Friendly staff I love stopping to grab coffee but I hate waiting in line especially if I'm late for work this starbucks is honestly a life saver lines never too long and fast service my order is never wrong 😄 very pleased

I try to aim for local mom and pops, but we stopped to grab a quick bite on a road trip and they actually did a great job here. The grilled cheese was like garlic sourdough bread and I stole some of it from my kid.

This morning I woke up and a single orange leaf fall from a tree. So I decided to put on my Lulu Lemons, and take my Dad's BMW down to this location. I was a little strapped for cash so I could only get a grande pumpkin spice latte, but it's totes worth it. Everything about it warms me up from my Ugg boots all the way to my North Face hoodie. Service was good so I hardly had to wait and the lighting was great for selfies!

Awesome Starbucks! I ordered a strawberries and cream frapachino and added 2 scoops of java chips (usually a java chip with 2 scoops of strawberries is what I order) since the heat wave is on its way, it was soo refreshing!

Super quick and friendly drive thru experience. The girl was super peppy which is good since I haven’t had my coffee yet, and she wore a mask and could tell she was conscious of other people while working. She was a taller girl with shorter hair if that narrows anything down for management haha

Everybody listen up this Starbucks is Amazing. Everytime I come here I'm greeted with a large smile and by my name. They go the extra mile for you. Place is always 98% clean. But I always have my favorites it's Amy the store manager, Yes the store manager. She is polite, friendly and outgoing. Treats you with respect.

They were able to decipher my explanation of my order! I get in the drive thru line and it's my turn and I never really know what I want much less what the name of it is I forget what they call a medium and they're so accommodating there I really appreciate their level of friendly helpful service!

Great place, glad they stay open until 10pm, and they have a drive thru. Unfortunately, their new holiday themed paper cup leaked down the seam. It leaked hot cider down my passenger and the interior of my vehicle.

My coffee was delicious. service was quick and the register guy had a great personality. It's nice to go to a coffee shop and have people just talk to you and smile. This is a nice location. The barista could use a bit more lessons on smiling and thanking me. It's just basic customer service. You either get it or dont. And when its busy, it's nice to be acknowledged. Overall I enjoyed this place and will definitely stop by more often.

I visited the Starbucks on Placerville Rd with my daughter on May 20th. We were looking for the perfect gift to give her teacher for Teacher Appreciation Week. The barista who helped us was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, patient, and truly went out of her way to help my daughter choose the perfect Starbucks gift. Her friendly attitude and helpful nature really stood out, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service she provided. It made our visit special and memorable. I like this starbucks. Staff is always friendly, and drinks are always good. Update. Can the people who work here get any nicer?? They are so friendly! There were about 7 workers on 7/6 who were so friendly! They all seemed to be enjoying their day. Even the gal in the drive-through window joined in the conversation. Plus, my iced shaken espresso was the best ever! I wish the starbucks close to my house was always so friendly. Friendly people make great drinks. I mean, some of the workers (near my house) are great. But the vibe at the placerville rd one is phenomenal!!

this starbucks has a nice kids play area. you've got to check it out if you are a parent of a toddler or young child. the free wi.fi and rewards card program always rock at starbucks even if it _is_ corporate coffee.

This Starbucks has mobile orders where anyone can take your order. I had to wait extra time for my drink because someone else had picked it up and drank out of it. Many Starbucks I have been to lately have mobile orders behind the counter for staff to hand to the customer. I would suggest this to this busy branch.

Unfortunately, despite categorically asking for the smallest size for some of our drinks, we were sold large sizes (to quote "I agree that the smallest size being called TALL is a bit confusing"). To me this is misleading and false marketing. For those who read this, the smallest size is "short". Ask for it categorically - and wait for them to refuse it.

Could you please ask your personnel to not force customers for tip money? I work hard in a labor job and come for a five dollar coffee drink because I need it before attending my class at college, the guy just shows me the stuff (for a five dollar coffee) and says it asks you a question, which obviously is about tip. If they are not happy or tip dependent, then they need to find a different job. It is just annoying every day doing this.

