Guys they are NEW OWNERS!!!!! Food is sooooo delicious! Like NOTHING compared to previous owners , different taste . Yaw won’t believe but little ol me got chicken curry, goat curry , chicken chili , & fish curry chicken samosas & it was alll so bomb ! Don’t worry I didn’t finish it all on my own ! Would be so greedy of me! lol family back ay my house is going to be in love !!! Also the staff are super friendly ! Like I seriously felt at home , god bless this business .
The service was fantastic and the food even better. Our server was attentive and on top of refills. And they were super awesome about it being my friends 9 year olds birthday and made her night. All in all 100% recommend this resturant.
Food was amazing, chicken 65 appetizer with garlic naan is a must have.
had a craving for Indian food and stumbled upon this place. Came for lunch and they brought back the lunch buffet! The food was nice and fresh and tasted amazing. Staff was very attentive and the atmosphere was great! I will definitely come back and recommend this place to others 10/10!
Our family of 4 enjoyed everything we ordered for dinner, especially the sizzling tandoori mix from the grill. The new management does not offer any south Indian dishes but has some “fusion” items like jalapeño cheese naan, which too was excellent. Looking forward to trying their lunch buffet next time.
I ordered through UberEats and I was thoroughly impressed with the food they have. I had the butter chicken and cheese naan. The food was surprisingly still hot and flavorful. I don't typically eat at Indian restaurants but I'll be coming back soon.
This place never disappoints I typically order off of DoorDash and it's always so delicious and flavorful. My order is always correct. Chefs kiss always!
This place was amazing! The service was fantastic and everyone here was super friendly. The food was fantastic and the staff were really great at helping me pick a spice level. I would definitely come here again,
My friend and I came here for the lunch buffet and the food was delicious. There were a lot of options available (vegan and vegetarian too). I tried the strawberry lassi as well because I don't often see it at other Indian restaurants, also delicious. I highly recommend coming here if you're craving authentic Indian food!
Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Friendly staff, awesome buffet! I haven’t been here since before Covid. Glad to see they made it through and the buffet is up again.
As a curry connoisseur, this place is as good as it gets in a lily white area. If you want better Indian food, it's going to be a long drive. Or flight. It helps that the newer owners are nice folks, too.
The food was plentiful and tasty. The staff were very friendly, and the dining room was very clean. I look forward to going back.
Had a great experience! Went for the lunch buffet and everything was delicious, they have a rotating menu for the lunch buffet so you'll see different options each day. There were about 10-14 different options that I saw, plus they cook everything in small batches and constantly bring it out so everything is fresh (they were never missing want I wanted). The service was fantastic, very attentive and friendly. The pricing for the lunch buffet was good as well - $15.99 at the time of this review. I'll definitely be back and if you're in the mood for Indian food I highly recommend!
Food is very good and staff is EXTREMELY nice and attentive! Would absolutely eat here again and recommend to others!
The food was excellent, got a couple curries and they were the perfect spicy. Naan bread was delicious and so were the samosas. The owners are super sweet and deserve some more customers coming through. Definitely going to return and try out the lunch buffet. They're tucked away in the back but I absolutely recommend this place.
The food is soo boom I recommend 100%%% too all those who love trying new food this is the spot to go after a game or family dinner wtv the occasion is I recommend ❤️❤️
Let me start with, wow!!!! The experience we had here was the absolute best! We were made felt welcomed and so polite. Again, I cannot rave enough about the service. Now the food. We ordered Butter Shrimp dish with naan and we also ordered the Chicken Soup. The butter shrimp dish had to most tasteful ingredients and would make your eyes roll back in awe. Now the soup was so delicious too, the spices in it gave it a taste that blows away most chicken soups I’ve tried. Super clean place, the music makes you want to dance. I was overly satisfied and impressed with this place. I was so hungry, I failed to take any pics but I will be back soon. It’s a must have!!
