Dave & Buster's - Fort Myers

First time at a Dave & Buster's and I am impressed. The overall experience from the food to the games to the service was awesome! I went on a Monday and they currently have a promo for unlimited wings and a $10 game power card for $22 something. Was an amazing value as I got 3 1/2 orders of wings and they were surprisingly very good. Also got some seasoned green beans that were also surprisingly very good. The food service was overall fast and friendly. I had multiple managers come over and ask us how the food was, they definitely seem to care. Everything seemed very clean from the dinning area to the arcade area. The games were a large variety from some just meant for kids, some for teenagers, and some for adults. They have official licensed games from Bandai like Pacman, Halo shooting game, Marvel themed games, Connect 4, skill based games, leaderboards, a huge prize room with a large variety. They make it easy to play the games with a NFC tap system on their power cards. I am now a huge fan and I already can't wait to go back, the best overall Arcade experience in Southwest Florida that I'm aware of.

We celebrate our daughter’s 11th birthday here this past Sunday. And I definitely want to say that this place has a 10 out of 10 in all categories. The staff was incredible the facility was clean and the food was amazing. Thank you to all the staff for making our day so special.

Absolutely loved this D&B! We loved playing the many games not at our normal KC area location. 3 basketball games, a great dance dance game, and a couple coin drop games where the prizes are cards you can collect. The girls seem to love these and Fort Myers and Panama City ones have it.

Always a great time for the whole family, food and drinks were on point. Tons to do....Wednesday’s are good for half price games! Best part is they are open till 1am and 2am on weekends! Didn't love their stucky ribs but everything else we ordered was delicious!

Always fun at a Dave and Buster's. The food is awesome. Games for everyone. Sometimes I wish it were bigger though. More games!! Other than that, always a great place to go.

I when to my granddaughter birthday party there , and I love it. Is a very nice place where the kids can play a lot and win something after.

This was a super fun date with my wife. We played a couple games and had dinner. Food was good and service was fast. We went on a Tuesday at about 6pm and it wasn't very busy at all.

The best thing about this location is the customer service. 👌 Everyone here was so friendly & accommodating. Our food came out hot & fresh. Everyone loved the cheese sticks! The games were all super fun. We all had a blast, adults & kids alike.

Great atmosphere. Akira was very good at explaining the eat and play specials and she was very patient with me. Nina was Amazing, the rinks were great and we had a great time with. I will come back for sure

This is a great place to get into jovial mood. You can play select games for about $70 in 90 minutes. This a great for a family fun time or a date night. The atmosphere is inviting. The place is kid friendly. The place is always clean. I would definitely revisit. I have yet to try the food.

As a realtor, I’m always discovering spots to recommend to my clients, and Dave & Buster’s is such a fun one. My boyfriend and I love coming here for a playful, low-pressure date night with great food and games. The pepperoni flatbread is a 10/10 every single time. We always ask for the pepperonis to be made extra crispy, and it’s seriously so good. The servers are incredibly sweet, and recently we had an issue with a game malfunctioning and needed to speak with the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that we still had a fun experience. I love when management truly gets customer service, and they absolutely blew us away with how guest-focused they were. Super fun date night, great vibes, and awesome service. Highly recommend!

Very fun games, lots of prize options, and yummy food for even the pickiest of people! Their drinks are good and strong! Fun place for the kids and family but also for teens/adults looking to hang. It's a little pricey but not out of the ordinary for this type of establishment!

This is a good place for some fun and food , the food is not the best but is good and they have like combos with cards the prices are little expensive for a play place or we ate to much 😆 but was a good night so it worth

Had my sons birthday party here. They gave us our own section for the party which was nice for the kids to come back to to eat and for the party to be set up and not in the middle of everything. The party person was nice and responsive to our needs. Plenty of food for the kids. Just when you go in this is a pricey party option. After the reg price for the party and apps for the adults it was the highest priced party we have had for our kids.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Dave & Buster’s in Fort Myers. From the moment we arrived the atmosphere was lively and fun and our server was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious and came out quickly and everything we tried was well-prepared and satisfying. The games are definitely on the more expensive side and the prizes are not the most impressive, but that did not take away from how much fun we had and it is still far better than Chuck E. Cheese in terms of overall experience and quality. I really appreciated the option of an unlimited play pass, which made it easy to let my little one enjoy multiple games without constantly worrying about tickets or costs. I do wish there were a toddler-friendly play area and more games geared toward very young children, but my little one was still entertained for a couple of hours and had a blast exploring the different games and activities. Overall, it was a really enjoyable outing and we would definitely come back for another fun day, especially knowing that the staff, food, and atmosphere make it such a positive experience.

