Never a problem..always call for my class. Good pizza..especially grandma slice.
Great neighborhood Italian restaurant. Very small. Pizza is delicious. Easy parking. Service is good
Delicious food. Awesome sauce. Everything I ordered was great. Keep it up
The prices are fair, the pizza is really good and the service is fast. The owners service can be more friendly. He can learn from his staff!
I grew up eating Mike's Pizza. Real Italian ingredients and carefullly made with love. Very tasty. The lasagna is delicious.
Not a bad slice at all, wasnt too friendly but didn't need to be, place had a nice breeze but was a little dark
Usually buseling and full of life, no pizza is to complex for these guys who are happy to serve pizza and slices, really happy with the times we ate here.
Awesome place and great staff. I’m from Texas, I came in looking for the real deal pizza. The staff took care of me and made sure it happened. They even kept the doors open for me on a late night to make sure I was satisfied. Awesome place.
Been going here since our kids were in Little League (10+ Years). Best pizza in Forest Hills. Best Grandma pizza, hands down. Best penne ala vodka. Best chicken parmigiana. Best staff. Best delivery personnel. Da best. *Chef’s kiss*
My family has been ordering from this pizzeria for years and usually have it delivered. Until recently, our Dad has passed, we now dine in after our visit to the cemetery. My favorite dish is in the picture 🍝 The pasta is always cooked perfectly and the sauce is just the right amount of spicy. I never finish it all and it’s even better the next day.
I can’t believe I’ve lived in the neighborhood for two years and haven’t been here before! Extremely friendly, very clean place, inexpensive, I had the Sicilian pizza it was so delicious I highly recommend it, overall a very nice experience.
Delicious restaurant! I ordered the stuffed shells which were so yummy and pizza slices with chicken roll. Good food and timely delivery. We will order again soon 👍🏼
Good place. Had a pepperoni pinwheel and a grandma slice, was cheap and very tasty. Slice has a great crunch to it, perfect garlic basil sauce and mozzarella hit all the marks.
This is Mike the owner of the pizzeria. He is from Montenegro and with 40 years of experience making best authentic Italian pizza. Mike is a sweatheart and a humble gentleman. Usually he answers all the phone calls on Sunday. This is a hidden gem

My favorite neighborhood gem! I dine in frequently and also get delivery. The staff is friendly and the food is great. I’m a sucker for their calzones and their Tuesday takeout special is worth every penny. Always quick and convenient.
The gnocchi and garlic knots made here are superb.
I help out at a local bike shop and believe firmly in supporting the small local businesses in the area. I have my preferences, but like to give everyone a fair shake. I recently did a walk in at Mike's for the first time in years, had a couple slices and took home a veal parm hero. That was enough to make me consider ordering delivery, which I did yesterday. Got a mixed bag as it has been too hot to cook. Got a large pie, half plain, half sausage and mushrooms, chicken piccata w broccoli, and an order of rigatoni a la puttenesca. Everything was very good, the sausage side of the pie could have been done just a little more(plain side fine), but I dont mind as I have a perfectly good toaster oven, and my elderly mom cant chew if its too tough, so really no issue there for me, and she enjoyed the mushroom/sausage slice. I know it's hard to be consistently pleasing to people, esp. the pickier ones(that never worked retail) but thumbs up as far as I'm concerned. I will be back.
This place has the best chicken palm hero in olive Queens. When I say, I only come here to eat the chicken palm I mean it they use quality ingredients. You can tell if you’re in the mood for a good chicken Paul, or anything else this is the go to place
This pizza is the BEST pizza and restaurant -quality food I have had. The pizza has amazing flavor. this is now my new favorite place to eat BY FAR!!!!!!!i I wish I new this place sooner💞😍👍 the employees were so nice especially the owner Mike. Definitely recommend.

