Will talked with us and suggested a drink that my girlfriend loved. Had awesome conversation and at the same time was not the bartender that won't leave you alone and bugs you it was the perfect amount of friendliness and business. Made me a solid customer! I used to think of this place as just another spot, which it is but our bartender made in an extraordinary experience.
The staff here is very welcoming and happy to accommodate even the largest groups. Our waitress was so nice we all took a group photo with her! She and everyone else was happy and helpful for the full 2 hours we were there, sorry if we overrated our welcome!
Not a bad place. Came here late night. (Almost 11 pm) Server was a nice gentleman and friendly. Would have rated 5 stars, but had to send back boneless wings and ask for traditional instead. (Boneless wings were over cooked making them dry and a bit chewy) Our server got them switched out painlessly and the Manager apologized for the issue. Overall a good time and experience. Not upset about the mistake as things happen, and they fixed it quick and without making it feel like I was the bad guy. Will return, but may be a bit before I go boneless wings again.
Always an awesome late night choice. Whether you order in or order out, you are gonna be satisfied. I can't get over how delicious the Bourbon mustard wings are... I'm so happy they kept that flavor on the menu!
Great ambiance, many tvs to watch games is good for families and solo. There were some groups but not too crowded. Waitress was nice and knowledgeable.
Very good service the gentleman was very nice
I'm editing my review from a year ago: My visit this time was much better than the last. The staff weren't visibly overworked, and the boneless wings were vastly better. Our server obviously cared and apologized for our wings taking longer than usual. Before bringing them out to our table, she had apparently sent the originals back because they weren't up to standard. I appreciate her thinking about the needs of the customer first.
The wings are usually very good! A good amount of napkins were provided, lord knows I needed them. The fries are also seasoned very nicely. Service is friendly. Only complaint is that the quality of the chicken is rather inconsistent. One trip it'll be cooked to perfection, and a couple of weeks later it's rubbery. Sauces and dry rubs taste amazing, though.
Over all, it was okay. I may have went at a bad time but the sauce selection seemed very limited. I ended up getting some boneless pieces, and mozzarella sticks. The cost was pretty hefty for these two items, coming out over $25. The wings themselves were nice. Mozzarella sticks were also very nice. I think for take out, there are better options. However, if we weren't in a pandemic, I don't think there is a better place to go to watch the game and eat some good food.
Went at an odd time so it wasn't crowded. Staff was fine. The portions were great - ordered two medium baskets of wings and seemed to get medium+. Had a variety of different events on monitors, basketball, hockey and racing rather than all on one sport. Overall pretty good.
Good food and beer. The servers are attentive. Clean and inviting sports bar.
This location is usually pretty quick which is great for lunch. Orders have been mostly accurate with a few instances of neglect from the kitchen with salads in particular. Definitely has a whiff of that dirty-bar smell to it, but can't complain with crispy wings and tasty sauce. Service is usually prompt.
First off food was amazing we got the 6 for 19.99 deal which was an amazing deal. The only bad thing I have to say unfortunately was about our waitress. She was the only one working but there were only 3 tables and she was extremely slow to get our order, our sauces( we were done with our food before we got them, we had to eat it because it was getting cold.) and was very uninformative and Charged us for an extra drink. Very unsatisfied with the service.
I came here curious about why this Buffalo Wild Wings location has such low ratings on Yelp, especially since it was my first time eating here. From the start, the experience was great—we were greeted immediately and seated right away. Our server, Maddie, was super sweet and on top of everything. Even though there were only about nine minutes left for happy hour, she made sure to get our drinks and food orders in so we could still get the happy hour pricing. She checked on us regularly without being overbearing, and the food did not disappoint. The wings were hot, fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The condiments were solid, and the stuffed tater tots were a straight-up party in your mouth. About 15 minutes after we sat down, the place was packed, and it’s also a great spot to watch games with plenty of TVs. Honestly, I don’t understand the low ratings—my experience here was really good, and I’d definitely come back.
