To the girlie who was working counter rn, 10/10 service super nice and kind and honestly made up for the last subway experience I had. She alone convinced me to give subway another chance.
I usually stop by on my way to my mom's house due to it being such a convenient location. The first thing you will notice are the clean glass doors (yes I am a small detail type gal) However, once you walk in you will be greeted by friendly smile and "Welcome to Subway" The venue is always clean and tidy. Keep up the good work.
It's been a very long time since I have visited a Subway restaurant. As always, I was weighing my options at home. I really thought I had made up my mind when I got ready to go eat. As I was leaving, I remembered a friend mentioning Subway, and I actually went ahead and changed my mind and drove there. A young man named Sebastian help me from the start. They offer quite a few options. I asked him for some suggestions and was very helpful through the whole process. I say that because I was ordering three "footlongs." He was very patient. I was glad I was there when it wasn't busy. As it turned out, I ended up with 3 subs that turned out great. I guess I will now keep them in mind as another option to choose from. Always nice to have a variety of choices.
I like how this Subway is local and not too far from my house. Subs and pastries were very good, though it does take a while to order, but that's fine. My only concern was the prices. $10-$14 for a singular sub is kind of a steal. The cookies and churros are very good for a little dessert after a good meal. I would recommend eating at this subway
I don’t know where to begin with how I can express myself about the employee named Edgar. I don’t know if he is a lead or a supervisor, but the way that he was talking to the girls that he was training was not professional. He was very rude and demanding with them. I cannot even begin how he was making my sandwich. I did not want to say something because I got 2nd hand embarrassment so I thought it was best for me to come and share my thoughts here. I have never had a subway made very sloppy and careless the way that he made my sandwich. He looked upset and like he didn’t care for his job. If he is a supervisor, he definitely needs the training because the girl that he was training did a way better sandwich than the way that he made mine. the girls that are working with him currently right now seemed embarrassed too.
Everytime I eat there I get diarrhea sooo bad and yesterday I went I took two bites and my stomach started hurting so bad so I just took the rest home so idk what going on but it’s just this location that hurts my stomach at first i thought it was the spinach so this time I got it without and nope
Extremely Disappointed and Distressed Experience I ordered a 6” Spicy Nacho Chicken sandwich from this Subway (Order #E7B9OF43-29, Oct 9, 2025). The item clearly says chicken, but what I received instead contained beef or salami. I do not eat beef, so this mistake was extremely upsetting and disrespectful. This is not just a simple order mix-up — it’s a serious failure in food handling and labeling. When someone orders chicken, they must receive chicken, especially when dietary restrictions are involved. It shows carelessness in preparation and quality control. I’ve attached photos and have already reported this to Subway Corporate. I hope this location reviews its staff training and ensures better care in food accuracy, particularly for customers with religious or dietary restrictions. I cannot recommend this Subway to anyone until they take accountability and fix their process.
First off, I come to this location which is 5 mins farther from the Subway location in Jurupa Valley which is closer to my job, only to reconsider eating at Subway anywhere around this area. I ordered two sandwiches and two wraps, the girls working there were pretty straight forward until they got to the register to ring up my order. I paid for one of the sandwiches and the rest of the order in two transactions, I probably would've remembered I wanted to make them a meal if they had offered or asked, but they didn't...so when I realized I needed drinks, I turn just in time to catch the cashier roll her eyes and sigh in annoyance, I still bought my drinks, but that attitude isn't worth another visit. Guess what? This is one location I can avoid :)
Worker had food temp log book on cutting board, grabbed and relocated it with gloves then continued to reach for veggies to place on the sandwich. I proceeded to walk out...
They are very cheap with the portions of toppings in your sandwich. Each time I go, it's the same letdown with very little in my sandwich. They didn't give me napkins either.
