Attention was great since we got there, 16" pizza took about less than 10 minutes and the freshness felt inmediately, the sauce was delicious, the thin crust just amazing, totally recommended. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Authentic New York–style pizza made with heart by true gentlemen. Times Square Pizza is a hidden gem in Fort Lauderdale. This is a small, old-school New York–style pizza spot where everything feels real—from the atmosphere to the pizza itself. The slices are served piping hot, incredibly fresh, and you can truly taste the care and respect that goes into every pie. A very special shoutout to Wally and Rafa, the pizza artists behind the counter. They are absolute gentlemen—kind, respectful, and genuinely warm in the way they treat their customers. Their energy makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in, like you’re among friends. You can tell they don’t just make pizza; they craft it with love, pride, and deep respect for the people they serve. This is the kind of place where the community gathers, where people feel at home, and where the passion behind the food is undeniable. When you visit, ask for Wally and Rafa—they are the heart and soul of this place. Highly recommended if you’re looking for real New York–style pizza and an authentic, feel-good experience.
Time Square Pizza Review We ordered super late and still got our food right away — now that’s service! This is a true mom-and-pop spot, and it absolutely doesn’t disappoint. The food came out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. Honestly, it was so damn good I completely forgot to take any pictures. That should tell you everything! If you’re craving real-deal pizza and that local, welcoming vibe, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back.
my husband and i came here looking for something close in walking distance since it’s our favorite time here! by far the best pizza i personally have ever had! it was hot and very fresh! staff was hard working and focused but also friendly! if i find myself here again ill definitely be stopping by!
We are visiting from Cape Coral and wanted ny style pizza. This place hit the nail on the head! Delicious thin crust Brooklyn style pizza. We also tried the lasagna and hot meatball subs both which were tasty with great sauce! Staff was friendly and prompt. Highly recommended if you want a taste of NY in Florida!
Visiting the area, ordered online. Quick delivery. Large portions, could only eat one slice of pizza, cannolis delicious. Also ordered the caprese salad, excellent with the balsamic vinaigrette. Highly recommended.
First of all I’m 34 and I’ve been coming here since I was 16 with family and now I bring my children here. This place is phenomenal if you have given a bad review you definitely had a bad day. This hands down is the closest pizza to an original NY pizza I mean they just import even the water here. I love this place it’s so good and so worth it.
TRUST ME, order now! Seriously amazing pizza … I am going to miss this place. Will always come back when I visit FLL. My wife and I got the cheese and a make your own with our choice of topping. It hit the spot!!!
Great little pizza shop with a friendly owner from Queens NY this pizza is great and thats coming from a fellow New Yorker!

Great little pizza shop with a friendly owner from Queens NY this pizza is great and thats coming from a fellow New Yorker!
Being that I am new to the area a co worker recommended Times Square Pizza. We placed an order for delivery, he had pizza and I had a spicy Italian sub. Delivery was fast and the sub was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be a repeat customer! If you are in the area I highly recommend Times Square Pizza.
It’s not really a spot you sit down and dine. The slice was <$4 for the biggest slice of pizza I’ve personally ever seen. The customer service is great, everyone is friendly and working hard. I’ll definitely go back for another slice.. or a whole pie 🍕😊
I love the pizza here! It really does taste like the New York pizza I used to enjoy so much. Definitely recommend you indulge in the huge cheesy slices they offer! The staff are really friendly and it feels very homie inside.
Been in ft Lauderdale for almost 3 months, and this pizza has been my go to dinner! It makes chain store pizza taste like cardboard in comparison! Excellent authentic Italian pizza....try it, it's worth it
The establishment desperately needs renovation and a deep cleaning but who cares?!! I stopped here with a friend before going to an LP concert, the staff is extremely friendly and funny, we got two large slices of ham and pineapple pizza which was terrific!!! However like I said the interior is not very well kept. Make sure to pay for meter parking and refill it as necessary.