My visit here yesterday was really nice the server was excellent, got everything I wanted correct and each time had a new cold drink waiting for me, only thing I didn't like was the boneless wings were just over saturated with the Hot Sause making it like a over breaded grease ball but the bone in wings were perfect. I didn't favor the Spicy Slaw it really didn't compliment the spicy wings, fries, baby carrots and celery. Overall the location looked great and loved having plenty of great sports info and games to watch while eating the food Thank you!!
Food is always delicious and us consistently the same. It does not vary each time you visit which is great. Atmosphere is great. Lots of choices of sports to watch. Lots of great energy and guests are always friendly. Chances are you will meet a new friend! However, it is hit or miss if you get a good server. Some are attentive and will check on you others you will have to waive down or ask another server hurrying by. It is frustrating because if you ask for something that is not on the table you will likely never get it, that is why we don't frequent here more. The restaurant should spend more time training and hiring good servers! It would get more repeatable customers.
I love Buffalo Wings and this place has some of my favorite flavors. Tried two new flavors today the Buffalo Bleu and Golden Fire. Both really good. Will have to add to my rotation. As usual BWW is not the fastest place and always seems to be short servers. Will come back though.
First time going at this Folsom Ca. location and was happy to see that this restaurant stayed open til 12am so was happy after going to a show at nite near and feeling hugry an learning you got a place to tame your hunger. Had nice service, server was friendly, greeted with a smile, was happy after 10pm not alot diners were there on a Friday nite so got our order quick an was tasty. Full bar here plenty of seating an outdoor seating available too. Other food item besides appetizers and their famous wings of your chose. Good to dine alone or with crowd. Kids will enjoy it too. Plenty of screen TV's to watch your favorite sports.
Being a vegetarian I had very limited options to try at BWW, I know how you would feel why I went here at the first place but it has amazing display of sports! Also obviously they have amazing non vegetarian food and Tuesday and Thursday offers! There are limited seating due to Covid and one can always order online or take to go! See you again as this is my husband’s fav place 😀 Update: cauliflower wings in garlic Parmesan sauce is my new all time favorite 😍
Extremely dirty bathrooms- both men & women
Buffalo wild wings is a basic comfort food spot. A little disappointing when it comes to ordering drinks. You can only order 1 drink at a time. So if you wanted to have shot of an alcohol a.d maybe chase it with a beer you could not order it at the same time.
Good selection of wing sauces. Great deal for Tues BOGO free traditional wings. In my mind these are the only kind of good wings. Boneless wings are not wings. They are chicken nuggets or tenders. The service is slow here on several occasions at the tables. For about 10 min, saw no waiters or waitresses in the dining room. I think the bar had better service.
I wish I could have given this more stars, but the chicken wings were overcooked and chewy, though the sauces were delicious. The place wasn't very busy, but our service wasn't very good. We ate in the bar and were asked if we wanted a drink right away, but not asked if we wanted menus. After 5 minutes or so, I had to go hunt some down myself. The waiter spent quite a bit of time talking to other employees, and not very attentive. The food came quickly, which was nice, but it wasn't removed either when we were given bill. We were a little disappointed as this was our 2nd dinner "out" in over a year, since Covid started.
I came here with some friends for work. The server had no time for our antics, but I got a nice recommendation on a tasty beer from friendly bartender staff. Good selection of basic brews and ciders on tap. My friend enjoyed her hot wings and the nachos werr good, but I thought the toppings were a little skimpy. The margaritas were great, but another friend didn't care for the Moscow mule, citing the ginger beer as not being her favorite.
The food at Buffalo Wild Wings was delicious but as with many restaurants loaded with fat and calories. I ordered street tacos which tasted great but I found the photo in the menu to be misleading. The photo show three tacos on what looks like a dessert sized plate. What I received was the small tacos in a small paper carton that seemed be about 4" long. I ended up add a dinner salad because I needed more food. The salad was very good and a great size. A friend had a $5.00 burger and he was eased with the size and price. I was meeting friends to watch football. The restaurant works for that with multiple televisions and a loud, festive environment.
