One of the best pizza's in the area. Atmosphere is decent, old furniture, could be improved. Service is average, deliveries or pickups have 120 minute wait times from Friday to Sunday or during game nights. Other days is 60 to 90 minutes.

The manager and staff here are wonderful! This is the third year in a row that I have reserved on of the party rooms for end of the season basketball parties. They always take great care of us and we will continue to have our award parties at this location.

Very friendly service! Great energy. Wish I got the guys name(black hair black plastic glasses)🤷. Great pizza too! It shows that it was made with care and attention. Keep it up RTP😁

The family and I always have an awesome time at this Round Table, the staff is very friendly and attentive, the food is great and consistent, and the kids are always really excited to play in the game room and to do the coloring pages. Shoutout to Rudy and his employees for always making sure that our family dinners at this restaurant are memorable!

Whoever rolls and flips the dough does it with so much care that it is absolutely stunning and I can tell they take fine care of the pizza in kitchen considering how consistent it always is!. This was not my first round table expierence but I will say that it is 100% my best one. All of it thanks to the friendly manager and cash register and the blessed staff in the kitchen!

Remodeled lobby and deep cleaned kitchen!! Great staff and Great pizza. Wait times may vary due to normal work conditions but all in all well worth the visit!

Quick, simple and consistent. I have been getting my pizza there for 12 years. Pizza is of a pretty high quality. They have never screwed up an order.

Very good pizza! My girlfriend and I order there everyother weekend when we want to stay home and watch a movie. They are quick too.

Pizza was good on the taste, but waiting over an hour for a pizza to be made and with only about 3 other parties in tje whole restaurant. The mens bathroom has some nasty dank plumbing smell like when you forget to clean out ypur garbage disposal....almost lost my appetite before eating when washing my hands. The large table we sat at kept wabbling back and forth so not great if you have kids at your table with open cups.

Had to change my 5-star to a 3. Just too many mistakes or delays recently. 5 mins late, no big deal. 20 mins is pushing it. I'm currently at 1 hour from when I ordered and still waiting when they said "20-25mins." They forgot to make half my order. This kind of thing happens about a third of the time.

All I wanted was ranch. Had trouble with the online ordering and somehow ordered wrong pie. They voided it but my money won't be back for a day or two. Re ordered and asked for ranch again. Ranch never came. Over it

I came in at 1:30 to grab a quick bite before my next appointment. The place had one or two other customer's in there. I wanted to order the buffet. The girl at the counter told me thst was fine but they wpuld not be bringing any fresh pizza put to replace tjevhard picked through vrap laying undet the heating lamp. The salad bar was abmess, my salad was awful and the pan pizzavI ordered was wrong and dry.. Tje soda tasted like the machine hadn't been cleaned. All in all yuck! Here's the deal if you want to offer your customer's a buffet, put fresh food out and offer a clean topped off salad bar or put it away and call it a day! It's not rocket science..

Round Table Pizza is losing the one thing I always liked about it... Quality. Pizza is not as enjoyable as it once used to be. Not sure about other places, but this place definitely is loosing that factor now. UPDATE 10/31/2021 (After reading reply from Round Table Pizza): Thanks for your response. While I do know the authenticity of Round Table Pizza and have enjoyed in multiple locations, I would definitely say that this place is actually discouraging me from approaching RTP. Even places like Lakeport (yeah, small and remote place, look it up if you have not heard about it) offers a better quality pizza that we enjoyed a lot. Again, this is based on my repeated experience at this RTP.

We ordered a small cheese pizza and breadsticks and it costed over $25. The worker named Tyler told us it would take an hour, when we hardly had that much time. We know that the food would be delicious, but the time and price was way to much to handle.🙄😢

When I got to this roundtable the girl behind the cash register was busy so I waited my turn to pay. Once she was done with that lady I was completely ignored. I got there at 805 for my pizza and left 8 30 with no pizza. I while I waited for my order I stood in front of the cash register and 5 employee were walking around loading pizzas in the boxes for take out orders I don't think you need 4 people doing that job. the cashier made no attempt to acknowledge me. No ill be right with you. Nothing. I shouldnt really expect much from this roundtable as everyone was about 16 years old.

Went to the buffet this evening with my family. Remembered why we haven't gone in so long. Had to ask twice to get fresh salad, the pizza was old and I didn't even get any cinnamon twists before I finally just left defeated. It's like $50 for the 4 of us to eat and not even close to being worth it.

Dirty store, average service. There was a pretty long line and only one overworked young woman at the register. Most of the employees' uniforms looked filthy. My order was incorrect, partially undercooked, and cold. Avoid this place.