Phenomenal service! Restaurant smells amazing as soon as you walk through the door. Nice and clean, this is my new favorite Indian restaurant!
The food is so amazing. The service is amazing. I just can’t recommend this place enough. It is definitely the best Indian place around, we leave every single time satisfied. I have been to many other Indian restaurants and this one is the most authentic.
Great food. Friendly staff. Fresh and nicely presented. Not many understand we eat with our eyes first. We tried the Dosa, chicken biryani and peshawari naan. Mango lassi though was a dissappointment. It was mazzaa mango juice and not the lassi. But i enjoyed that too. There was entertainment on the big screen TV.
Best Indian Food I have ever had in the area!!! I HIGHLY recommended everyone try it! The owners are super friendly and we really enjoyed our conversation with them!! The prices are great and the food portions are way more than enough!! The Mango Lassi was so fresh and flavorful! The Madras Curry was so delicious! I was surprised at the variety of Naan that they offer! And don’t even get me started on the Indian coffee!!! Can’t wait to go back during lunch hours to try out their lunch Buffett!!!
Came for butter chicken surprisingly there was a lunch buffet and there it was! I would say tandoori chicken was tender and juicy and I had a garlic naan lunch was very tasty I will definatly be back no pain to my pocket either
The staff is kind and wonderful, the food was excellent, and the prices were fair as the portions are generous. Would definetly recommend people come here if in the area.
Friendly staff, no wait for a table during lunch. The staff gets you fresh Naan. It is a little dark and most of the restaurant is unused but the food is amazing.
I have been craving Indian food the last few days, but i usually have a friend order for me when I go so wasn't sure what I should order to satisfy my craving. I went in for carryout while out for a walk and the gentlemen hosting helped me pick an absolutely delicious curry and some Nan bread to go with it. I'm really happy with the portions I received and seriously the food is really good. I'm no expert but it's the best tasting curry I have ever had. Very nice people working there and I'm excited to make their restaurant a regular stop for me. I recommend checking them out.
Giving credit where it is due, been here twice now once for there Buffet and once for take out, both times I have been the butter chicken I have had has been really good, not greasy, and very good. If you want good northern Indian food this is a great spot, also the staff has been very friendly and nice to deal with that goes along way these days. Highly recommend
The lunch buffet was wonderful! The food was so tasty that we kept going back to grab more! Smriti is such a sweet server!!!
Went for the lunch buffet. I am no way an Indian food experts but the staff was friendly, on point, and it was very clean. There was a good crowd during lunch. Also I notice that the observed staff were Indian so I feel the food is probably traditional. I tried a little bit of everything and I can honestly say there was not one item that was not delicious. Glad I found a place with good Indian cuisine close by work. I will most definitely be back to enjoy the great food here!
Stopped by as I was looking for delicious buffets in my area. Although the buffet is 11AM -2:30. The dinner did not disappoint! I went with my close friend who is Punjabi and was able to recomment some great choices. It was her first time going as well. Garlic Naan was delicious and a perfect pair to the butter chicken and Paneer. Our server was so kind and brought us rice as well. They mentioned the dining hours had been closed during covid but have re opened. Buffet or not this place is (literally) a hidden gem! Given its location behind more known fast food joints. Check them out and enjoy a quaint but fun ambiance, tasty food, and warm service.
This place was so good. Everything I ate was seasoned to perfection. I went in to get a buffet to go; however they dont offer it. As I was leaving the lady decided to do it for me that once since I couldn't sit down and eat. I thought that was so thoughtful of her. I wish for the future they offer to go buffet because I'd be there everyday. I still give it 5 stars because the food is absolutely amazing. Please if you're in the mood for authentic Indian food; try this place out. You won't be disappointed.
Love the quality of the food. Well cooked and very rich in flavor. Their pic of their menu states they sell Madras, however they do not when I called them, unfortunately. The vindaloo was wonderful despite that, and medium heat was spot on.
