I find myself going here sometimes for lunch and I never have a bad experience. Sometimes there are a lot of people in line and occasionally it takes a while to get up in line to order. The people are pretty consistent and accurate with the orders. Sometimes they will forget to put in the sauces but I always check before I leave so it’s no big deal. If you like fried chicken then this is the best option on base.
All Ima say is everyone know popeyes is the best fast food chicken, This is one of the better popeyes.
Monique is the most professional and helpful employee here at local Popeyes . Come in for lunch break a lot and she always takes the time into consideration. She helping with making decisions when undecided and also made me aware of the mobile app to help me save. .. Shout Out To Monique for your professionalism and kindness.

We had a great dinner for our whole family. It was quality chicken and the kids had their fill. We rarely eat out all together, because it's usually expensive. But we fed the 6 of us for about $30
Great food even during rush hour at lunchtime. Superior customer service. They are not accepting military star for the 10% off their suppose to have which is mandatory for the card. Been going on charging full price for a year now.
My favorite menu is chicken wrap. I came to find out they no longer serve this. Not cool. But so far the food is good, not too dry and not expensive. Less than $10 can get you a great meal with side order. I have been a fun of Popeyes for many years. But how can you take the chicken wrapp off the menu. Please bring it back.

It's your run of the mill Popeyes. The food tastes the same as all the other ones. My biggest gripe is the staffing. Knowing a unit was coming out of the box they still only had one person at the register resulting in 30 min waits in line. This happened all 3 times I went there.

Chicken was dry and in our 12 piece family meal we were told it would have more than 1 breast.. It had 1 breast 1 wing 1 leg and the rest was thighs. We would've gladly waited on fresh chicken to be cooked if there was an issue.
All the employees, move around and talk like they hate their lives. they ask you classic or spicy, then give you the opposite of what you said, forget straws a bit often as well. food taste is certainly the redeeming quality.

The Popeyes I went to in Fort Irwin, ca is disappointing. The customer service is horrible. There was a guy that give me my order and shut the drive thru window so quick before I could ask him for a fork and napkins. I waved to get his attention and he was so rude. Not only that, but the chicken sandwich I ordered was over fried. The sandwich was solid, and my red beans and rice I ordered was like soup. Not very happy with my experience. I like Popeyes but I won’t be going to that one again.
Rude staff when I said how ludicrous it was because they charged 25 cents for extra sauces. That's just silly and then she wanted to get an attitude. Food was good but customer service wasn't at all and you can barely hear the guy taking your order.
Very unprofessional I was so disappointed In my experience I called cooperate office. This has been building up from multiple trips but this visit just put it over the top. I don't complain at restaurants ever do to being embarrassed easily but saying "I don't want you to die Tim" because I ordered the wrong type of chicken by accident. Is uncalled for and the manager to be so rude when I walked inside to confront the issue, like I was a inconvenience to her day. I will not be coming back to this establishment again.
Closed earlier than posted time on multiple occasions. Almost every worker has a crazy attitude, not all but most. They give you an attitude whether it’s for honey, sauce, napkins or straws. You can’t win here. If you hate your job so much then better yourself or join the Army. 🤷🏻♂️
“Wrong for placing an order” Understand this review is coming from a strictly professional level to the shift manager who on 09Nov2024 at 4:40 pm I don’t have a name because the manager wasn’t wearing a name tag. Here it goes my wife and I placed an order 4:00 pm on the Popeyes app. The app stated the order would be ready at 4:28pm we arrived slightly after the time 4:35 roughly to pick up our order the first shift worker answered professionally I asked for the order she checked with who I assume is the shift manager and I could hear her yelling over the mike at the worker asking about the pick up order. The manager got on the mike and with attitude asked for the name I said the name on the order she said “ what is it” I said the order number she had us pull up to the window. I show her the order and she gave me a look of tired bereavement and said “ I don’t if we have that, and we stop cooking at 4” she took my wife’s phone and said “ we will see what we can do.” She puts stuff in the boxes cramming it in un gloved as well. During this process another person is ordering at the counter and she is lashing out at the two young workers because a customer is ordering after they “ stopped cooking” after she gives me the order she states “ y’all should have called and let us know.” I am not above a fast food chain worker I worked that type of job for two and a half years but when a leader of a shift is yelling and being mean to the cashiers and blaming me saying I didn’t plan and should have called when I ordered through the app at 4pm and they close at 5pm it’s not alright also holding my composure because two people arguing at a food spot wouldn’t set a good example for my daughter in the back. Finally when I got home after this exchange the order is missing about 9-10 tenders when the shift leader said “ we got it.” I just got here and for the next few years will not be going back because the professional management is not being up held and those young service workers should be treated better.
