Everyone is great here and do their best to serve customers. Come here regularly. Manager is great and his team seems to really enjoy his leadership style. "For here" mugs Are the best corporate move SB has made in a long time.
I visited the Starbucks on Placerville Rd with my daughter on May 20th. We were looking for the perfect gift to give her teacher for Teacher Appreciation Week. The barista who helped us was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, patient, and truly went out of her way to help my daughter choose the perfect Starbucks gift. Her friendly attitude and helpful nature really stood out, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service she provided. It made our visit special and memorable. A big thank you to the amazing barista for making our experience so positive! A huge shout out to the representative. Keep up the great work!
A shout out to Kaysie! She has a great vibe whenever I see her. Her attention to detail and personal touch makes this my go to Starbucks! She exemplifies everything the customer experience should be!
This is one of my favorite SB, guys here so nice.. never disappointed and huge shoutout to team there… couple of time i was very near to closing time, however team was calm and prepared my coffee with love and care… great job guys !!!

I like this starbucks. Staff is always friendly, and drinks are always good. Update. Can the people who work here get any nicer?? They are so friendly! There were about 7 workers on 7/6 who were so friendly! They all seemed to be enjoying their day. Even the gal in the drive-through window joined in the conversation. Plus, my iced shaken espresso was the best ever! I wish the starbucks close to my house was always so friendly. Friendly people make great drinks. I mean, some of the workers (near my house) are great. But the vibe at the placerville rd one is phenomenal!!

We did drive-thru, they were efficient, and the order was ready as soon as we drove up to the window. The wait wasn't too long this time, only 1 car ahead of us. But I've been there when there has been a long wait.
Learning from a bad prior "grab-some-Starbucks" after-early-departure-of-hotel experience in Bakersfield, I called this place the previous night to check on them about opening on schedule at 4:30 am ready-to-go. When I arrived at 4:28, one of the staff members gracefully walked to the door an royally welcomed me in. The barista seemed excited about my for-sure breakfast order despite her honestly being busy with the set-up. I, and my friend, had the basic same-old latte and black coffee as I had the same old egg wrap. But, I MUST ding a star for the branch being out of spinach-feta-wraps, which we were informed about upon my inquiring phone call the previous night; my friend settled for a blueberry muffin as a substitute. Being out of a wanted item does count as a shortcoming, so I can't give a full five stars.☕

To me this is misleading and false marketing. For those who read this, the smallest size is "short". Ask for it categorically - and wait for them to refuse it.
The baristas were super nice and sweet! However, the bathrooms could if got some tlc. No toilet paper and something suspicious was on the handle. My friend said the other bathroom had pee all over too

I simply asked for two grande pikes with half and half on both but it looks and tastes like if it was mostly milk with just a drop of coffee and it did not taste anything like coffee plus it was room temperature instead of hot. I felt like they were out of coffee and since it was 30minutes before closing I don't think they wanted to brew more for my order. I'm obviously not happy with this service.

The kids working there seemed annoyed and had attitude. I ordered a Frappuccino and they forgot to give me a straw, when I asked for it, the girl just rolled her eyes took her sweet time and then, she gave the straw. I have to emphasize that I asked for it nicely.

I ordered my husband a mobile order pick up and let him know it would be ready at time given on app. He showed up a minute before drink was ready so he sat down in patio area. He was asked to leave by a male employee because he did not have a drink/food and was very rude telling him he couldn't be there! My husband had literally shown up within a minute of the order being ready for pick up, bad customer service! I understand you must make a purchase (which he did) Common sense you must order to be there but why not ask if he was waiting on a mobile order or if he would like to place an order. Rather than be condescending, rude and assuming due to the ethnicity… work on how to greet customers and over all customer service.
Starbucks' new "customer only" is repulsive and taken to the extreme. I already went to two different Starbucks today. One in the morning and one in the early afternoon. Then I needed to jump on a Zoom meeting on the way home late afternoon. I stopped at this Starbucks sitting outside in the patio area. Two different employees came out and questioned me whether I bought anything because it is for "Customers only." I understand it's their business, and they can enforce customer onlyshops. As a frequent Starbucks customer, this aggressive approach left a really bad taste in my mouth. And I'll will proactively look to take my business to other coffee shops.
I have been here many times. But the last few times I have been terrible, I ordered on the phone but they made mistakes, when I asked to redo they asked me “what is wrong with you” which was very rude, and the second time it was still wrong, I asked them to redo but they just changed from small to large, no apology. I ordered on the phone to save time at 9:05, when I got to the shop at 9:15 it was not busy but I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my drink, then they made a mistake and had to wait another 5 minutes to redo it. I was late for my work. Never come back
Worst experience every time I go to this location staff is extremely rude. I've tried to give this location a chance so many times. The blonde female that worked the window today at 12 needs a reality check. It's not nice to be so terrible to anyone. She treated us terribly through drive through. she forgot one of our items so I went inside with a good attitude about it not a big deal. She then continued to be rude never apologized made it seem as if I was the issue for even walking in for the item I ordered. I work in healthcare and always treat anyone and everyone with respect. I understand customer service can be hard but come on. She needs a reality check. It's so unlike me but I called her out for being rude. I'm sick of disrespectful people. I'm sure you can get someone that actually cares about working for income.
They never call out finished orders or greet you upon entry. This is like over a week strait now. Half the time they don’t even ask your name so you’re trying to decipher which cup is yours by the ingredients on ticket.