I've been a devoted customer for over 10 years. Since I've traveled a lot for work, I usually order Subway to avoid other foods that make me feel terrible. Today, I ordered through the app, and i noticed right away that the sub felt very light. I got to my car and took a look at it, and realized that the ingredients in the sub were nowhere close to regular servings. What disappointed me the most that the amount of protein in the entire sub didn't even amount to half of what the sub usually has. I understand that sometimes they do skimp some, but this was just rude, so much that I had to go back in and politely explain how it was not okay. Do better please
The assistant manager,Karla, failed to fill my $40+ catering order I placed the day before and then proceeded to laugh about it while remembering she forgot. It took her about 35 minutes to complete my order which made me late for the dinning appointment the food was ordered for.
Ordered online, worst experience. 3 soggy sandwiches that were all missing things and I paid for extra toppings that were not included and when I called she had nothing but excuses and could care less. Said I got the 3rd sandwich for free anyways so it's ok. Not to mention the sandwiches had more bread then anything else. Legit the worst subway I've ever been to.
This subway is a joke. I ordered through the app and received the saddest sandwich ever ordered. I asked for extra veggies in my sandwhich and literally got 3 little spinach pieces, 1 jalapeno and a sprinkle of lettuce. You've gotta be pretty damn dumb to not comprehend what the order receipt says. Never ordering again.
I go to this subway because its convenient for my work lunch, but the customer service is so terrible I'd rather go to McDonald's and have a stomach ache for the rest of the day. The middle eastern woman, the older woman, and what I assume is the manager are all incredibly dry in their speech and look like they absolutely hate their jobs, not to mention all of them make mediocre sandwiches at best. The new hires that come and go are the best and super friendly and make the sandwiches right, but I've literally never seen them more than twice. Never going there again, or at least till they figure out how customer service works.
I hate to leave bad feedback but, 3rd time is the charm. I order online and pre pay for ease of pick up and to save time, only, this is the 3rd time I show up and have to wait for my order to be prepared. No apologies, no explanations as to why my order isn't ready, nothing, well not quite nothing, I did get upset looks from most of the staff, as if I or my order was an inconvenience to them. I didn't bother asking to speak with a supervisor, just like I won't bother to shop there again. It may not be a loss to them, but I will save time elsewhere, and to me, time is very precious, worth more than a hastily made sandwich.
Subway is suppose to specialize in fresh bread and ingredients yet no Italian bread was available and the bread they gave me for both my sandwiches was hard and dry! It's bad enough their serving portions are so small, but to have the nerve to claim fresh products yet serve me old dry bread! I don't think so! Time to stop giving you my money! Your loss since my son selects subway 3 times a week.
Worst Subway ever. The Indian Ladies don't know how to make a damn sandwich! I tell them the ingredients and they just toss em in there. They dont lay it or stack it. They TOSS it or throw it. I've let them know before to please lay it evenly but they do not get the idea!!! Most of the other employees understand that a sandwich is stacked not tossed. I only come here when I absolutely have to-have to. And their bread is dry too!
I come to this location frequently because it's close to my house and I do enjoy the food but everytime I come to thislocation the food and service just get worse and worse. Yesterday visit is where I draw the line. I'm a frequent secret shopper and I frequently am asked my opinion on performances of restaurants. This restaurants customer service is horrible!! Most of the time your employees look and treat you like they hate that you walked through the door and my visit yesterday confirmed it. As I was ordering, one of your employees were talking to another whispering how much they hated the people that just walked through the door. And as someone new would walked through the door they would all look up and sigh and say things like "urgh.. more people." "stop coming in" As I was ordering I had to repeating more than 4 times because they weren't paying attention because their focus were people outside. It's extremely frustrating. They were trying to rush me to the register but everytime I took my eye off the person making my sandwich, she was messing up again because she was busy starting to make sure more people weren't coming in. I'm never coming to this Subway again. I'd rather drive farther to get my food. Horrible customer service. The manager should seriously think about renewing their entire staff because even the Indian lady that seemed like the supervisor was joking around and laughing when the employee said hated the people that just walked in. For now on I will never go to this location and drive a little farther to a Subway that appreciates my business.