Everyone took wonderful care of us! We had a complicated large group (several food allergies, vegans, etc) and all the staff made sure everything was as we requested. The food was absolutely delicious. Smriti was so kind. Highly recommend!!
Super accommodating and Smriti was very kind and thoughtful! Our group had a lot of allergies and special requests including nut allergies and vegans and she and the kitchen were so happy to take care of our order! We'll be back soon!
This place has changed management from previous owners, family owned and operated! Staff is very attentive, even though I came late to lunch, they still were making sure I had hot choices to choose from and that I found the spices acceptable. I found the selections very fresh. It has only been 2 weeks since the new family took ownership so more selections are planned, and they are receptive to hearing improvements. AND, I think their price is lower than before!
Indian Kitchen is a fantastic alternative to the toned-down bland “Nepalese” restaurants in northeast Tarrant County. The buffet choices have been unique and delicious for both my lunch visits, the staff is very friendly, and the price is affordable. Their butter chicken is the best I’ve had.
We walked in and was greeted instantly with kindness. This is the first indian restaurant buffet where almost everything was vegetarian. And everything was delicious and full of spicy flavor. A friend had the butter chicken and fell in love. The service is outstanding and I can't wait to go back.
9/12 11/4 11/17 12/15/24 My favorite Indian restaurant for many reasons. The food is amazing, seasoned well with the freshest ingredients. I have ordered several times the butter chicken ,lamb saag and chicken soup. The best saag I’ve had and the chicken soup I actually crave on cold days, never had a soup that delicious. The owners are very friendly and have helped me order and learn about their menu. The dining experience is relaxed and comfortable. I noticed lots of take out orders while there.
This place is AMAZING! I’ve been looking for an Indian Buffet for too long. This place did not let me down! I tried all the dishes and everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. They are conscious not to make it too spicy! The naan bread was soft and perfectly cooked, it smelled and tasted amazing. I also got the Mango Lassi (mango yogurt drink) and it was the best ever! I will definitely be back for more. Thank you Indian Kitchen for your amazing hospitality and delicious food and drink! 😋🤤🙏 Everyone treated me with kindness and checked on me regularly. 10/10 would recommend a friend! 🌟⭐️🤩
We got our food to go it was great and it is a South Indian restaurant. If you like spicy try their chicken 65!!!!! Only thing I don’t like they charge 9.99 for Raita 16oz …. We eat Indian food everywhere we travel and NEVER have we ever had to pay to have extra. They gave tiny ones… just not enough raita for the amount of food you get. The chicken tikka masla is amazing too!

Was my first time dinning in and the service as well as the food were phenomenal. Will be returning. Can't wait to try the lunch buffet they have available.
This is my favorite spot for a taste of indian food! Best samosas and everything is full of flavor.
Amazing food, from the garlic naan to the different curries and the very hospitable environment. Cannot wait to come back

Ordered veg curry and chicken churro combo (malai kafta + chicken vindalou) + Naan + samosas Enjoyed the kafta, vindalou was salty for my taste and so were the samosas - not unbearable but I personally am sensitive to salt anyways (so make your own assessment!) I’m sure they kept the buffet and decor from the Chinese buffet that was there years ago, but nonetheless it was clean and server was nice! Spent $20 for all of my food and have left overs for lunch :) It was spicy but not as spicy as I’m used to! Naan was so fluffy and buttery !! Would recommend but probably won’t order samosas which is a shame because that’s my favorite thing ever (lol).
Gotta start by saying that the food was absolutely delicious. Had the garlic naan, butter chicken, mango chicken and veggie rice with veggie samosas as an app. The samosas came with a tamarind dipping sauce and a mint dipping sauce and both were phenomenal. We were the only guests at 5:00 on a Friday, so service was quick and attentive. They have a BYOB policy which is a favorite of mine, and dinner for two came to about $70 before tip. The only thing I didn't like was the heat. Temp outside was 95° and inside was 85° according to my Google thermometer. Will definitely be back, but probably for the lunch buffet.

