We arrived, and we had not expected that the whole restaurant has been redone. The flooring is very very bright and light colored, and it was just quite a difference than what it was there before. Also, there’s been some rearranging of the ordering area and the tables and so on and so forth, but always the same amazing food. I got the tomato basil soup and I was given a lovely plate of bread to go with that and my friend ordered the onion soup something soup and also the Caesar salad and that was very large and very nice and then we had some coffee at the end. And it was a really really great experience. I was sick and so the soup made me feel 100% better thank you La Madeline for always coming through with your beautiful food.

Great service from Keriann and Kendra! There was a group of 6 of us for brunch and we ordered everything from an omelette to a turkey sandwich and cinnamon French toast. All delicious and freshly made including the salads. They also have a bread bar where you can help yourself to their famous bread. Also when you walk in a good selection of little desserts and pasties. They have crayons and paper to keep kids occupied. Highly recommended oh and the music is good dining music so gives a good atmosphere. Happy that they gave glasses, mugs and cutlery instead of disposable plastic. Much more environmentally friendly compared to other eateries.

(The food was great! Had the Turkey Bistro) Y'all, this is supposed to have a French Bistro vibe. The new renovation has this place lit up brighter than an operating room. It's physically assaulting on the eyes. I have so many other design opinions but you first need to address the lights. Dim them by half and get bulbs with a kelvin temp of 2600 and below to give a warmer feeling.

So delicious ! The Croissant sandwich was made so FRESH ! everything tasted so good , and then the slightly crispy outside of the croissant made all the difference ! The Strawberries & Nutella Crepe was so good & made to order ! I asked for a lighter amount of Nutella and they did extract what was asked ! The sweet treats in the case are absolutely worth taking home ! My favorite was the Sacher , talk about happy food dance ! was our second time there in less than a month and will NOT be our last !

What I liked: food had flavor. Dessert met expectations. The staff was really nice - especially the manager, who was very professional and courteous in handling a billing error. What I thought missed the mark slightly - compared to other La Madeleine's I've been to - the cleanliness at the front could have been better. The floor was wet and it felt more like a fast food joint rather than a cozy french bistro. (That's why I've taken off 1 star.) The internal seating areas (both , to the left and right) are not obviously visible but I'd recommend getting a table in those areas for a more cozy feel. (Wouldn't do outside seating as the location is very average.)

The sandwich and salad deal was delicious! We only ordered a half but they came out with a full sandwich. Overall they were all so nice, cooperative, and refunded the difference while giving us the other half to keep anyways. Once again, service was nice but they forgot one of our pastries. I went up to pick it up before we left but the disappointing thing was they gave me the wrong pastry and I didn’t check the box before leaving. I received an eclair and fruit tart over a napoleon. Honestly I would come back for lunch but not dessert. I ate the dessert anyways but wasn’t impressed.

The staff were friendly. All three of our creme brulees didn't have a hard top at all ☹️ but they were still good. They were like a custard. We drove quite a ways out to get to this location to have creme brulee lol.

As we walked in, we were quickly greeted. Our order was taken quickly and staff was friendly. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a clean table top to sit. Many tables were very filthy and unpleasant to sit at. The chairs were dirty, and we didn’t find somebody to help clean them.

The food was good. First time at this location with good expectations coming from their catering crew. However, it did not make up for the service. Or should I say lack of service. First, when you come there is a stand of menus but we weren't sure if we grab one and seat ourselves. Doesn't say anything (first timers)nor no one is there to guide you. We found out you need to order first then seat yourself after sitting and looking around at others and going up to ask at the counter. Second, I received my food right away, which I thought was nice until we had to wait 15 minutes more for my husbands French toast. I went to the counter as I realized I was half way done with my meal and could finish before he gets his meal. They said its coming but yet served the people that came in after us the same exact French toast he ordered. They received their meals at the exact same time. The server said, "there are other people here, as he walked away. People that came in 10 minutes after us. I am definitely not pleased with the way they handled our meals today. I don't know if I will be back and hopefully this doesn't set the tine for their other restaurants or catering.

LaMadeline boasts a truly stunning location, perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors. While the service was friendly, there were some hiccups: our americanos arrived 30 minutes after our food. The food itself was decent, but the country soup could have been hotter and the quiche had room for improvement in terms of temperature and seasoning. Additionally, the condition of the tables was concerning, with many being scratched and wobbly, making it a bit nerve-wracking to have hot drinks on them. If LaMadeline addresses these issues, particularly the service wait times and table maintenance, I would be more inclined to return for another try. My recommendation: Areas of improvement 1. Must hire at least 4-6 Waitresses 2. Maintenance 3. Management 4. Kitchen

Gross and overpriced. The "crispy bacon" was a DISGUSTING PIECE OF RUBBERY FAT. The menu says crispy because it perfectly understood thats what people want but is not what they will give you.

The staff was rude. Having never been there I watched to see how they did things and was ignored but daughter had been to one before. The decor looks like a thrift store in a low income neighborhood. The chairs we sat in were very loose at the joints and wobbly. The "egg chef" needs to go back to school. I asked if they did poached eggs and was told they had no idea what that was so I ordered my eggs over medium, got over hard. Bacon burnt, potato thing was hard and cold. We asked for jam for the dry bread and were told we needed to buy a jar. If you expect us to buy it, why not give us a sample to try first? For the price we paid I expect much better quality across the board. Waffle house would have been better across the board. Maybe that is why they were packed and LaMadeline was empty.