SOO... I am reading a few of these rude reviews and honestly it hits a little too close to home. For starters, Ray, The owner is one of the nicest, sweetest people ever and my sisters and I love to come in and see him and his crew. We have been coming to Times Square for over 15 years. I have NEVER, not once, had a bad experience, or anything remotely close to that. I consider them all my extended Italian family. I have also never met ANYONE who lives around the area who has one derogatory thing to say about their staff (who is amazing and so welcoming), or their food. . This is a local place that all of us locals have grown up adoring. If I am craving pizza at night and Times Square Pizza is closed I literally won't order pizza, I have even been wearing their T-shirt for years and when im out its always a friendly conversation for other Times Square lovers. So, If you aren't from the area and have nothing nice to say please do us all a favor and keep your opinions to yourself. :))))))
Good pizza at a great price.. Across from Target... Yes a good deal at a great price.. The only problem are the homeless.. Which are harmless.. Sooo a good pie at a great price... I have never been dissapointed.. Owners are nice and I really go in to grab a slice or two.. I love the quick in an out.. A must see... A great stock up for the beach. Enjoy... 🔤😀🐟🐡
I am from New York with by the way makes the best pizza on the planet 😁 anyway I usually get a large pie with a side of meatballs and it's just so damn good . I don't work for and I'm not affiliated with these folks when I leave at five star review . By the way through a few bucks in a tip cup those guys work their butts off !🔥
After shopping at Coral Ridge Mall , I had dinner here with my husband. I chose cheese pizza. Pizza was delicious, staff is helpful. The restaurant usually offers takeaway. As soon as possible I’ll have a pizza 😍
Having moved here only 7 months ago from New York, it was such a pleasure to go into an old style New York pizza place. The pizza was delicious and the Ambiance was real old school New York Pizzeria style. Loved it and would highly recommend it.
True NY pizza. If you're having a pizza party, it makes no sense to order from anywhere besides. Their XL pizza is amazing and filling. One to two slices and you're stuffed. The slices are huge. Everything is fresh. They really brought NY to South Florida.
I am from jersey and my wife from New York.... we know our pizza. We have lived down here for about 6-7 years and this is the only place we have found that we like in Florida. If you know good pizza from up north you will LOVE this pizza. Northerners know what I’m talking about. The parlor even has the authentic pizza parlor look from up north in the inside... the same types of tables and pictures on the walls as back home. We absolutely love this place and the guys who work there are amazing as well. We are moving to pompano and are sad we won’t be coming as often but we have already talked about how we will be making special trips to come to our favorite pizza place!
Best pizza and subs in Ft Lauderdale
Are you looking for NY Style Pizza here in South Florida? Are you tired of chain pizza's not living up to your standards? Wanting Nona to be impressed with your style of takeout? Then LOOK NO FURTHER. Times Square Pizza is PHENOMENAL. The crust, the ingredients, like everything about this place is home cooked good pizza. Work favorite as well! This place will continue to have my business as long as they stay in business!
Haven't been here in years, but it is the ideal place to go if you want quick good pizza on the go. My fiancé and I had the margarita pizza which we added ricotta which was not a problem might I add. About 10-15 minutes later, out came the 16inches of pizza glory. Absolutely amazing. the crust is almost like a croissant crust that just melts in your mouth. A sweet, buttery, and crispy crust, loaded with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and cheeses. Definitely a local hot spot!
Since living in Oakland Park, this has been my go to since NYC. I usually go on Fridays for the 2 slices and a beverage. Pizza is super delicious and they keep me coming back week after week. Hope you all enjoy as I do.
The pizza here is at a perfect happy medium of size, flavor, and quality. You can taste the fresh tomato sauce in every bite and for a $20 large pizza, you can’t beat in Fort Lauderdale.
Delicious NYC pizza, fast service, great atmosphere. Very cozy and intimate seating. Large cheese pizza was delicious and fulling.
Best pizza in the area taste so fresh! Sauce taste like real tomatoes, dough is perfectly backed and great flavor. I was tasting slices around the are and I can say this is one of my favorites!
I had an Italian sun which was fantastic. They were not shy with the meat which was cool. I also got a slice of pepperoni pizza which was very NY style and it was the best slice of pizza I have ever had. The customer service was amazing and all the employees were very friendly and attentive.