I ordered through the app. They forgot the salt and vinegar i ordered on my fries and i didnt check for the sauce for my tenders cause i saw a bag of little cups... it was my ranch :,( maybe next time will be better. Workers are nice and food is still good just had to use my own sauces at home for the tenders
Typical B Dub experience that you expect. Nothing spectacular but not so terrible you’ll never come back. Service was a little slow even with less people dining than at some times, we were told they were short kitchen staff. Which is understandable, unfortunately they still charged full price even tho I was short of funds, seems the cooperation should go both ways right?? The beer was nice and cold so thats a plus. The honey garlic wings were good all the others were way too heavily sauced, primarily the teriyaki Overall if its 9pm and you’re traveling through and theres no other spots this is a good compromise.
I've been going here since they opened up in Folsom. I love wings and have somewhat high expectations (some may wonder why I still keep coming back to BWW). They have a great beer selection and it's the perfect place to catch a game. Sadly on our last outing, my son and I ordered fries and wings and it was a disappointment. The fries came out first and they tasted stale and barely warm. The wings took a little longer because I asked for them to be extra crispy, I had no issues waiting. Sadly, the Buffalo wings were anything but crispy (would they have even been cooked enough if I didn't order them extra crispy 🤔). The lemon pepper ones were a bit better, but a little heavy on the seasoning (a bit much for my son). The last few times have been a bit of a disappointment, especially given the prices, but I'm sure I'll keep trying since I tend to be a gluten for punishment...
I am giving two stars just because we have had better service and food before. Today we ordered the new Bavarian pretzel and it was so hard and burnt not good since my wife and I are both German. We ordered 4 ipa’s and they all came with two inches of head on them....ipa not stouts. Then we got our large order of wings and they definitely were not cooked like they usually are. The wings usually have a crisp to them not blubbery like they where this time. No we didn’t say anything to the staff nor do we ever, being in food service before we know the risk of complaining and getting the food they reserve you....not taking that chance. Hope it’s better the next visit.
Why don't the beers get filled up to top? And why if they sit before the waitress picks up the beer do they stir up the beer to creat foam to make it look like the beers are full? Terrible practice so just aadvertise 20 ounce beers because the top of your glass is bigger
I’m so bummed, I ordered for pick up 20 boneless chicken wings and I received the smallest little nuggets for almost $40. At this point I should’ve just went to McDonalds. The chicken was so small and dry. Also, I used the online promo code GOWINGS and never got 6 extra chicken wings and my order came with fries, which I never got either. It was honestly a waste of $$$, talk about buyers regret.
Waitress forgot to put our appetizer in. Overall I have a rule of 3 visits..this was the third and the food is barely average, the wings are...barely average. It's simply not great. A local sports bar like Caps pizza or the Happy Viking ate light years better
We had this for lunch today. My wings were terrible. I ordered original wings with Buffalo wing sauce. There was so much cumin in it that I could not eat it. It had a sandy texture to the sauce. My son.who loves cumin said that the cumin was overpowering. It made the whole house stink. I will not be ordering again. Beware when you order from here.
Used to be one of my favorite spots when my wife would let me drag her in for my wing fix. The last few times I've come in, there has been a significant decline in food quality and service. The servers have all had great attitudes but are slow, inattentive, or just forgetful. And the food is becoming not worth the drive into town.
Multiple x....I go here at 10am to watch the Steelers because that's my team and my hometown area..the manager who is nice but upset me because 49ers always takes precedence out here even when they are on TV..I am not able to watch on my own TV and at 10 am I drive out to Folsom and was not given the audio to watch my game.. nothing will change and I'm sure you won't care about losing my business, but I won't go back. I'll have to find somewhere else that I can watch the Steelers when 49ers are playing
Unfortunately , way below average . 1. As a wings specialist Resturant, you shouldn’t serve the wings cold. ❄️ 2. I sat for 10 mins me and my wife and 2 kids got noticed. 🙋♂️(Hello , i am here ) 3. The order took 30 mins to be served and … read point 1 😳 4. above average price 🤑 Don’t blame the waiters , they were nice.
