I was craving tacos tonight. The Taco Bell (nearby) had a long line so I was looking around and happen to stumble upon this taco place. Very glad I pulled over, the asada tacos were flavorful and authentic, the onions cooked to perfection, and best of all, reasonably priced. I think they are better than the other taco options around TCU (e.g. Fuzzy’s). I will be coming back.
Awesome food give them a try
The tacos and salsa’s are always amazing 👩🏻🍳😘🤌🏼 & I think the guy at the drive-thru was the only one working when I went & he handled everything so well. He’s very kind & proper. Thank you!
Great Tacos, great service, clean, great aguas frescas, all the meat choices are delicious, must come and try!
Phenomenal breakfast tacos at a dirt cheap price. They’re a little short staffed at the moment, so it takes a little longer than usual to get your food. It’s extremely worth it though, highly recommend.
All I can say is....if you haven't been here..you are missing out! Drive thru is super convenient and the Pastor and Tripa are AMAZING...the Chicharon if you like it HOT...I literally want to go weekly now!
This is a very clean very well run taco place with great tacos, alambra, gorditas, cemitas , juices . I enjoy this place often. It's inexpensive, satisfying and has much more on the menu than I am listing. So be polite. They work hard. And we appreciate their great food.
Their Taco Tuesday is a phenomenal deal. $1.25 tacos. I love the carnitas tacos and the jalapeno creamy green salsa. They give all the good street taco fixings (green onion, onion/cilantro, cut limes).
Great Tacos! Tuesday special is $1 Chicken, Pastor, or Carnitas. The Pastor is my favorite by far. They don’t skimp on portions either during the Tuesday special, as some places do. The service can be slow at times, but just about everyone is dealing with being understaffed at the moment! Highly recommend this place, absolutely can’t beat it for a meal on Tuesdays.
Pretty yummy!!! Everything I we ate was delicious! The pineapple salsa was hotter than a Texas summer day but was absolutely delicious!! I told myself it was too hot to eat.... but then I ate it all lol
Great tacos!! Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Food tastes fresh and mix of hot sauces are awesome . Staff is always friendly and place is clean. Would have taken pic of food but ate before I thought to review.
The best, always left satisfied. Staff is super cool and friendly
I am so glad that Los Tacos H's is so close to Fairmount... I had been going to the other location off of Rosedale and 287 once I discovered their delicious tacos and especially their fresh squeezed juices. Then I found out that they have a location on the 8th avenue... Much closer! I try to go every single day and get the Morning Fuel drink of fresh beets carrots oranges and kale.. I ask for ginger to be included also and it is not only delicious but healthy. And the tacos, amazing sauces, tortas, all the food is really good and so is the flan! They have drive-thru and outside tables and inside tables and the staff are very careful about wearing their mask and keeping the place immaculately clean.. I admit to being an addict of their delicious food and juices!
The woman who takes the order at the drive thru is very kind. She speaks English and Spanish. The refried beans here are AMAZING, the rice is delicious. The gordita, and gringa are very small. They do sell sides of rice and beans are small but other than that I love this place.
Favorite taco shop in DFW. Plenty of good sauce options and free flavor add-ons on a chilled bar. Beats more expensive fancy restaurants any day, the flavor experience is truly wonderful!
This was my first visit, and it will not be the last. The service was friendly and the food was amazing. Appreciated that they offered a non meat mushroom option, so we had the mushroom and some asada tacos and gorditas, all excellent, especially recommend the gorditas, so fresh! The salsa was delicious, but will warm the cockles of your soul, lol.
I’ve been eating here for the last two years at least once a week. It’s SO GOOD and I’m going to miss it when I move out of Fort Worth! Wonderful staff and food, 1,000/10 recommend.
I had no expectations and decided to go because it had good reviews. This place make such good tacos! And the salsa bar is great! Barbacoa is flavorful and juicy. Lengua is tender.
Tacos are good and they give you quite a variety of different hot sauces. They are a little pricey but free refills on fountain drinks and tea. They also have aqua Fresca. They advertise new lettuce wraps as well as carrying desserts.
I was visiting a friend and she took me here on taco Tuesday. They were $1 each 🙌🏽🙌🏽 I ate the chicken tacos and tres leches. Both were great! Recommend for a quick, delicious inexpensive bite to eat!
