I'm from out of town and came to the Starbucks because I drink a lot of starbucks, and Angel was so amazing working the bar, I think he died twice and nobody even helped he was so amazing. I mean there was other people playing their roles but angel had every drink out last night such fast speed and with a smile

I took my kids by here for some hot chocolate this past Sunday when we went to see Santa at the Plaza and it was a wonderful experience. The young lady at the register was super sweet and friendly, the barista made our drink the perfect temperature for my children to enjoy! They loved their drink and it just made it a better experience for us with how kind they were. I also loved their pride flag, it really shows what kind of people run that location and that they stand up for everyone no matter the backlash they may receive from others. We will definitely be back. ❤️

I just went into this location today and it was fate I had ordered a iced matcha latte as my usual and lucky they made a special drink and ask me if I was willing to try something a little bit different and genuinely I enjoyed it. The workers were awesome I believe their names were Raven and Carlos. They took care of me and felt generous in their hospitality towards me and put me on a new drink I’m willing to come back to in the future. They were definitely a blessing to my long shift today. I am very thankful for workers in this industry and will be back to pay back their kindness to the next person when I come back! 😇

Stopped by Starbucks this am and I was pleasantly surprised. Went to the drive-thru and I was given a warm greeting. The line moved quickly which I greatly appreciated. I ordered a Double Smoked Bacon, Cheddar and Egg sandwich and hot Mocha and both were delish! Highly recommend this location as the service and food is worth it. The inside is cozy as well. It’s great to get some work done or a meeting. The house music can be a little loud, just bring your headphones and you’ll be just fine. Restrooms are clean too! Check this location out when you can. You will be back I promise you that.

It's my birthday and I came in for the free coffee, left with a happy heart!! The staff here was amazing. David was very kind, wished me a happy birthday, and gave me a free pastry!! And Johnny was also amazing and made my drink perfectly. The atmosphere was beautiful and very happy, peaceful vibes! I truly appreciate the service here and will definitely be coming back many more times!!

I for one like Starbucks coffee but as far as how it used Rio be to go meet friends at Starbucks things have changed. The process are ridiculous now ands you can get bigger servings for a fraction of the cost at ditch Bros. Does it taste the same? No, but it does the same thing.

It's a Starbucks. You pretty much know what to expect when you walk in the door. Friendly faces take your order and you wait for them to make it. I'm old enough to remember when Starbucks first opened and ya, it's always taken a little time for them to make your coffee. Depending on how busy they are determines how long you will have to wait. This day the drive thru was busy and there were a few people ahead of us. No biggie.. lady that took our order was pleasant and people that gave us our order was pleasant. I rarely go but since it was right next door to Firehouse so why not? I had the oleato shaken iced espresso, it was great. Sipped on it for a few hours. Hubby had some sort of frappuccino that he and my daughter gulped down in no time with occasional complaints of brain freeze. Daughter had a cookie that she thoroughly enjoyed.

Always remember - always ask if they have that food item first before your heart gets set and always have a backup plan. But don't pick a food item that you don't normally get if you don't like the ingredients even if it's for a distraction. Sometimes it's nice to describe what you need to feel because the baristas definitely know if you need to be having a coffee or actually drink some tea for your nervous system. I know it may not be your preference but maybe you don't need as much caffeine. Like the staff here. Very busy place. Fairly clean. They make the drinks as fast as they can.

Busy location! Location is clean and spacious. A good place to take your phone, tablet or notebook and grab one of many iced or hot coffee-based drinks and/or a snack and zone out on your device. I didn't like the music coming through the PA system. I found it annoying since everyone's taste in music is different plus i found it to be distracting. Prices of course are up, in line with the rest of the country but the chocolate chip mocha frappe I got was pretty good.

Starbucks has become so mid now 🥲 still the most convenient but definitely nowhere near great.

The guy up front named bob was rude and judgmental. I ordered extra cold foam on my drink because I love it and he made a horrible face. I explained that I knew it was a lot of foam but it was what I wanted and he was rude about it. He gave me a grande even though I asked for a venti. Had to return and have the remake the drink as mine was full of chunks. They were kind about that and the rest of the staff was delightful. Maybe just need to tell Bob to work on his people skills if he’s going to work in customer service.