Mike's Pizzeria & Restaurant has been servicing the Yelowstone Blvd area for over twenty years and my guess is a few years north of just twenty. Some things have changed at Mikes and some seem the same. Inside the decor has completely changed from an A typical NY pizza parlor look (a lot of red and terracotta colors) to a more modern design. That is the Change. What has stayed the same? Since grabbing my first slice at Mikes to my last which was yesterday, the pizza is the same. The slices still fashion a doughy crust has your jaws overworking for this simple act of consumption. The cheese way quite good and the portion was a heavy hand toward more cheese than less. The sauce is thin in flavor but balances well with the cheese. Entrees are always a fair value for your money. Additionally on this day, I ordered a Stromboli to go. Nothing to say in terms of being overly good nor overly bad. Just standard operating procedure at Mike's. I think that is why they remain to this day. In the infamous works of one George Castansia when promoting the potential spot for intern for the young man who wants to be an architect, yet has a 2.00GPA... "Not showing off, not falling behind" That is Mikes in a nutshell in my opinion.
This has been my primary go-to pizza place since I moved to Forest Hills back in 2005. Mike's makes the best Spinach Rolls, Chicken Rolls and Sausage Rolls I've ever had. They recently added Pepperoni Wheels; will have to try them sometime. I did have their Veal Parmigiana dinner once on a rare sit-down dinner occasion, and it was very well cooked.
Came here for a quick bite from the cold. Had a sicilian and a slice with pepperoni. The fried calamari came with 2 types of marinara sauce. I initially thought they were both the same, but one had a spicy kick to it which we really enjoyed it.

Mike's Pizzeria is hands down the best pizza spot in the neighborhood! It's my go-to place whenever I’m craving a slice or picking up a pie for the family. This family-owned and operated business really knows how to deliver quality. The food is consistently delicious, and my personal favorite is their white pizza with extra sauce on the side — it never disappoints! But honestly, everything on their menu is fantastic, from the pizzas to the pasta dishes. You can taste the care they put into every item. If you’re in the area, this place is a must-try. Highly recommended!
I’ve been going to Mike’s for nearly 40 years and my family since Mike opened. The pizza tastes just as good today as ever before.
Decided to give this place a try due to all the negative reviews as I am one who is always willing to give a place a chance, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of pizza. It looks doughy (which isn't a bad thing) when you see it for the first time but it's rather light and airy. Tried the cheese and pepperoni. If they can deliver this kind of pizza with consistency I'll order again. One star off for not being on the apps or being able to order from their own site (you have to call in and order, old school yes). As far as the negative reviews claiming of rudeness, I can't comment on that as my encounter with the person who took my order was quick and to the point.
Most of the times it's good. There was one time I had pizza that tasted old like it wasn't fresh and just heated up so it was hard.Only gave them 4/5 because of that reason. But most of the time it's good. Pretty rare to get bad tasting pizza. Get it when its fresh and they are 5/5.

Place looks run down and kinda dirty. Staff are nice and fast. Food was barely OK. I recommend sticking to the pizza.
Did not see one employee with a mask on. Take out was fast. Had the chicken parmesan hero it was a big size, good price and taste pretty good.
The food is good but the establishment was sold within the past year and the first thing new management did was raise the prices of everything on the menu. The menu was not updated and does not accurately reflect the new prices. In the staffs haste to prepare orders quickly the plates are not properly closed securely and on on more than one occasion the sauce leaks out of the dish into the delivery bag making a small mess. We are in the process of looking for a new Italian food place to try.

Full prices are not displayed in the store. Non-gourmet pizza with 2 toppings in the middle of nowhere=$25 cash. Remember to ask for prices before ordering.
I expected a large pie to be around $20. That's just standard NYC price. However, the taste was bland and the crust wasn't crispy at all. Would not return.
The personnel here is very rude, arrogant, rushing when placing an order over the phone.overcharging on a Family pack deal they have on Wednesday. IuI ended up paying for everything that was included in the pack. Hidden charges. I highly do not recommend this place. This was my first and last time going to this place.
They charge you too much, there’s a lot of good pizza place here in Forest hills. Don’t buy here 👎
I used to order from here a lot. The food was always excellent (for a pizza place.) However, they rush you like crazy on the phone when ordering delivery, and this frequently leads to mistakes with the order, which they then rudely blame on you. After this happened a few times, I did not want to deal with the drama anymore - it's not worth it. I would say food quality 3.5-4 stars but customer service 0 stars...
I orderd 4 slices and the guy threw it in one small box and all the toppings where mixed and overlaped from 2 slices over 2 . Idk why i found this desrispectfull and unprofesional . Makes sence why they got a B grade .
Unfortunately I have to change my opinion. As we go through the horrors of the Pandemic, most small businesses have closed. Mike's has remained open and I have attempted to support them during this time. However, the three times I entered the place I observed that no one was using gloves or a mask. Every time I requested that they put on gloves they refused insisting that they never touched the food with their bare hands other than when they prepared raw food for cooking. Yet everytime I was there I observed that they picked up the cooked food with bare hands to reheat it or touched it when it came out of the oven. The last time I went into the store they had masks hanging around their necks which makes the mask useless and no one had gloves. I asked the owner why he refused to use gloves and he told me that I could leave if I didn't like it. I replied that was fine with me and left. I will never go back into that store even when we've been vaccinated.
Basic pizza just sitting there all day. $3.25 a plain slice, in queens? Grumpy customer service. Everything is overpriced. They also repeatedly leave menus under your apartment door annoying.
The food is ok, nothing to brag about at all. The service is horrible. Went there with the family for dinner and the waitress was rude. They forgot to make my daughter's dinner and when I asked her where it was she said it would be a few minutes, but went back behind the counter never checking with the kitchen. After several more minutes I went up to the counter to check on my daughter's dinner, as we were all almost finished eating and her food still hadn't arrived they finally went into the kitchen area and found out they overlooked her order and would make it right away. So we had to wait even longer. If the waitress would have done her job in the first place and checked when I first asked her about it we wouldn't have had to wait at least an additional 10 minutes for her meal. Also, it wasn't like the place was busy, they had a couple of to go orders, but there was NO ONE else in the restaurant that the waitress was attending to, so you can't say maybe she was busy, she was just standing behind the counter doing NOTHING. We will not be going back there again.