Food is always good, whenever it may arrive. Server was prompt and courteous as always but the kitchen let's the whole restaurant down for the last two times we visited, we arrived at 6:30 and didn't get our food till after 715. another couple next to us was also frustrated and ended up leaving before they ever received their food. I understand there is a bit of a labor shortage right now but when there are 10 people standing around wiping down tables and food takes 50 minutes to come out of the kitchen it makes you wonder
Went on a Friday night and my party and I waited 5 minutes before even being acknowledged three servers walked by and saw us and never acknowledged us and the girl at the front was on the phone. After 5 minutes had passed I asked if the restaurant was closed to which the girl at the front said no and then walked us into the dining room which was trashed. Tables weren't bussed trash was in buckets sitting on tables. We placed our order and waited too long and were advised due to take out orders it was taking a little long. I never saw while we were waiting any take out orders being moved to the front for pick up. By the time we got our wings my daughter had to wait for her kids meal to be brought out. And my wings were dry and cold. I'll not be returning really unfavorable experience.
I’ve been ordering take outs From this location at least once a week and their quality control is so inconsistent. Sometimes you get decent chicken pieces and sometimes your chicken is dry as a jerky with barely any seasoning/sauce on it. It’s pretty disappointing
Food was good but incredibly slow service and the place was almost empty. Can't imagine what it's like when they have a crowd. Also, be aware, the firehouse challenge is not dangerous due to the spice level but rather because the wings are brought to the table at about 450 degrees, you have 6 minutes to eat, time starts now. The person in our party who won the challenge got blisters on his fingers and in his mouth, from the temperature of the food, NOT the level of spice.
Probably the worst restaurant experience I've had in a long time. Weren't even busy either. Just a complete lack of awareness. Also, apprenty their spicy garlic is just Buffalo? Or maybe the cooks/server just didn't care that day. Idk
This location was pretty empty around lunchtime (2pm), which we thought was perfect. We walked in, seated ourselves, the staff member was right there to hand us our menu's, everything was "cool" - so we thought. We got our drinks, waited to have our order taken for about 10 minutes. There was only two other tables occupied at the time, btw. The waitress finally took our order. We sat there waiting for another 15 minutes for the appetizer. We basically finished that before she brought out our cheese curds. Another 15 minutes went by and she brought out the kids food but, not our food! We waited another 30 minutes for our BONELESS Wings, at that point we weren't even hungry anymore and wanted to-go boxes. During our visit, We had to flag the waitress down four different times. She wasn't good at checking to see if we needed anything. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
Took over 45 min to get wings and order was wrong after having to remind waitress. Less than 25 people in restaurant, at one point waitress rolled her eyes at My lady.. if I would of seen this.. I would of come unglued. Piece mealed rest of meal... onion rings, curds, a salad, and a drink over 25 min period at different times... If You want really slow service, a wrong order and a waitress that makes excuses and is condescending by all means.. help Yourself. Never going here Again. Well go to wingstop for our wings from now on.. better service, better food, . $42.00 for a salad, cheese curds, onion rings and a drink. What a joke.. never again.
This location is getting worse and worse to a point I will not be going here for getting wings anymore. Wings are tasteless inside except for the sauce coat on the outside. Why? Because they don't brine them any more, super bland and dry on the inside, tastes terrible and that's the case every time I get wings now. Had enough, even Pizza hut has better wings.
Went in here at 10pm. It was my girlfriend, her son and I. We got seated, although the person who sat us only brought one menu. We sat for 10 min and one lady walked by us about 6 times and did not acknowledge us once! Until we were ready to leave, then she said our server was on her way, she was just waiting for something. We were the only ones inside the restaurant, there was a party of about 8ppl out on the back patio and a few people on the bar. This was absolutely ridiculous! I am a server and you always at least acknowledge your guests! Will never go back!!
Service was horrible we ordered wings and fries. Fries came out 8 min before wings and were cold by the time the wings came out. Asked waitress for new ones and she told us we would have to pay for them.