I was not pleased with the service here, I am A regular Starbucks Gold member and a former barista for 5+ years so I hold a lot of barista too high standards that I myself live by. I did not like how rude the person at the drive-through window was she was very short and had an attitude with a simple question we asked. I am not one of those people who nit-pick at little things but I was very displeased with my order and the service I will Never come to this location again.

Disappointed! After waiting in long drive-thru to be told at 9:20am they're out of peppermint mocha and matcha green tea. Got my standard fave of white mocha with added raspberry but my taste buds really wanted peppermint.

I simply asked for two grande pikes with half and half on both but it looks and tastes like if it was mostly milk with just a drop of coffee and it did not taste anything like coffee plus it was room temperature instead of hot. I felt like they were out of coffee and since it was 30minutes before closing I don't think they wanted to brew more for my order. I'm obviously not happy with this service.

Understaffed location. I came in and ordered a simple iced coffee. They had only one poor barista working. She looked so overwhelmed with in-store orders, drive through orders, AND mobile orders. I waited 15 minutes and then ended up just having to leave because it was going to make me late to work. Who knows when the coffee finally got made. Super disappointed with this location and the fact that I paid 4 bucks to wait around and get nothing.

SLOWEST service ever. Time after time I am disappointed by this Starbucks. However, I am rating two stars instead of one because the workers were friendly and they accidentally gave me two of my order. Somehow, they managed to screw up my order for the better good.

There was only one partner working on the floor at 9pm handling all transactions and working the bar. There was about 12 cups of tea on the counter to get closing tasks done early which is extremely wasteful, the barista was stressed with about 10 cars in the drive through and no support from whoever else was working, which I'm sure contributed to her terrible attitude. I'd have to say this was probably the worst experience I've had and I'm usually really understanding because I've been a partner for 10 years. East Bidwell, step your game up.

This Starbucks is the worse store, they are rude, they don't care if you have a complaini just got a venti caramel macaron and it taste like I ordered a venti milk. Plus the cup and lid were frayed so when I went to take a sip the lid flew off and coffee had spilled all over. I didn't have to worry about getting burnt because it was cold. I'm very upset and will not go there again.

Ordered 2 coffees extra hot and got both them cold. Mistakes happen, and that's not what bothered me. When I asked the Barista to it, one of the staff members, Sean(who had nothing to do with it) jumped in, got mad, and asked me to behave myself. The Barista, who made the coffee, was polite and fixed my order. This is not what starbucks customer service is about. I have been a loyal starbucks customer for decades. This is the first time I have had this kind of bad experience. I hope the people who manage this store read this and fix this attitude towards customers.

This is the slowest Startbucks in the history of Starbucks. I cant believe the drive thru causes so much of a delay, if you go into the location. There can be no line in the store and it will still take 5 minutes to get a ice coffee. Horrible work flow.

One of the slowest drive-thrus of greater Sacramento area Starbuckses. Expect to spend at least 10 minutes in the line any time of the day. Could be even longer than that. Also, many baristas are not very attentive to orders or customer requests. For example, they charge you before using your reward although you request to use a reward first prior to them charging you. Not cool

I've gone now twice around 5:00pm and each time have had the worst Carmel frapp I've ever had in my life. Overbearing taste that destroys your taste for the night, I recommend any other location.

This location is the worst out of all Starbucks locations in Folsom. Always slow & if you order inside, they prioritize drive-thru orders. The place will be empty & you will wait forever for a drink. Stopped going there for this reason.

The person who takes orders in drive through didn’t even know how to take simple orders and so confused. He is rude and don’t respect the customers.

Me and my boyfriend walked in very happy to get told they don't make a hot double shot even though I've been able to get that at every location so I decided to have my coffee container refilled and they charged me an extra dollar and rinsed my coffee container out in the hand washing sink instead of the sanitizing station let my shot expire gave me poor customer service and one of the employees handling food wasn't wearing gloves and touching the food full on

I Lactose intolerant and my drink had milk instead of oatmilk. I'm very ill now would and I would not recommend this location.

