They have great burgers and their peach shake was incredible, with real peaches in it. I would highly recommend. This location is very busy, since it is on the main road. I went on a weekend and the line was long but moved fast. All the tables were filled so it was a quest to get a table. This is a great vegetarian option since all other restaurants around are mostly BBQ food.

Visited this OASIS while it was a blistering 105° out. As soon as I opened the door I was greeted with not only a friendly “welcome in!” but a BLAST of the coldest air i have ever felt. I was going to give 5 stars for the AC alone but the order taker was super friendly as well. The food came out quickly and everything was as I ordered and FRESH. The fries were perfectly crispy, the burger was delicious. Definitely recommend especially if you’re looking for a break from the heat.

Everything was got and fresh including the pup sundae I got my dog. Got the cheese fries and a regular smash burger too. Fries were seasoned well and I really liked the cheese sauce. I didn’t like the sauce that came on the burger as I like mine a bit more sweet but it was still good. My dog tore that sundae up as soon as I stepped through the door. Lol.. also liked the kiosks in the front cause I like to keep interactions as little as possible when I go out.

I enjoy ordering on tablets when I am in a QSR and in a busy place like the stock yards. I like how it keeps the line down. Menu is small and simple another good thing. Fries were crispy and delicious. Burgers were awsome I had some discrepancy with the burger but it was a matter of personal preference. All around great experience.

I got the smoked shack burger with the cherry peppers on the side, fries and a vanilla shake. I was worried that the peppers were going to be too spicy but, they weren't. They complimented the burger perfectly. The fries were yummy and the shake see was thick and creamy. Totally enjoyed the meal. And, the decor is an industrial chic vibe. Light natural wood tones with brick and black metal. I loved that my table was recycled from a bowling alley lane!

We went on a Saturday night, so it was very overcrowded and loud. The tables were not the cleanest. The line was out the door, but it did move fairly fast, and the food was good.

In a busy small town filled with packed restaurants, we were looking for a place to dine in. Finally, we saw the large open space at Shake Shack and it also provides convenient kiosks for easy ordering. Despite the crowd, the line moved quickly, and the friendly staff informed us of a 30-40 minute wait time. We were lucky to get a table, and my kids absolutely loved the burgers. Overall, a great spot for a family meal.

Love that they have kiosks so it helps reduce your time waiting in line. We ordered the shack stack, avocado bacon burger, fries, apple cider donut shake, and a cookies and cream shake. Burgers were good, but does not justify the price. I enjoyed my cookies and cream shake. It had good chunks of cookies with every sip. The apple cider donut shake was unique.

Finally had shake shack and kind of disappointed. Overall just ok. The burger is too salty but fries were pretty decent. Still like In and out or P Terry's burger better. But I do have to say I like their benches, interior design and cold ac. Definitely will be back if I need somewhere to relax and sit on a hot day or long day of walking.

I went to the Shake Shack in the Fort Worth Stockyards and was told they “don’t offer double burgers anymore.” That made no sense because the double options are still listed online and available on delivery apps. When I asked for clarification, the staff acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. If a menu item is actually unavailable, the store should communicate it clearly and consistently everywhere — not tell customers one thing in person while advertising something else online. It felt lazy and dismissive, and the customer service was honestly terrible. I’ve always liked Shake Shack, but this location needs major improvement in honesty, communication, and attitude.