Ray is the nicest guy ever! Such a sweetheart. Always knows me by name and its a great feeling. Pizza is the best...Food is wonderful@!
My first time here and the pizza was awesome!! I only got one slice and regret not getting 2. The guy doing service was friendly and smiling. Thank you, it made my day!!
I’ve been coming here for 12 years. Great, classic NY pizza.
Stopped in for a slice while wife got a facial.upstairs. great piping hot pizza. New York style through and through. Lovely staff. Got the ayt meat... It was not messing around. If you're around stop by and enjoy!!
This is the one of the best pizzerias I been to in a long time. The cheese what can I say was not too greasy at all, the bread was just like the traditional NY style pizza we all know . 5 stars
Quality cheese, fresh tomato sauce, thin crust and tasty pepperoni…all perfectly balanced…some of the best NY style pizza i’ve had…and staff super friendly! Def will be back next time in town.
Love Times Square pizza and subs. Moved to Arizona and miss eating there. When here on vacation it's one of our must eat there place.
I travel here from Miami in traffic hour if I have to! Best authentic pizza in Florida even New York at this point. No kidding! Go here for real pizza real cheese omg the cheese run, run fast! If you want good pizza of course I mean freaking great pizza :)
Absolutely the best pizza we've ever had! My family and I are from Cincinnati, Ohio and it was soooo good we had to order another one after our delivery. Thank you so much!! FOREVER A FAN OF THIS PIZZA AND SERVICE! We ordered 2 big ole pizzas and a couple of subs and just **insert italian kiss** perfection.
The food was really good and the service was good and they served the food fast also remember to get the tomato sauce that comes with the garlic bread that is also really good. Really recommend this place its not that full and the pizza was good.
If you're from up north then you know pizza is hard to come by in south Fl! This place is authentic, family feel with the best pizza you will have! Tastes like home to me! They not only nailed the sauce but, the dough... perfection. You will not regret it!!! It's super easy to inhale a large pie.. just sayin..
Every time I come here all I hear is people with New York accent. This place may be the most authentic NY style pizza in the area. I’ve been a client for years and will be as long as they’re here.
These guys know what they're doing. Food is always amazing and friendliness part of their uniform. Always a pleasure coming here because a positive attitude will make the delicious food taste even better!
This is the best place to get a true NY style pizza. Always on time the food is delicious never had a bad experience. And I’d also like to say their delivery driver is fantastic too. Thank you for the great service.
Been coming here for almost 40 years. My grandma used to bring me here when i was a kid. Its my favorite pizza of all time! No notes! One of the very rare places that have continued to serve quality product. Pizza tastes the same as it did decades ago. As old Fort Lauderdale gets bulldozed and we become carbon copied corpo-dale, i truly treasure our locally owned mainstays. Here is to another 40!
The pizza here is amazing. Highly recommend. Originally came in with a friend who has lived here for decades. We had slices at the restaurant. They're great. Lately, I have been having delivered. They give you this wonderful large pizza and the delivery fee is just $2.00. Great food and good service.
Always delicious and they are always friendly. I have been a patron for a couple of decades now, and even though I live in dade, I still visit regularly. Some of the best pizza in all of south Florida.
I've been getting delivery for 5 plus years. Various selections-All good-Always. Delicious food, fresh & hot, delivery time always less than ETA. Direct delivery-not thru an app. I definitely recommend this place.
Last week I was in Ft. Lauderdale visiting my old friend who used to live NY like I currently do now. My buddy and his other friend took me to Times Square Pizza and all 3 of us ordered a large pie and it was absolutely the best Pizza I ever had in Florida. If you are from NY and you want great Pizza in Florida come to Times Square Pizza it's the closest to NY style Pizza I've had in Florida.
Amazing NEW YORK style pizza… literally taste exactly like Times Square NYC. Absolutely insanely perfect, flawless! There is zero comparison. Ray is a class act, and their entire crew puts their 110% effort into crafting the best pizza - period! I’ve been coming here for 22 years. …and they have Extra Large 20” pies also. All other pizza, places… Total disaster, everybody agrees, ask anyone believe me!
