Food’s alright it’s Dunkin’ so it’s corporate food but the people there are so respectful and quick with their service. I’ve never had a problem but always meet older military men abusing the staff. Can’t say much for them since the staff is so nice every time I go.
I've never had a problem at this Dunkin'! Sometimes they’re out of specific menu items, but that's understandable — it's not like they enjoy being out of stock. Sure, it can be a little inconvenient to choose an alternative, but it's not their fault and never the end of the world. I've used the drive-thru and have also spent 1–2 hours inside doing homework, and the environment has always been comfortable. On two separate occasions, I ordered my matcha, and by the third time, one of the employees (recognized me and remembered my order — such a sweet moment that made my day! It shows they really pay attention and care about their customers. The place is always clean, the service is great, and the employees are genuinely kind!
Went today to get me some donuts for my soldiers, and the blonde girl at the front was super helpful. She was very kind and definitely knows how to treat a customer. She had patience with me and explained the difference in donut options they had, will be coming back!!
Danielle is an amazing employee. She always has a positive attitude every morning when I come through. She has memorized my order and is always on point with her recommendations.
Stopped by for the first time in a while, and the worker Isabella, helped me throughout the whole process of ordering. Most of the time I’ve come here I’ve had some short tempered people with nasty attitudes but wow not only was my drink refreshing but so was the environment and energy. She had a lot of patience and was very polite and helpful I sure hope everyone is like that, when I come back I expect her to be there because she’s amazing!!!!
Best Dunkin’ in the area! Staff is friendly and the coffee and donuts are fresh. I stopped by this morning and I said omg this is sooooo good! Best I’ve had since I started going to Dunkin’. Whoever was staffed today, especially the kid with the double nose piercings in the drive thru was such a great personality.
Between OCT 2023-JAN 2024, the services were terrible and I wrote a bad review regarding the shift change from AAFES to corporate. I recognized there would be some growing pains, however, I was compelled to write a bad review considering how long nothing had improved. Currently, I happy to report those changes have been made. Improvements have been made and now I feel it would be appropriate to acknowledge such changes. The services are much smoother: The atmosphere is friendlier, and the orders come in an in orderly time, the drinks are on point, and personally, they have better drinks than Starbucks. Nice job to the employees that made the transition better.
Bring a flashlight in the morning. Their screen doesn’t light up and I don’t really eat out that often, so I have no idea what’s on their menu. Edit: came back a few more times this week. Ordered caramel craze warm but they gave me the wrong drink some cold drink with 6 pumps sugar 6 pumps caramel, 6 pumps cinnamon, etc someone definitely has diabetes. I threw it away. Next day I got caramel craze, taste like black coffee Also I’m assuming they don’t do military discounts. Came in uniform, I feel awkward asking for discounts so I guess that’s on me because I didn’t ask for one, but come on…I’m in uniform on post.
I’ve been to Fort Bliss for the past 2 years and this my 3rd time going to dunkin since they opened so early “let me stop by”. Lady gave people orders behind me already while I’m still waiting on my orders,until I went forward and ask . Bad customer service. Then when I drink my hot chocolate oh weew this is not even close to be a hot chocolate it tasted like 99%water. I never gonna back again.
I ordered an iced coffee and, like the last two visits, I had to double-check that it was made with sugar-free vanilla because the previous times I was given regular vanilla instead. When I politely asked the employee at the front to confirm, she immediately seemed irritated. It’s so ridiculous. Every time I come here especially in the afternoon, the staff is rude for no reason. Around 2 PM there are only a couple customers, so it’s not like they’re overwhelmed or slammed. It takes nothing to be kind.
Oct 2nd - today. I placed a 50$ order on the app, said should be ready by 5:43pm -got to the location on time and a Red Haired Older lady was working alone, saw me, refused to come to the window for a PICK UP. I honked. Nothing. I called & she ignored the phone until eventually she disconnected it...I honked & she kept sweeping the same spot with her back turned away from me until 617 ish-still wearing the headset....i have a 2 yr old with me & a new born & cant get out of the car - so she closed before 6pm, cant get my order because she wont come to the window, can't ask for a refund cause theres no way of getting a hold of the location, nothing. Dunkins has a make it right guarantee. So make it right cause she knows what she was doing.
There was a worker named Erica, who refused to serve a 6 dozen donuts to a service member today at 0600 on September 20th. She displayed poor work ethics, and a lack of customer service. I’m beyond disappointed in this employee, and will not be coming back.
This place is an absolute embarrassment. Cold food, awful coffee, terrible service, dirty store, staff with a foul mouth. Swearing at a customer for asking (quite politely) to warm up the cold sandwich you served? Little over the top there, hope your day got better after your temper tantrum. LOL do NOT go here.
I've been to Dunkin donuts several times to get some donuts and they never have any today was the last straw I went to buy some donuts thru drive dru ask for chocolate donut didn't have any and I ask for blueberry and right away she said we don't have those either, not even I'm sorry or nothing like that very rude.
Never have i received half a cup of coffee bc i asked for light ice... until today. When i asked for coffee in my ice, i was given more ice because, according to the manager on duty, "that's just how things are done when you get less ice." no one has ever done that, including at this store and from these two employees - a white woman with dark black dyed hair and a darker woman with older bleached hair. I dont leave reviews, but i wont be back specifically to this dunkin. Ill order off base from now on.
I used to come to this place often before it changed from being under the exchange wings if you can say that to license/corporate . My order is simple uncomplicated brew coffee with some cream and sugar . Always used to taste the same . I used to stop before on my way to work after the transition the quality on their products has diminishing drastically. Now I’m only come if I need to take my vehicle to the shop next door . Today this coffee tasted so water down . I don’t know home many batches of coffee they already did with probably same bag . The barista was nice and redo the coffee but is not much they can do with poor quality products.. pretty sad how this store goes deep down .
The worst customer service ever. Almost every time I go, they mess up my order. I’m about to start tasting the coffee and food whenever I go here. I’ll ask for something and they’ll clearly repeat it back to me but deliberately won’t add it to the drinks or the food. There are times I had to drive back so they can get the order right. Save your money and go to another Dunkin’. This one has rude workers and people that deliberately mess up your order. Once can be considered a mistake, but 3+ times is not.
Placed mobile order at 8:35 (at the intercom). I didn’t get my food until 8:42! Got their avocado toast and it is NOT TOAST! It was so soggy! Coffee was all watered down. I hate that their excuse is that they are always short staffed! Isn’t there a manager there that can hire more people to fix the problem. I LITERALLY told them to keep their food and throw it away. I drove off! The times I’ve gone there, it’s the same problems! LONG WAIT TIMES and food quality is VERY inconsistent! Do better please!
I waited in the drive through line with only 4 cars in front of me for 14 minutes, then did not receive a receipt, and got a burnt breakfast sandwich. I couldn't even turn around to get a new one because I'd be late to work if I did. It seems like they need more staff at this location.
