Place is good just parking can become a mess and the location not helping. Busy main street so if you come in their peak time be prepared to wait or not find parking. Other than that it's good

In n out burgers are always fresh and taste great , relatively cheap . Their fries I'm not a huge fan of unless they're dressed up with the Animal style works . Staff is very friendly , this location is always packed but line moves at a good pace.

As a Midwesterner, this was my first time to an In-N-Out Burger and I wasn't let down. The burger and "Animal Fries" that I ordered were pretty good. On a scale of 1-10 taste, I would say 7. In the drive thru right now and orders are only on the speaker phone for a line that’s is through the parking lot. Is it too hot? I don’t know tell that to the people that work in n out in the Coachella valley and still go out taking orders.

If I could give 0 stars for what just happened I would, came through the drive thru, ordered animal fries, just animal fries, get my food, before I get on the freeway I decide to pull over and eat and the girl at the window gave me a knife and no fork , just a knife, I guess that is my fault for not having a fork lying around in my car? I can not ever imagine such a low iq move to happen cause I’ve never received “just a knife” or “just a fork” when ordering animal fries, it’s such a shame someone can read back my order and give me the complete opposite utensil I need. I’ve never even got a single utensil it’s always been both in a packet with a napkin and salt and pepper, I didn’t even get napkins and had to pick at these fries with my hands . This completely ruined my night.

So just wanna say this place is ofc very normal fast food the only issue that I’m really concerned about is when we got in and out last night I ate the fries my cousin and aunt ate the burger and the whole night they where throwing up, very cold, nausea, had intense stomach pain and head pain. I was worried ofc and I’m guessing they had food poisoning meaning that restaurant is literally serving something they should such as something expired very disappointed.

So today I went to In-N-Out I love In-N-Out, big advocate, but honestly everything that I ate today was not good. The burgers buns were burnt. They shoved a whole nasty part of the lettuce in my burger my fries had a lot of black in them. Not a good experience today.

This is disgusting.. my daughter had a couple of bites of her burger and found this. We love In-N-Out and have never experience this. I understand sometimes hair falls in food but this is ridiculous it’s more than one strand and I feel it was purposely put in the burger.