It is a great pizza joint. The food is delicious. Don't have over the top expectations and you'll have a great time with awesome food! Carryout is terrific too.
The best pizza in south Florida and it’s always excellent every time you order. Friendly service. Cupped pepperoni with Mikes Hot Honey is a new favorite.
This place is one of my absolute favorite places to grab a pizza in South Florida. They use nothing but quality ingredients and have always been consistent. I have been coming here for years and never disappointed. My favorite pizza is a large chees with fresh raw garlic put on after it comes out of the oven.
I really enjoy the pizza at Times Square Pizza. The cheese, the crust, and the way they make it are just so good. I stopped in the other day for a slice and a salad for lunch, and as always, I was not disappointed. The pizza slice was perfect - the right amount of gooey cheese and a crisp yet chewy crust that held up well. The salad was fresh and made a nice complement to the pizza. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly and attentive, which added to the overall positive experience. The ambiance of the place is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for a quick bite or a relaxed meal. The only reason I’m giving 4.5 stars instead of 5 is that I would love to see a bit more variety on their menu. Nevertheless, Times Square Pizza consistently delivers delicious pizza and great service, and I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.
Ralph is one of best pizza makers on the planet every topping is perfect on your pie.Ok enough about Ralph. I am originally from NY. Times Square, Pizza. It is absolutely the best pizza in the state of Florida amazing from the crust, sauce, cheese to the toppings.GO THERE YOU WILLNOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
Finding a good slice of pizza in Florida can be challenging for a Native New Yorker. Fortunately, I walked by this spot and gave it a shot because of the aroma of a good pizza being baked. After shooting the breeze with staff, I ordered a pie with extra cheese, extra sauce, and well done. "Fuhgeddaboudit!" I wasn't let down, which was a win for me! I haven't tried anything else on the menu, but I'm hoping that when I do, Times Square Pizza will knock it out of the park, too!
Great pizza. I ordered 5 of their Special Pizzas and they all came out great. I ordered the Veggie, Meat Lovers, White, Hawaiian and Cupped Pepperoni, they were ready in about half an hour and they all came out great. I especially appreciate their dough, which in my opinion is better than normal. Thanks Guys!!!
I think it is the best slice of pizza I have ever e ever eaten! Super friendly family!! If you r in the area please stop by u will not go wrong!
Best Pizza I've had in Broward so far. Easily as good as Steve's in North Miami. Has table seating and good prices.
Everyone here speaks Italian, and everyone is talking all at once. Times Square Pizza is an authentic auditory experience, with families and children seemingly auditioning for opera roles, along with the percussion of clanging Pizza pans, and jingling phones humming with orders. The meatball sandwich stands alone center stage. The Italian bread is a fresh-toasted crisp, and melts in your mouth. The beef is extraordinarily tender, with a pitch perfect grind, density and flavor. The mozzarella has a measured heft, not too dense, and not too creamy, but with a fine-tuned pull and chew. A red sauce adds the required spice and tang for a dazzling finish. The pizza here is fresh and balanced, but rather nondescript. It’s.lacking in any outrageous characteristic—and that’s not a bad thing. It’s not unusually thin, or uniquely crisp, or patently spicy. But Time Square’s meatball sandwich steals the show, and is perhaps of the best sandwiches in the country for its lighter than air crisp-tender exterior, which is an overture before revealing mozzarella wrapped, hand-butchered, herbed beef albóndigas inside. It’s something to sing about.

Ordered a small pizza with 5 toppings, one of their specials. The pizza has thinner style crust but it's firm and not flimsy. They don't use very much sauce and it's light on cheese. Toppings were generous and overall the pizza was good.
No frills NY style pizza. Crispy thin crust. Light cheese, sauce, and flavor. Mostly take-outs, but there are few seats indoor and outdoor on the sidewalk. 😋 🍕 🙏

2 Pizza slices that take up a whole medium box from other competitors and a can of soda for $6. Sorry it literally blows everyone else out of the water. Cool staff and the pizza is awesome. However, if you're looking for a place to hang out for a while not the best pick. But definitely worth the carry out deal !