This pizza place is horrible, pizza was cold, so unprofessional and miserable. This place is an insult to be called a pizzeria restaurant. The young guy who took the order is not pleasant and very rude.Way overpriced and even if this was the last place on earth I would starve!!!!!
Very Expensive Pizza Place I Ever Been $5.50 For 1 Slice And Staff Who Serve Me Not Very Friendly So Not Good At All, I'm Not Recommended...
The food is ok but the worst part are the people that work there they are rude and no manners. I asked for butter and the guy behind the counter said with an attitude the butter is too expensive and couldn't even give me at least one wanted to charge me for it
So this was the first time I walked into the pizzeria as I wanted NY style pizza. The folks behind the counter were VERY rude. I don't know, maybe because I am a minority women. Who knows? But they were rude when I ordered and rude when I picked up the pizza. They had an attitude mainly because I asked for the Tuesday special of the day. Hey, it's not my fault you have a special going on. So, anyway they were rude. I didn't like their attitude. On top of that, the pizza is medicore. It was barely warm by the time I got home and I live about five minute walk away. I've had Dominos pizza last longer in warmth than that. Also, the pizza was medicore. I've tasted better. So no, I will NOT be going back to them ever again and no, I do NOT recommend them.
Hi Mike, you are embarrassing your name by serving the food you do. Chicken roll is dry and half cold. All food has the disgusting smell and taste of freezer burn. I grew up with this place and it has completely transformed into something unrecognizable.
So today after the kids played 2 games, we (all the parents) said we would take them for pizza. One of the parents called and confirmed with a worker at Mike’s Pizzeria located at 71-75 Yellowstone Blvd that there was enough space to accommodate us and he said yes...as soon as we walked into the establishment he turned us away very rudely and at that in front of all of the kids. Other customers got up and left because of his unprofessionalism and rudeness. This is discrimination at its best. I would NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone and I am going to make sure to make a complaint with the BBB. So sad that in 2019 we are still dealing with this, but I’ll be damned if I allow anyone to make my kids or the kids on the team feel any less. We are taking our business elsewhere. You aren’t worth our money!! Shame on you!!!
Stopped by around 9pm and there was hardly any food left. Ordered 2 chicken slices and garlic knots to go.. Got told it was $13,i gave my debit card and magically it became almost $15...went home and began to eat the slices and the chicken was old like it was laying all day . Garlic knots are horrible... Second time coming here and second time being dissatisfied.. Food is horrible and overpriced.. I'd rather starve than ever eat at this so called pizzeria ever again ...
who ever owns this place need to teach the manager some maners on how to have ppl skills not even done ordering and their in a rush to hang up before im even done completing my order ,called back and even more attitude asked for the manager the one answering was the manager get rid of this guy u dont need a manager that is goin to be a duche to ppl never gonna order from this olace again and i was a regular i dont care how good the food is but makes your food taste like trash with ppl. like that as managers .
ordered around 9 pm on a Friday (they supposed to close 10:30) and the way my ham pizza was prepared was beyond lazy. Didn’t even bother chopping the ham.
$7.36 ordered a slice and brisk ice tea 4%with card After showing the front lady she even told him there's a hair in the pizza .chef denied it was a hair . Tray was dirty stained. Won't be going back.