Came here for a buffet lunch around noon on Thursday. There was only 1 other table occupied with 2 person beside my 2 person table. There were 2 kinds of rice, white and veg biryani, veg chow mein, veg pakora, 2 kinds of potato dishes, 2 kinds of dals dishes, 1 veg curry, and 4 kinds of non veg dishes, chicken curry, butter chicken, lamb kofta and tandoori chicken. There were naan and punjabi parotta also. The food overall was barely passed OK for me. The price is $15.99/person, and this is not included with any beverages. I don't think it's worth the calories to come back again.
The food was just ok. Chicken curry had alot of bone slivers. The price is way too high for the quality of food. The place was empty the whole time we were there.
Nice place to have lunch buffet and have dinner with naan and fish gravy. For lunch, items will be minimal and tastes moderate for indian dishes. You will be served with Naan so that you can have one of non - veg curries chicken tikka masala or chicken methi masala. Vegetarians also can opt for sambar, dal, samosa, vada, onion pakoda, jeera rice, mushroom curry etc. Non vegetarian can have chicken biryani, curries chicken tikka masala or chicken methi masala, tandoori, chicken 65 only. Desserts will be usually gulab jamun, rice pudding and mango custard. Recommend to visit once in a while for closeby indian cuisine.
This place is really good, the food was good, BUT the atmosphere is horrible... Some old guy came up to me and said. What are you getting. The food came pretty quick but I was very upset that for the price they charge, I got a bottled water, and my food was served on plastic plates along with plastic silverware....
The food is absolutely amazing but the atmosphere needs drastic improvements. I've wanted to go back several times, but due to the atmosphere and inside I've not been back. \nAs a result I have g…
I have been coming to this place on and off for 5-6 years for now, 1 thing I had noticed quality of the dishes and taste of the food overall for vegeterians continue to go down hill compared to the first two years I had visited. This time I didn't like okra sabj - too much onions and okra overfried and hardly chewable, most of the veggies overcooked, gulabs overly sweet: no balance in a taste.Price gone up for buffet lunch, vegeterians dishes choices low.Not satisfied overall.Hopefully their cook will read this description.
We recently ate here again after some time away and learned that the restaurant is under new ownership since Covid. Unfortunately, the change has not been for the better. The staff is entirely different, and while the food is okay, it no longer has the quality or flavor it once did. The buffet selection has become noticeably limited compared to what it used to be, there were far more options under the previous owners. The layout also feels awkward, with tables positioned so close to the buffet that it's almost like dining on display. I preferred eating where I wanted out of the way of people coming and going from the buffet. It's disappointing to see how much has changed, especially since this used to be one of our favorite spots. I truly hope the new owners can bring back some of the variety and quality that once made this place special. Until then, we won't return. And a correction to my last review from several years ago, they do have red meat, just not beef. Understandable.
Was hoping for a nice buffet, but was disappointed in the selections. Only 3 people at lunch time including myself may have been the reason. Not at all like the pictures posted 3 months ago. Might be better to not have a buffet if it's this limited. The flavors and taste were nice and authentic. No butter chicken- if it's your fave. I would order for take out but never the buffet again. $17 was crazy for such minimal items. (See photos) I liked the Saag Chicken, Murg Mahkni, and lamb meatballs. Everything else was blah. You can't see the restaurant from the road, it's hidden behind Walgreens which may also contribute to the minimal buffet. The interior was average and looks like it's been around a while. Staff was very nice. I did like the seasonings and flavors.. enough to try take out next time. Skip the buffet!

I don't know about you but this don't look like $70 plus dollars of food. I have been to no less than 20 Indian restaurants in my life and this food by far is the worst contrary to all the other reviews. Their Chana Masala looks like someone just threw some chickpeas, lazily chopped onion, and canned tomato sauce together. I'm extremely disappointed.