Difficult to judge. Here at table since 430. No server approached- asked greeter 2 xs if open seating or did she seat tables... No one evrr came, so we are leaving, its 502 pm.. One waitress on phone one sitting and talking to other staff. Two girls at a computer talking but not sitting attending tables. No staff at the bar... 3 tables sat, waited, stood up and walked off. They went back to games w nothing to eat or drink. 30 minutes later, we are leaving w out food

The food isn’t bad, but it isn’t great either. It’s bar food. The games are not the same as they used to be years ago. They are just not as fun.

Games, fun as usual. Atmosphere, thw usual...loud. lol. Service, awesome. Food...they changed the menu!!! Portions are WAY smaller. 😡 Not happy. They got rid of several items I liked!!! I know prices are up everywhere, but damn. Nachos...not even HALF of what it used to be!!! Used to come here just to eat sometimes!! Not eating here anymore. Place needs some cleaning, too. 😒

Too bad this is a big place with lots of potential but food was awful, 6 main entrees and all very bad, fries very bitter, soggy and bitter fries etc.

Went today for dinner and games. Games work fine. Staff... not so much. Was seated in an empty section where most of the tables were dirty despite there being noone else seated there. Some servers were just standing by the servers station shooting the breeze, while others were busy serving sections which appeared about as large as they coyld handle. After sitting 20 minutes with no contact, my girlfriend flagged down a server who went off to find our server. He talked to one of the servers standing around... 10 minutes later that server finally came to find out if we wanted to order. By then, we were trying to figure out where else to go. 30 minutes with no contact when it wasn't especially busy is too long. Go play games I guess, but I wont be eating there again.

We normally go on Sunday nights for industry night. We always have the same servers..unfortunately don’t kno names but blonde hair lady and lady with black hair and glasses have always taken SUCH good cares of us. We went in tonight and the service was HORRIBLE…Nina was working and talked very badly about all of her coworkers and normal Sunday workers..we all got one round and then were completely forgotten about. We left. Keep the original/normal Sunday shift people on and you’ll be good.

Unfortunately my family’s time here though fun was overshadowed by the very poor service we received! Appetizer came out with the food, wings were incorrect, pizza was incorrect and the waitress super slow, even the table next to us was complaining about the waitress (same one). The arcade venue was fun and enjoyable!

Quite disappointed in the service. We walked in to get a few drinks and play some games. We walked in to be seated, the hostess was not friendly, we asked for a table and she looked around for a minute then said you can sit anywhere in the bar area. So, we chose a booth to start, we waited for a server to come around and realized no one was coming, so decided to go closer and sit at the bar. Still took the bartender a good while to come over to us or even greet us, fyi it was not very busy, she didn’t come over to greet us, just asked what we wanted to drink, told her and then after the drinks WE had to ask for a food menu. Then we waited and waited to have our order taken she never came back to us the entire time, we were not her priority at all. We got the attention of another waitress that ended up taking our food order, after we got our food, no one else came over to ask us if we needed anything, which we did, we needed silverware and napkin and another drink. No one checked on us. We had to walk over to the bartender to finish paying for our stuff, mind you I actually wanted another drink but she didn’t even give us the time of day to ask us if we wanted another drink. I thought it was very rude, I also realized later I could have gotten a military discount as well, but she didn’t even want to talk to us at all. Very unpleased with our service. Food was good and games were decent. But the service really turned me off from this place.

The reason for the 1 star is because the cleanliness. I took my kids to the family restroom and the floor was flooded with water, there was paper towels everywhere all over the floor and pee all over. Refused to use that bathroom. Then went to the regular women’s bathroom and it was just as disgusting with the floor soaked and the toilets dirty. They do not care to keep up with the cleanliness of the place. The only thing I can say that’s positive is the food is good as well as the server we had. I’ve never been to a dirtier Dave and Busters.

Decent food and atmosphere (and obvious fun for the kids), but worst service experience I've had in over a decade anywhere. Took 30 minutes to get drink order, then without exaggeration took an hour for our table to be served our draft beers after that order. We ordered food at the same time and that didn't show up for an hour and a half. Arrived at 7:28 (for 7:30 reservation), didn't get order in until 8:00ish, and wasn't served food until 9:30. The place did not seem busy at all either (maybe the locals have already given up on it). We were part of a bigger group, which I would imagine should be 75% of how they get business, but clearly they can't accommodate a group of 20+. Also I was not informed that they automatically added 20% for service, instead I was handed an electronic device with only the final bill shown with option for tip - not too happy that I tipped on top of that, as completely undeserving. Perhaps ownership should fire the management and reimagine their restaurant and convert the kitchen to a buffet counter - that would have been 1000% better experience.

Very unorganized. Ordered a chicken quesadilla and chicken tenders and fries and took over an hour. Never recommend this place to anyone

Elisa the waitress was the worse I paid to the super bowl event 29 dollar all the chicken wings that u want but thank u to the waiter I eat 12 wings she didn't want to serve my table idont know why.... Maybe because we are LATINOS OOOPS