Pizza is New York style, calzones are delicious and good portions size. I wish they were open later but decent pizza place
Good and tasty NY style pizza in comparison to nearby competitors. They never skimped on a topping. Pizza always looked and smelled tasty. However, it is expensive. Add a number of toppings to a 16 inch pie and the pizza is more than twenty bucks.. I can name a number of ways I can spend this money on food that will rival pizza, however. Thus, I dabble very rarely.
I've been coming here for over a decade and the pizza is the best I've had in South Florida, comes extremely close to the pizza I grew up with in Jersey. Great deal, 2 slices and a drink or a bomb Sicilian slice and soda for $6. However, there's a special place in hell for a place that won't deliver 3 miles away, hence the 4 stars. Even after the bad taste the employees leave in your mouth, the pizza is still delicious.
Made a special trip here because a coworker from NY said the pizza here tasted very close to a New York pizza unlike other local NY pizza places. We ordered the 16" cheese pizza and waited about 15-20 minutes on a Sunday football night for the pizza to be ready. Business was buzzing with customers coming in and out for pickups. Most of the customers seem to be repeat and are known by the staff which tells you something. There are about three 2-person tables and about four 4-person booths. There are probably about three 2-person tables outside in front of the restaurant which is also a feet away from the parking lot. As for the pizza, it's not oily, has a clean taste, and does not taste bad but also nothing particularly so special that I would make a special trip to here again.
Old fashioned pizza joint, mostly suitable for take out but enough tables to sit inside if you want to eat pizza fresh from the oven. Very reasonable prices.
Not bad pizza but missing FLAVOR in the crust , it was bland . Ths cheese is delicious , the sauce is good but the crust is bringing the pizza down , Imho. 7.2/10
Came here for lunch bought myself two slices. Pretty good pizza for a rush slice. The area is very memorable of NYC corner pizza. Workers were very kind and friendly.
Crust was amazing. So crispy and fresh. Sause was a little bland. If the sause had a little kick to it the pizza would of been great instead it was very good. For south Florida pizza its very good.
deeply mid pizza and paid parking :(
Very negative to ask people to if you want to pay cash or credit I'm not worth $0.75 if I pay my credit card for a $10 order? The food is great the people are good but many are overlooking. Bathrooms are in horrible shape interior of the restaurant is dirty and old and needs updating. It appears that hasn't been touched since they opened. Ceilings the walls everything needs a good scrubbing and a good refurbish. I won't go there again because of the fact that they charge a different price for cash. Or credit. I ordered a meatball sub and a drink and they want to know if I wanted to pay cash or credit so I paid by cash saving them only 74 cents. That's a really stupid decision by whoever owns the place. I've been coming there for 40 years but I'll never go there again. Are things really that bad that you have to do that? Owners like this don't invest a dime in the floors the ceilings the walls the core of the bathrooms but they'll charge you $74 more if you use a credit card give me a break?
Pizza at this place is OK. We took the pizza to take out and I pay with my credit card and they automatically add a 20% tip which I did not authorize just be careful the scam place they add 20% tip automatically to your order when you check out, I’m surprised you have not been Investigated. Sounds scam to me.
Really stingy with the cheese, 24 dollars for a XL pizza but its all bread and sauce

This is my first review and I wrote it because I am a bit upset and disappointed. I have been getting my pizza and meatballs here for the past two years, pretty good food, not the greatest, but good. I ordered a 3 topping pizza for a gathering to watch a football game on TV. I picked it up, got home and it was the wrong order and just a cheese pizza. I called back, Ray said sorry, we will remake you the right pizza. I said I am 30 minutes away, not coming back now, he said you just call and ask for Ray when you are ready to order again and I will remake it for you...great right? Not, I called today and Ray said I don't remember this, not going to remake you a pizza. My reply was WOW! Okay well, thanks....I'll get my food somewhere else then. Lost my business for a pizza that probably cost him $3.00 to make. Again, disappointing.