Came on a Tuesday buy one get one free boneless wings. Waitress put in double order without asking. Ordered mozzarella sticks that we never received, as well as not getting the right sauce that we ordered. Service was slow and very poor. Manager was nice enough to take of one of the ordered of wings but we will not be returning to this establishment at any location.
My husband, daughter and I went on a Sunday night and there were only a couple of tables with people. After being there for over half an hour and still hadn't received our sauce samples we walked out. I have NEVER walked out of a restaurant before. Their system of having a "Captain" in addition to a server does not work. The server was great, she just wasn't allowed to do her job. Can't rate the food because we never got to try it.
Ordered for pickup on my twin girls' 18th birthday. Also ordered the free birthday wings. We get there, place is half full and one flustered guy is helping walk ins. He takes 10 minutes while the line grows to get another manager. Jon shows up, yells at the guy already in the weeds, and then proceeds to literally tell us that we do not get the free wings on their birthday, we should be able to get them that month. This makes zero sense. The app was activated, and they refused to follow through with this promotion. My son had a birthday in April and had no problem getting his free wings. So not only did they refuse the promotion, they were super rude. All this from a place that sells processed fried chicken with sauce. Not interested in going back there.
I had 45 minutes to spend before picking up my daughter, who lives directly behind the center. At first, the bartender was assertive, and I knew exactly what I wanted. The bar was almost empty at 2 pm, and my order of a snack size wings sounded great! After 25 minutes, with not a hostess or bartender around, I had to go pick up my daughter. As I got up to leave, my food came out....I said I had to leave, and was no longer interested in the food. Keep in mind, I had full intention of still paying. I am a business owner, and I get it. She said, let me get u a box, but never returned. I left $25 on the table and left. Here's the kicker....my small ticket could have been a big ticket because I had full intention of buying my daughter, my ex, and her family dinner. Good service makes everyone more money, and I think some people just don't get it.
Unfortunately this is one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to. We had to wait so long for our order to be taken that the manager who was in an interview came and took the order. Our server proceeded to ignore us until we asked where our order was. Then she came over and barely made sense and was all over the place. She acted like she had no clue what was going on and said they were so busy.. there were only 4 tables full. The manager was very nice and brought our food out herself. replying to the owners response: I have filled out the form online regarding this visit.
This place has got to have the worst service of any restaurant in Folsom. Why doesn't management hire more people?? There was only one waitress and one chef on a Sunday at 2PM?? took 2 hours. The employees are great and try very hard but whoever runs this location needs to be fired. Hire more people. If no one is applying then clearly you are not paying enough!
Should be ashamed for your service. We went in and asked for a table they have asked us to wait for 10 minutes, but we have waited for at least 20 min. Then we have inquired the server then, she was like you have to wait for 40 min. When I asked her why she didn’t informed us about it at first she was like if you want wait for 40 minutes. She said sorry we cannot help. Please let us know if you have less staff to clean, we can go to other place . Don’t make us wait and then tell us. Please respect our time.!! First time I have experience the worst service from BWW chain.
If I could give negative stars I would.. We went there for dinner and living in pollock pines it was a drive. When we picked up our food and got home, I was upset.. they completely messed up our order. My wings has NO SAUCE and my husband’s had vary little to no sauce. When I called them to let them know they messed up my order the only thing they said they would do is send me a gift card for 5 dollars... 5 DOLLARS! I spent way over 50 dollars on my order and all the offered was 5 Dollars! They didn’t offer to replace anything or a free meal on my next visit... nothing. You can’t even get an appetizer for 5 dollars. What a joke. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else to eat. Cause if they mess up your food they won’t do anything to replace it.. I mean really 5 dollars... 🙄
Absolutely the worst Buffalo wild wings I have ever ate at. Food was horrible from appetizers to wings. There was 3 of us who couldn't finish the food because it was horrible. Also the chicken was super small. I would eat somewhere else before I ever go back in this establishment.