The espresso was good. The cashier was not wearing a uniform. He was very abrupt and dismissive to me. Not friendly at all. I did not catch his name. They did not have espresso mugs... only paper. The tables were dirty and nobody seemed to care about the atmosphere.

usually come here everyday for coffee cause i can walk from my office but today i went and ordered a tall matcha with vanilla sweet cream cold foam and they gave me that disgusting protein cold foam and i know it is because 1) i tried it and did not like it previously to this, it was too starchy and 2) the matcha drink would settle below the cold foam and 3) the cold foam is consistently bubbling like my protein powder does. leaving this review so people check their drinks.

Epic Fail! I could barely taste the lavender in the lavender crème blended frappuccino. I asked for light ice in the summer-berry lemonade refresher. The drink was too sweet and had little raspberry-flavored pearls. The caramel macchiato just tasted like coffee and creamer. I decided to try Starbucks due to a friend's recommendation. I ordered additional drinks I wouldn’t normally order from Starbucks. Sadly, this Starbucks location missed the mark with each one. I don’t think they’re adding the right number of pumps and scoops. By doing this a customer will have to purchase extra. I believe employees are trained to make the drinks this way. Nevertheless, the establishment was clean, and the employees were friendly.

I Don't like the fact that they let you Order your Drinks and then tell you oh well we're OUT of an ingredient that's suppose to be in it, That's VERY FRUSTRATING 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️.. Especially when you're RUSHING and have to be at the Train Station in 15 minutes(yall open at 5AM) And y'all moving SLOWER THEN MOLASSES¡¡! I LOVE the Crunch in the Carmel Ribbon Crunch, but they was OUT!! And when I ask for EXTRA, EXTRA. EXTRA CARMEL AND CRUNCH (that I PAID EXTRA FOR) I NEVER GET IT! This starbucks is closer to my house so I come here only because it's convenient. Every time I ask for light ice they still fill it all the way up with ice. This is not the first this has happen so make sure the customer's order is accurate. No I wasn't about to get out my truck or go back around when the wait time already be long.

Went in today to purchase some drinks , the cashier named Judith was with a really rude attitude . She was looking at me crazy when I said “soft top” she rolled her eyes and said “Why do y'all use that terminology? It’s literally called cold foam” Every Starbucks I go to is known for that name . I don’t know why she saw that as a issue . As I waited for my drink .I observed that she giving the other customers a hard time, the customers ended up leaving . Starbucks needs to better their staff . This is not the only bad review is see on this individual. I know people have their bad days . But it is not our fault .

Took my 2 youngest this weekend to see the Christmas tree and live music, my oldest asked for her “pink drink” which I had purchased 2, my youngest had to use the RR so I proceeded inside the Starbucks which had the RR open to the public. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I was second in line when an employee named Judith came in from outside. She asked to cut in front of me because her break was about to end and she needed to use the restroom. I explained that I had been waiting a long time and suggested she ask someone behind me. She responded that she could not wait and said she was going to cut in front of me anyway. She then stood directly in front of me at the restroom door, knocked on the occupied restroom while yelling to the customer not to open the door, and blocked the other restroom as well. As soon as a restroom became available, she entered ahead of everyone waiting. This behavior came across as unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate, especially while customers—including families with children—were waiting. I understand employees need restroom breaks, but the way this was handled was unnecessary and made the situation uncomfortable.

I work close by so our office does coffee runs and one of our orders is always wrong! They don’t add the cold foam or something is always missing. Come on Starbucks it’s already expensive enough to not get the cold foam I pay extra.

This young guy just cashed me out and kept a dollar of mine on the counter and passed me the rest. He didn’t give me a receipt. I gave him $21.10, I was suppose to get $10.00 back but he gave me $9.00. I asked for a receipt and he gave me one that said he owed me $9.00 . He started talking to someone behind the counter and I said you owe me a $1. He picks the $1.00 up off the counter and pass it to me. No explanation and no apology….What did he think? I couldn’t count? I wouldn’t notice? Crazy…
