It’s gets really packed here and becomes a headache which is why I order out. Staff if friendly but busy so I don’t blame them for not being able to help right away but can get a bit annoying sometimes. Food is supper good especially for the price.

The customer service here is always great the staff are very nice and make sure to check up on us often. The food here for the most part is really good apart from one time that the shrimps were overcooked. Never had a bad experience. For first timers I recommend the pound of shrimp, blazing sauce, mild, with corn, and potatoes. Cajun fries, oysters, and spring rolls are also yummy c:

Everything was delicious, the waitress was welcoming and attentive. We went on Valentine's night so the wait was insane and they were out of lobster and mussels. We also only got one sausage in our bag. We will try it again on a regular day.

Great alternative to Boiling crab! Pricing is fair and service is pretty good too! Not sure why Music is super loud..? if it's not a club or bar so maybe turn it down half way if you care about your customers comfortable noise level dining experience.

We really enjoyed coming here. It's always very busy so expect to at least wait 20+ minutes no matter the evening. But seafood is always good and they don't skimp. Atmosphere is incredibly loud, so expect to have loud conversations with your party. I think the tables are really too close to each other so you're sitting elbow to elbow with strangers.

Went for a friend's birthday and it was not the best boil I've had, but still good. Sauce can be a little thin, the shrimp I ordered look a little bit anemic. Still yummy, though!

Unfortunately, I cannot give a good review because the mussels weren’t very fresh and shrimp were so overcooked it was mushy and could not be peeled from the shell. I called the manager this morning ( the next day) not to get a refund but to let them know how we received the food. I did expect the manager to offer some understanding , a possible discount for the next time we came or something, but she did not. She basically blamed us for not eating it sooner! The managers response to my call of concern made it clear that I was not appreciated as a customer and THAT just isn’t acceptable. My family and I will NOT be spending our money there anymore. There is a crab boil just 1 or 2 miles away from there that has better customer service and better food.

Made a pick up order and my mom picked it up for me while I was at work. They gave us the wrong order & it was super expensive what I paid to receive someone else’s order. They refused to help me & avoided the issue. When I would call the ladies refused to give me their names & said they will not be fixing the issue. This place is too expensive & customer service is terrible.

Worst experience we ever had ….. we usually stop by here whenever we are in town …. today they were slow only 1 other table was occupied and we couldn’t sit where we wanted … then when my son pulled up a chair to sit next to me ,the waitress said he couldn’t sit there?? They put us in the corner table way from any foot traffic …. so I got a bit frustrated but ok ….I told her to give us a minute to order she walk way ..she must of complain to other waitress about us we could see her and other waitress talking and giving us bad looks never coming here again

***HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE *** Waited over to two Hours to be seated, when I ask the waitress about my table she stated my table was given to someone else, they also very rude pointing at the door for us to leave . I had never I’m my life experience this, this people really hate their job.

My Wife picked up an Order from this place yesterday and I was really anticipating eating some good Boil. But when she brought it home (30 minutes) it was not edible. The Manager told her we waited to long to eat it. So my question is, how long do we have to eat take out from your Restaurant.. 5 minutes, 10 minutes, and if so, what if I live 15 minutes from your location? I suggest you tell people who order take out the time limit they have to eat your take out food.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Blazin's Crab on a Thursday evening, and I was excited to try their seafood offerings. As a self-proclaimed foodie with a particular passion for seafood, especially oysters, I had high hopes for this visit. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. I decided to order the fried oysters, a dish I was eager to savor. However, I was left quite disappointed. The oysters were not up to par; they lacked the fresh, briny flavor that I adore. Instead, they had an unappealing texture and flavor that just didn't resonate with me. If you’re new to oysters, you might find them acceptable, but as someone who truly loves and appreciates this delicacy, I found them lacking in quality and taste. It was disheartening because I was looking forward to enjoying a well-prepared oyster dish. On the other hand, my wife opted for the snow crab. Her dish was decent but not extraordinary. While it was cooked adequately and had a pleasant flavor, it didn’t stand out as something remarkable or memorable. It felt like a standard offering that you might find at any seafood restaurant rather than something special that would make us want to return. The service at Blazin's Crab was satisfactory, but it didn't elevate our dining experience. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, which is always a plus when dining out. However, given my disappointment with the fried oysters and the average snow crab, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for seafood enthusiasts. In summary, if you're a seafood lover like me who has a deep appreciation for oysters, you may want to think twice before ordering them at Blazin's Crab. While my wife found her snow crab acceptable, the overall experience did not live up to my expectations for a seafood restaurant. I hope they can improve their oyster dish in the future because I would love to see this place thrive with better offerings for those who share my passion for seafood.