Online ordering for pickup doesn’t work. Tried multiple times and it errored out every time. Tried to call multiple times but no one answers and it hangs up on you. Really disappointed and hoped to eat Buffalo Wild Wings for my birthday but will need to go elsewhere
Months ago I left 5 stars for this location, and it has been a favorite place to frequent, however, after today's visit, I am beyond disappointed. I have never been treated so poorly. Ever. Anywhere. Not even in third world countries in my travels. Long story short, our server kept messing up our order, and when we, politely, noted how we received the wrong wings, she immediately got irritated and called her manager. When the manager came out, he did not offer any assistance and insisted that the server was in the right. They never took the incorrect order of blazzin back and we were forced to eat it. My sister, who is allergic, had an obvious reaction. We never received our ranch and carrots, and we repeatedly kept asking for the limes. But eventually had to give up. This kept happening throughout the night. But worst is all, after we payed and even left an undeserved tip, the manager ran out after us saying that we did not pay. I already had the receipt in hand. Eventually, they figured out their mistake, but after a terrible night of service, all they had to say was oh, so sorry. At this point, if I ever go back, I will request a different server. This was absolutely abysmal and I am shocked to have been treated this way.
Walked into the place and it was dead. After standing around for 5 minutes being ignored I walked up to the bar and asked how do I get served. Bartender was nice, but obviously the rest of the service was not. It was 4 hours before closing but the staff had already given up. Awful first impression. Only went here because someone gave me a $25 gift card which I guess I'll be regifting.
We becoming here for ages, and usually twice a week. Lately, it really has gone down hill. Service is hit or miss. It is either awesome service or you are waiting 20 minutes to get your soda. Food is great, or it comes out cold, or it is obvious it has been sitting for awhile. Last visit, we canceled our order after waiting for an hour and asked to talk to a manger. We were told the manager was busy and it might be a bit. Really? Customers are canceling their order and leaving and something else is more important? They have lost our business.
Been here twice and that was two times too many. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back after the first disaster and it was more of the same. 20 minutes before our drink order was taken (not busy as it was a Thursday night), and they had no bitters for the old fashion i ordered. 30 minutes to get our drink and one of our guys who ordered a beer didn't get his for 40 minutes. Then another 30 minutes for the second round that I had to walk to the bar to get. No apologies, the staff could not have cared less. 20 minutes to get a check and I had to corner our waitress at the service station to get it as it was only the third time we had seen her. Do not got to this place, corporate should fully shut them down.
Went in for my anniversary (wings are a tradition for us) and was there for 15 minutes (with no one at the door) before someone told us bar was open seating. Sat at the bar 25 minutes couldn't flag a person down to save our lives to order. Went back to the front for 5 minutes before asking to be sat in the seated area. There we had to use our phones to try to order where the prices were all incorrect for eating in. After another 20+ minutes a waitress asked us for drinks and said she can order through her device. After it was a while before food came by now both me and my girlfriend had headaches from the music/ and other noises. Food finally came out and we ate a few wings because we felt bad just leaving immediately after ordering in. The only part of this experience was the waitress as we were leaving was nice to us but everything else was awful. After I took to their websiteto contact anyone just to ask for anything even an excuse of any kind even a lie but the response was a plain. Thanks for your concern. Like I didnt want a refund or anything I got my food. I'm just bummed and this ruined my anniversary for my partner.
Usually Buffalo Wild Wings has GREAT customer service and I give them a 5 star rating BUT yesterday 7/23/2019 I got to witness the worst and nastiest behavior as well as VERY POOR customer service. The waiter was short tempered and didn't serve things correctly. I ordered WILD wings and the server brought me BLAZIN wings with a WILD sticker on it. When I explained to them that there must have been some kind of mistake they didn't want to listen and said that they are sure that the wings are right(including the AFTERNOON manager). It clearly wasn't. The manager was very disrespectful and even accused me of walking off without paying. I was almost in my car when the manager was yelling across the parking lot "You guys left without closing the transaction." I am an honest man and I'd never disrespect a waiter, a manager, or let alone any human being. I definitely wouldn't walk off without paying. I tipped the waiter today, but I definitely don't feel like me and my whole table were treated with respect. I do have to admit that on any other day (during the day) different staff and management have treated me with the utmost respect and I would always leave satisfied and happy. Today has been a very disappointing night because of the interaction we witnessed during our duration at Buffalo wild wings. I wish we all can learn from tonight's mistakes.
