Jersey Mike's Subs

I mean first of all whoever the dyed hair girl worker was that ordered my food you are beautiful as heck can’t even lie but second of all food was immaculate I mean got given the wrong order and tasted different but was hungry so i literally started eating it didn’t notice until the worker told me that she gave me the other customers order but it was fine cause it was basically the same sub just different vegetables but they corrected there order and made me my large sub that I ordered but I did get flabbergasted cause I thought I was just gonna get the other half but they made a whole new large sub for which was almost too beautiful and perfect but felt bad though cause I mean I’m usually not in these situations and hardly want to correct them but they made it no trouble and just gave me my sub so yes appreciate to the workers and whoever that worker was that ordered my food your beautiful but yes great food but alright review done ~ gordo ramsey

Way better than subway! Hands down. If you just compare the Philly cheese steak, its no comparison. I really like the sandwiches from here... i go to the one in fontana when at work and riverside when at home. Its legitimately my favorite sandwich shop.

First thing, quality of food excellent, no issues with staff very nice, but new employees need a little more training, labeling sandwiches is needed, also had an order of 5 big sandwiches and only 4 mayonnaise packets were put, I get when your new you will make mistakes, but shadowing is needed, red wine vinegar, had to ask to be put in, no napkins, were also not put in, these are essential for ordering especially if its a big order, but all in all a great place to eat.

Excellent service and attention to details. The young man who assembled my sandwich was a true master of his craft. I had mixed emotions about eating such a beautiful piece of work. (burp) But I got over it..

The employees were very helpful, polite, and fast. I was impressed with all of them. I only got three of the four to show a big smile, but I will try harder next time.

I received an email for free chips and drink with purchase of a sub. Saved almost $5. Ordered online and used the code word Spooky. Limited time for Halloween. Had to get a fountain drink instead of a bottled iced tea. Everything was ready when I arrived. I asked for the cup for the drink and the empty cup was taped inside the bag with napkins. Sub sandwich #10 was awesome 👍

Everything is delicious! Went on their "Day of Giving" and the employees were happy and genuine after a long, busy day. They ran out of bread just after we ordered and everyone after us were willing to wait the 10 minutes - customers and employees, all willing to give a little extra on a very special day. Thank you Jersey Mike's!

Nice options, and the taste and quality beats any nearby sub shops. Seems clean and organized, but my visits are always right after they open. Staff seems to know what they are doing.

I haven't been to Jersey Mike's in a long time. Today I tried the Philly cheese steak sandwich it was very good. They were friendly and service was fast. Just a little pricey, but overall I was happy I chose to go there.

Good sandwiches. Don't get the gluten free bread unless it is the difference between life or death. The price of meat is going up so it's obvious why the sandwiches are pretty expensive. Good quality though. I used the curb side pick up and had to walk in after waiting a several minutes. Beats subway though for sure.

I ordered online and my sandwich wasn't ready on time. I understood, though. It was lunch time and the store was busy working on other online orders. What caught my attention was that there were about 4 employees working at the counter and no customers inside (except me) and they didn't even acknowledge me when I came in and when I was standing in front of the cash register. I don't want to blame the employees too much. However, maybe they don't have high standards for customer service at this Jersey Mike's or management is not doing their job. I'm so used to the great service of Subway and Starbucks. The food was great, though! ***I'm also writing this as a former bartender for the Hilton and Marriott brands.

I purposely ordered my food ahead of time so I didn’t have to wait. I gave it extra time also. Still had wait for my food to be made. Cool to be fresh but they didn’t even put what I asked for on the sandwich 😩💆🏽‍♂️

Staff is rude and then when they just started throwing stuff on my sandwich that I didn't want (every other jersey miles asks) they tried just scraping the stuff off and when I asked for a new one they seemed upset and told me it was my fault lol I leave good reviews for jersey mikes daily at other locations but this place is the worst one. They barely even put meat on the sandwich and it's not like they were busy it was just me. Recommend going to literally any other location

Kids dont know how to cook the hot sandwiches , they forgot the sauce and cheese. Ruined my lunch and they no longer have hot cheetos super trash place

Today, 01/31/25 I ordered two Philly Steak Bowls, extra meat, extra green and red pepper, extra mushroom, extra bacon. I found one small green diced bell pepper, no red bell peppers, and three slices on mushroom. The bacon and meat seemed fine, just dry. My bill was $76 and change. I called to let them know and they seemed un-enthusiastic about trying to keep my business. I've eaten at this same one year before last and it was fabulous. I won't be a returning customer to this Jersey Mike's.

Don't call and order thru their AI , only thing that answers. Order a hot sub. Got there said that doesn't work. 30 minutes wait. Acted like it was my fault. Lost a customer here. Very frustrated with the attitude and service. Haven't put a bad review in a while. They deserve it.

This Jersey Mike sucks. Customer service have a bunch of ungrateful kids working there. Plus there skimpy with the meat and veggies. Prices are outrageous. Very rude. I would recommend going to Chipotle next door at least they treat customer with a little more dignity and respect.