Horrible experience. Employee man with longish black hair and beard was absolutely HORRIBLE and DISRESPECTFUL to us. I tried to use the bathroom and mid-use He started knocking on the door saying I was trespassing and that he was going to call the police on me. I have been a frequent customer of this starbucks and will NO LONGER be going to this location.

Hi Erin, if your sandwich display case has the wrong sign, wrong items, then I don’t think it’s the customer’s fault. If you switched bacon gouda and double smoked bacon, I don’t think you can be mad at your customers for something that was not right on your end. You gave me and my cousins stank looks, and talked to us as if you were yelling at a 2 year old when I told you that we had the wrong sandwich. It was so embarassing as other customers were looking at us. I didn’t demand for a manager, or asked for free stuff, I simply asked the sandwich to be replaced. You work weekend mornings and if you aren’t happy with your Saturday morning job then with your attitude you can apply somewhere where you don’t have to deal with people. So idk- you figure it out. You may be pretty but geez maybe put more make up on your personality? Thank you.

Lady working the drive thru was in a hurry to close and get us out of the drive thru. Did not take our order correctly, and didn't want to remake my drink. Remaking an ice coffee is not gonna set your back 10-20 mins closing.

Wow, never had an experience like that in my life. I went to the bathroom BEFORE they were closed and the second it hit 7:30 the barista with blackish hair and facial hair started banging on the door demanding we leave. I yelled to please give us a minute as my twin was still on the toilet peeing, he then said he was going to call the cops for trespassing. We were going as fast as we could and he wouldn’t stop screaming. This man child needs to be fired because Starbucks should not represent and employee horrible people like this. Starbucks is supposed to make your day, not ruin it. Rudest employee I have ever met. I HOPE A MANAGER OR HIGHER UP SEES THIS!!!!

I ordered my husband a mobile order pick up and let him know it would be ready at time given on app. He showed up a minute before drink was ready so he sat down in patio area. He was asked to leave by a male employee because he did not have a drink/food and was very rude telling him he couldn't be there! My husband had literally shown up within a minute of the order being ready for pick up, bad customer service! I understand you must make a purchase (which he did) Common sense you must order to be there but why not ask if he was waiting on a mobile order or if he would like to place an order. Rather than be condescending, rude and assuming due to the ethnicity… work on how to greet customers and over all customer service.

Starbucks' new "customer only" is repulsive and taken to the extreme. I already went to two different Starbucks today. One in the morning and one in the early afternoon. Then I needed to jump on a Zoom meeting on the way home late afternoon. I stopped at this Starbucks sitting outside in the patio area. Two different employees came out and questioned me whether I bought anything because it is for "Customers only." I understand it's their business, and they can enforce customer onlyshops. As a frequent Starbucks customer, this aggressive approach left a really bad taste in my mouth. And I'll will proactively look to take my business to other coffee shops.

I have been here many times. But the last few times I have been terrible, I ordered on the phone but they made mistakes, when I asked to redo they asked me “what is wrong with you” which was very rude, and the second time it was still wrong, I asked them to redo but they just changed from small to large, no apology. I ordered on the phone to save time at 9:05, when I got to the shop at 9:15 it was not busy but I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my drink, then they made a mistake and had to wait another 5 minutes to redo it. I was late for my work. Never come back

Worst experience every time I go to this location staff is extremely rude. I've tried to give this location a chance so many times. The blonde female that worked the window today at 12 needs a reality check. It's not nice to be so terrible to anyone. She treated us terribly through drive through. she forgot one of our items so I went inside with a good attitude about it not a big deal. She then continued to be rude never apologized made it seem as if I was the issue for even walking in for the item I ordered. I work in healthcare and always treat anyone and everyone with respect. I understand customer service can be hard but come on. She needs a reality check. It's so unlike me but I called her out for being rude. I'm sick of disrespectful people. I'm sure you can get someone that actually cares about working for income.

They never call out finished orders or greet you upon entry. This is like over a week strait now. Half the time they don’t even ask your name so you’re trying to decipher which cup is yours by the ingredients on ticket.