Quality of food, specifically the traditional wings, is really tanking. In the last few visits, I've noticed the wings appear to be dried out and have shrunk. As if they were under the heat lamps for hours. Celery has rotten spots. Just lacking in cleanliness overall. Prices have risen, and quality has diminished. I think this is the death pangs of a once great place. The value is just gone. They've priced themselves out, if food quality were optimal, they'd survive, but sadly, I think it's curtains for the chain.
Food took 45 mins from ordering to be brought to us, and it was cold and wrong order. They said they would take care of us for the cold, wrong order. 10 minutes we waited and finally walked out. Shame on this business in today's environment.
Took about 40 min to get 26 wings and 2 bird dawgs with fries , there were 5 tables at regular dining area and people at the bar . After we question where our food was, we finally for our food but the fries were cold and bird dogs were barely warm. Afrer we finished our food , we sat for another 20ish minutes to get our check. We gave up waiting and just paid at the front. Used to be our go to place , won't be coming back to this location.
I have never been pushed out of a restaurant harder than Johnathan the assistant manager had rushed us. Not only did we get there over an hour before they closed, the assistant manager packed up our food to go so we couldn’t eat in the restaurant. This isn’t the first horrible run in I have had when this manager is on duty. I would rather drive another twenty minutes than ever come back to this Buffalo wild wings!! He is overall a terrible leader. He yelled at our server several times to push her to another table, and bus another table etc. On another note, Julia was our server and she was super accommodating and friendly. She was sweet, prompt, and over apologetic for the inconvenience. A+ for Julia. It is extremely unfortunate that corporate has allowed management like Jonathan to continue to be employed for this many years. Moving locations does not change your leadership style, Jonathan. Do better, sir.
My problem is that I need to rely on orders, since I have had Achilles Tendon surgery, and cannot drive. I ordered take out via Grub Hub on 12/05/2024. I ordered 15 piece boneless wings, and small onion rings. I wanted to have Nashville Hot and Regular Buffalo sauce on the side. The order was delivered, but without the sauces. I called the restaurant directly, explained my situation and was told that I could drive down there and l pick them up myself. I was told that they don't have drivers. I was told that their hands were tied (my ankle is tied - literally with stitches in them!) I was told as a customer what cannot be done for me. I had a similar incident in the past with BJ's Brewhouse, and the Restaraunt Manager drove the missing items to my house! Now I didn't tell this to John, but now all of you buying customers know where there is better service when it comes to separating yourself from your cash!
I walked over to this location on my day off to have a couple drinks and some lunch before going shopping. When walking in I asked if I could sit at the bar and was told yes. I sat between an older couple and a single gentleman. I waited for close to 10 minutes with no greeting as the bartender Madeleine and I believe a trainer of some sort Jaryd were behind the bar. Jaryd appeared busy with putting away dishes and clearing up areas but not actually supporting his bartender with getting drinks or checking on guests at the bar. Madeleine finished a mixed drink and then began pouring a large beer which had an excessive amount of foam on top. Rather than tilting the glass when she poured, she poured the beer straight into the glass and tapped on the glass in an attempt/failure to get the foam down. This process took her probably 3 to 4 minutes for one beer. The lady next to me put her face in her hands and says, "is someone going to tell her?" I smiled at this lady and she said to me, "when you come in for a drink you want to unwind, not get more tense." They had their card set out on the bar, ready to cash out, which no one noticed and the man after 5 or 10 minutes had to go up to the manager and ask her to run the card. Meanwhile Jaryd walked in front of me, emptying out a dish rack, so I asked, "do you guys make bloody marys here?" He says, "yeah, do you want one?" The single gentleman next to me stated, "not that you haven't been patiently waiting here for 10 minutes. It took me about 15 to be able to get my first drink" It takes at least another 5 to 10 minutes for them to make a bloody mary as they can not locate Titos vodka. Finally, I get my drink from Madeleine who is friendly. I ask for a menu and ordered. When