Arrived and expected a buffet; walk in and there is no one around.. no host, no waitstaff, and only one couple sitting down looking confused as to why they hadn’t received their food. No buffet and apparently the A/C is broken as it was legitimately hotter inside than outside. Looked promising, however I’ll pass.
Not recommended at all. I went for buffet selection was very less and all the food was at least couple of days old. No dessert. And when I expressed my opinion about food not being good lady at counter literally said “You are the only one who did not like the food, never heard anyone saying they did not like the food”. They made it sound like it was my fault that food was not good. I live on Indian food and I believe I have a pretty good understanding of tasty food. Rude behavior and bad food. Again if you wanna spend 20 dollars for buffet there are lots of good options. I would recommend looking some place else.
Worst food I ever ate, Taste of chicken is like old stock I wasted 45$ on food that don’t deserve single star , baby seat is full of dust not hygiene
The food test was like yesterday’s left over. Too much oil and whatever ordered everything weird test. After one hour I started having my stomach upset and feel like to through everything out. Very bad food. They need to update in everything. I don’t recommend there.👎🏼
Ordered Uber Eats They Start Preparing the order after I received the notification on App the order is ready. Also, after waiting for additional 15 minutes they did not label the order and everybody on the desk was looking for order. There is no point of ordering ahead.
This place was our go to for good Indian food close to us. Had heard it changed ownership, and after our last delivery, guess it is true. Food was mediocre at best. They should have left things alone. Will be taking our business elsewhere. Can get good Indian food at several other places, so.e even cheaper in price.
We ordered from Indian Kitchen on several occasions, however this time was different. When the delivery came, the food had been packaged differently than before. The previous owners packaged their food with pride and care. The food also looked different than before. The chicken biryani had bones in it, the rice was not completely cooked. The papadum was greasy. I called to complain and when we asked if it was owned by the same people we were told no that ownership had changed. The stars and ratings you see may have mostly came from previous owners. I offered to bring the food back for a refund but I was told that the refund would be taken care of, it never was. I was mislead. I should have taken it back, my mistake $$ of food that was inedible. Worst food and worst service for a 1st visit with new ownership. Beware.
My family and I have been visiting this restaurant for a long time, especially for the buffet. We recently heard that the ownership had changed, but even after that, we came back because we always enjoyed the friendly service. The young lady who usually serves us has always been extremely kind, attentive, and welcoming, she always makes sure everything is good, checks on us and adds personal touch to our visits. However, during our last two visits under the new ownership, things have gone downhill. The food was quite oily, and the service seemed short-staffed. Today, we waited for a Naan bread about 15 minutes there was only one girl serving, and the restaurant was quite busy. Even then, she was doing her best to take care of everyone with a smile. What really broke my heart was seeing that same smiling, cheerful girl looking upset and even crying today. She has always been one of the reasons we kept coming back, and it was really sad to see her like that. We waited around 15 minutes just to check out because she was the only one handling everything, taking orders, serving, and managing payments. It was clear she was under a lot of pressure. I felt so bad for her. The management really needs to do better — both in supporting their staff and improving the customer experience. Sadly, after this visit, I don’t think we’ll be coming back again.
I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone, again. I have been ordering from here for years. I have been vegetarian my entire life, and ordered a vegetarian dish for delivery. I was sent a dish with chicken instead of paneer, which I unfortunately did not notice before trying a bite of. I will never order or go to this restaurant again.
This order was ordered using Uber Eats and the quality was subpar below and horrible. The food quantity was very less and the containers were not having enough food packed. The tea cup was also not fully filled. if you look at the photos. The dry gobi was horrible, it just had fried gobi and Thai chile sauce. The daal tadka was just horrible. I had so much of uncooked seasoned mustard seeds which made very bitter and uneatable. It looks like the chef doesn’t like his job. The Toyo’s were ok but not great. Overall my money was wasted and also the food. The first part is ok and the second is not good.