I'm a long time customer, probably over 10 years. The pizza used to be outstanding; it's the only place I'd go. Lately it's been overwhelmingly disappointing. They get our order wrong almost every time we order. The crust is wet and soggy. The onions and sausage are raw. If you're going to get the order wrong at least bake it properly. I'm sad to say I need to find another pizza place that delivers to my address. I don't really know any other place in town because Times Square is the only place I order from. But it's been SO bad lately that I just can't anymore.
First time at time square, I’m a pizza enthusiast I was highly rated for trying this place being told it’s one of the best places. It wasn’t busy at all, pizza itself was flabby and falling apart. I rate it 4.3 I’ve had better pizza. I was really looking forward to it but ended up disappointed ☹️
Ordered 20" pizza delivery. First order, about 6 months ago was very good. Several orders since then were not the same. Undercooked a bit, not crispy and bland.

Wasn't a fan, sauce taste watered down, no flavor, heard the employees talking smart like to one another, order was 20 mins past the quoted time. Thanks for being a local pizza spot. Not for me.

Pizza was nice size fairly priced but the sauce tasted like chef Boyardee sauce like ravioli sauce dude at the front desk was cool but that sauce was not hitting
Happened again hour and half later never received food. Called said on way. Fifteen minutes called again and absolutely clueless. Many other places to choose from. Maybe new owners? Something has definitely changed and not for the better sad to say.
I was in the mood for some good pizza. It had been a while since I have been to this place, but I remembered it was pretty dam good so I stopped in. Big mistake. I order a large cheese to go well done. After 15 minutes I get my pie hop in my truck pull away. I opened the box and the pizza just looked bad. The crust seemed to be preformed if that’s possible and was far from well done. Crust was horrible and taste well there was none, bland as possible. I would never go there again, very disappointed. The only reason I give it a 1 star is because the guys inside were friendly. But this pizza is just awful I’m not a know it all but one thing I do know that I know is a good pie or a good slice, this place is far from that and far from the quality pizza they have had in the past. Sorry guys won’t be back and I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.
The people are nice but the quality of the pizza has gone down , I remember this used to be absolutely phenomenal pizza and would head here when I happened to be on this side of town. We ordered a whole fresh pie and it immediately got cold and the dough tasted like it wasn’t even done cooking and the sauce has a weird acidic sweetness to it. The white pie with broccoli garlic and spinach is a little better but unfortunately I would probably not head here again. The pizza taste cheap and lifeless
Ate here twice , great pizza THEN. Now the pizza sauce and cheese tastes like chefboyardee. Took three bites of a slice try to put more toppings on it to make it better was horrible went to the young man at the counter with all the tattoos. He said what’s wrong with the pizza there’s nothing wrong with it. It wasn’t only until an older man came said he was in charge and asked me if I wanted my money back or wanted something else. That’s the only reason I’m giving this place two stars. Raise your price to 4.00 and get some grande cheese and make some sauce.
It’s technically 9:39pm and the store window says it closes at 10pm. Even on here it says it closes at 10pm, however I guess when it comes to small business owned places, you can close whenever you want to close despite what you put out there in the public, because I guess, who cares if they just drove 20 minutes to your location to support your business. First time coming and by the way the guy who turned us away acted, this will most likely be the last time I come
Second time posting first one was deleted, terrible restaurant and horrible pizza, the one we received, not once but several times and hardly cooked, when we complained we where told we did not request how cooked, raw, little cooked, medium or fully cooked, told them we never heard such thing we received a credit we never used, place is not recommended
First time ordering here. Placed order online for pickup in 30-40 minutes. When we arrived, no one had bothered to even start the order yet. Won't be back. Update- wrote review while waiting for the pizzas to be made, so updating after eating them. We ordered 3 pizzas, 2 thin crust and 1 thick. Nothing special, don't agree with all the glowing reviews. We should have been offered a coupon or something for the order not being made, I would have given it to someone who would use it. Much better food at Bayview Pizza, just east of this place
Not the same! Crust is slightly different, but noticeably different than the past. However, it is the sauce that is terrible (chef boyardee/ragu vibe-other reviews are correct). Nothing like this used to taste. I never gave this place a five star review in its prime because I never needed to; the pizza spoke for itself. Now I have to say it's not the same anymore. Same great, amazing place but quality is not there.