the food was served it was hot and good. When I ordered a beer though Madeleine it had the same problem with the foam and she went to serve me a beer with at least 3 to 4 inches of foam. I sent it back and asked her to provide the proper amount of beer in the glass. When she was pouring it with the glass straight up, I offered that tipping the glass helps with foam and she became argumentative with me. I told her bartender to bartender I thought a tip would be helpful. The couple that had been sitting next to me was replaced by a gentleman who also had an excessive wait time and when he received his wings they were served with no silverware or napkins. The gentleman tried to get her attention and finally succeeded but she printed his check so he had to correct her that he just wanted to be able to start eating. The manager, a lady, who I dont remember her name, was extremely friendly and apologized for the foam in my beer and explained they have been having issues with the foam in the beers that day. At the end of my occasion there, the gentleman to my left was looking to get the bartenders attention but failed. So I asked him what he needed and he said he just needed a refill on water. Finally I asked Jaryd for my check and a refill on the gentlemans water next to me. The man thanked me for finally getting someone's attention. Madeleine now was gone, not sure where she had went and Jaryd cashed both me and the gentleman next to me. Unfortunately, I didn't want to have to post such a long review, but felt it necessary to express all that happened. Management needs to retrain their bartender on proper beverage pouring and multitasking. I definitely understand getting busy, but at least acknowledge your guests and let them know you will be with them shortly rather than dismissing them completely. Its a shame that the bartender was subpar because the manager and the food was great.
We sat down when a sign says "take a seat anywhere" so we did. Waitress was nice to talk to BUT the service was horrible! It was pretty empty in the restaurant and we thought it would be quick serve and it was not... We did not get our food until 44 minutes later. We shared 15 boneless wings and it took them this long to bring our food! Come now it should have only taken no more than 15 mins at the longest. AND I had to keep flagging my waitress to get any kind of serves!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and will NOT be coming back!!!
they don’t offer their regular specials on Super Bowl Sunday what a shady business practice
Just got here and walked right out when all we wanted was to eat here for my birthday but told we can only sit at the bar. I had a 2 year old, 8 year old, and a 14 year old with me and you want me to sit at the bar when there was ALOT of open seats. This place use to be a place we love to go too, now I feel like it went down the hole.
If you like to wait forever for your food because they have one waitress for the floor this is the place for you. They excel at that. What a joke.
Called to confirm my local Bdubbs had the bottomless appetizers and the person who answered the phone confirmed they did and it was $12.99 for one and $4.99 for each additional person. Not $9.99 for the first 4 and an additional charge for each additional person. False advertising. Needless to say we didnt go.
My fiance and I were at BWW for 20 minutes before the waitress came and took our order. She didn't introduce herself which fine. Then it took another 40 minutes to get my food. My fiance got two plates of boneless wings before I got my first plate! Let me reiterate it was an hour after sitting down that I got my food. On a Thursday night when the place was empty. The waitress was low-key rude but nothing horrible. Our table was sticky so we had to ask them to wipe it down. My lemon drop had a salt rim after I asked for a sugar rim and it took 30 minutes to get my drink! 30! I'll never return. But the wings were good and they were hot.
I've had some good experiences, but lately this place has been really bad in terms of service. Last time, they forgot a simple portion of potatoes and fruit, the easiest thing to serve in a restaurant! Honestly, I don't recommend Folson's Buffalo anymore, the service is getting worse and worse! They should give me a voucher for $80 just for the terrible service on Father's Day! And look, I was the one who chose the place, unfortunately.
Got food home almost all of the order was wrong half my family got to eat we had to drive 39 min to fix our order because they didn’t offer any other option. Manager Jarod rude argued like it was my fault they messed up. Wouldn’t give name of person who was suppose to check order. Don’t eat there horrible service management needs training missing food