Honestly. This location is clean but dated. Kind of a normal parlor. Pizza is average but still good. Location is staffed with rude inconsiderate kids forgetting they work in the field of customer service. No anticipation of needs, no greet, no smile, and am always basically confronted by a tall straggly looking guy that looks like he just rolls out of bed and goes to work. Like I've bothered HIM to take my order. Doesn't seem to know much about anything actually. He just nods his head in agreement without saying damn word. Really annoying. Literally as I'm sitting here writing this, he walked right in front of someone and didn't excuse himself. 🙄 was told at 1:25pm that they weren't putting any more pizza out for the buffet and that whatever is there, that's it. Uh, really? So I'm subject to old pizza 35 minutes before the lunch ends? Ok. Makes complete sense. Uh no. The girl in the back making the pizza actually offered another lunch special that sounded better while the guy is literally.. guess. Nodding his damn head. Freakin space cadet. Anyway. I'm not saying not to eat here. It is decent. But for the manager or owner to see this and possibly further train Front House employees on the expectations guests have when entering an establishment. Especially when people are hANGRY!

Maui zaui was a shotgun blast of chunky toppings that were not consistent in size or evenly distributed on spade shaped pizza. We had to pull toppings from salad bar to fill in gaps. Salad bar was missing many ingredients. Place was a mess and kids were running around tables like zoo animals. Wife had to go to hospital for food poisoning. Couldn't even stay to finish.

Worst customer service out of all the round tables I ever had, I've tried to re order 5 times from this place hoping they would change because I love the round table franchise. Today will be my last however, they lied to me over the phone and when I confronted the delivery man he gave my family and I tons of attitude. I'm very disappointed in this "buisness" for lack of a better term.

I have to share. We do pizza night every a Monday and this week we stopped at this location. I was very disappointed with the pizza. It honestly wasn't like any Round Table I have ever eaten. The pizza was tasteless and bland. I will never return.

Not only were we told it was going to be an hour wait they were 20 mins late no sorry. The guy that took my order also put it in wrong so we didn't get what we ordered. It's unfortunate I love round table but will not be ordering from them again. They even told me the wrong price.

Placed online order with pickup 25 minutes later. Huge place, two young guys running the place, one customer sitting in a far corner table. Pizza wasn't ready when I got there. Guy at counter said he'll call me when it's ready so I sat waiting. 15 mins go by, no one around, had to yell to get either guys attention. Finally! Same guy who said he'll call me pulled my order out from the oven warmer suddenly, then apologies why the other guy didn't say the order was ready. Really? Had better round table else where. Service sucked

Placed order online. Hawaiian pizza which I paid for a large including pepperoni. Received a medium with no pepperoni. My order of six parmesan twists were burnt and stale. I paid extra for what I ordered, including a $10 tip to the driver who was 45 minutes past the eta. Terrible service.and quality of food

Giving 5 star for food and service, this visit ONLY. what is the deal? This is round table! This place had changed ownership so Many times and i never know what kind of pizza I'm going to get. This visit it was the 49er game and there only 3 pitchers total available for beer, in the whole place, that were used already, i offered to wash them but they were in use. . The workers were frantic, did a great job though. But where were the menus on the wall? Why were all the tvs not hooked up? No wine available. And only 3 pitchers! ESPECIALLY during a football playoff game to say the least. I miss the good old days of round table being the place to watch games. Consistently good pizza.. man i miss the good pizza and beer would have been nice. Long story short, get out together man

Order said it would be done at 7:09. Got there at 7:15 and order was not complete. Said they “ran out of sauce” but pizza would be done in 10 minutes. Fine. But not even an apology like hey I’m sorry for the wait, absolutely nothing. Then I receive my pizza 20 minutes after order said it was completed and I get home and it was if I had 20 pieces of pepperoni on the whole pizza together, the twists weren’t great either and didn’t come with either of the sauces I picked. My bad for not asking for them but was expecting they’d be given as I’d asked for them on my online order. Only 2nd time I’ve been here and I’ll never go back.

But as a patron, if I go out for dinner, I don't mind spending a couple extra bucks for what I expect and have expected for a decade-plus from RT. When the product suffers, it's time to move on. There are two Round Table Pizzas in Folsom, CA. I will not frequent this one again. Matter of fact, I most likely will either drive out to Greenback Lane RT (last time I was there, the pizza was excellent as always) or just go to Mountain Mikes (their pizza never disappoints).

There's no way it could be as bad as this place. I have waited for an hour twice this week only to be told my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes essentially telling me they haven't even started it or forgot about it!!!!!! Last time I was there and this time I was not the only person demanding a refund!! I watched 4 customers this week demand a refund because Round table pizza can't make and deliver there customers pizzas !!! AVOID

2 medium specialty pizzas over $70 dollars ok. But i order for pick up the man says 15 min i get 20 min later hasn't started to cook it i waiting 41min i asked for heavy pizza sauce só what happens i get no pizza sauce i paid for extra anchovies i get 4 on the pizza also there was just 1 person up front and the same person cooking the food.