Went here late night and they have great food. The tacos are amazing as well as the green sauce
Food is on point! 👉 if you haven't tried the quekas, definitely do. They are my favorite. Tacos are good. Salsas are good and restaurant is always SUPER CLEAN! if you go thru the drive thru expect to wait they are making your food fresh. You can order online and do carryout as well. This place is affordable and delectable. I visit often ❤️
Love this neighborhood place. They are consistently great. They have mushroom tacos and make a great vegetarian Torta, but you have to ask for it no meat. I ask them to add rice, beans, and avocado. Love them! Be patient please, they have lots of new employees, but they are all working really hard.
Johnathan was so kind and took care of us. The food was outstanding I can't have dairy but the tacos were to die for even without the added toppings

Best taco meat I ever had! I had the brisket and Barbacoa ones and when I tell you they’re juicy and so amazing I’m speaking high volumes!! And don’t let me get started with their rice n beans.. I wish I had more because it was one of the best!! Prices are good for the taste and value.
Amazing customer service!! The guy who was taking our order through the drive through was very nice and came outside to help us with some questions we had, definitely will be coming back :)
Some super tasty street tacos! I always get the vegetarian street tacos. And they are always delicious! The nopales are soooooo good on these. And the "toppings bar" has 3 amazing sauces (the chipotle is a family fav), some fresh red onion in an oregano marinade, finely chopped white onion and some whole charred jalapeño peppers. Squeeze some lime all over the tacos, drink an ice cold Topo Chico and relax.
Second time going there and the service was great, Jonathan took our order and made sure everything was good… very respectful to us. food was delicious, clean place. Will definitely return.. thank you
Location is small, and does have limited parking. But that certainly does not take away from the delicious and fresh tasting food available here. We did not have to wait long for them to make the food, which was made fresh. Amazing food, must have, great prices!!!!
Really good tacos nothing else to add. Only the tacos have been vetted though can't speak for other menu items, only the carne asada tacos. But I've been to this location 3 different times and they are consistent.
Tacos here are top-notch! Their Pastòr is some of the best I've had in DFW. Carnitas are pretty darn good, too. Their salsa bar has everything you would want to put on a taco.
The asada tacos were seasoned perfectly! I only wish they were served with onions, lime, and cilantro. The cashier was friendly and attentive! I'll be back!
First time at this spot and loved the tacos! The beef gordita was soooo good! Will definitely be going back.
A Memorable Experience at Los Taco H's I recently visited Los Taco H's with my son, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Jonathan, who I believe may have been a manager, was incredibly hospitable and took great pride in his work, the establishment, and the food. This really added to our overall experience. The food at Los Taco H's was simply amazing. We tried a variety of dishes, but the Carne Asada was a standout. It was cooked to perfection and had just the right balance of flavors. The prices were very reasonable as well, which was an added bonus. The ambiance at Los Taco H's was also very welcoming and comfortable. It's a bit of a drive for us, but it's definitely worth it for the delicious food and friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be back! Overall, I highly recommend Los Taco H's to anyone looking for a great meal in a nice setting. The food, prices, and service are all top-notch. Don't miss out on the Carne Asada – it's a must-try!
We love coming to this location. Jonathan is always nice to us. He knows us by name and how many tacos we want every Tuesday. The place is always clean and the food is always great
The food is amazing here but what I really want to point out is the customer service! Every experience I’ve ever had here has always been top tier!! I cannot say enough good things about Los taco h’s!!
UPDATE: 7/30/24 I went back about a month later on Tues, July 30th around 12:30 pm. It looked busy! Lots of cars in the parking lot whereas before there were none. Probably went later in the afternoon after the lunch rush last time. So this time I decided to try out the drive thru rather than go inside to order. I gave 4⭐️ for service this time bc I did wait a very long time in the drive thru without anyone addressing my presence. I actually thought maybe there wasn’t a speaker at the outdoor drive thru menu or maybe it wasn’t working. There was one car in front of me at the window. Eventually another car pulled up behind me. When the car in front got their order and started to leave, I pulled up. Now the car behind me was at the drive thru menu and I was now at the window. I sat there a few more minutes while the car behind me was greeted and their order was taken. Obviously there was a speaker and it did work. :/ So by this time I’ve been waiting about 10-15 minutes. Finally a woman opened the window, smiled, looked at me like what are you doing here, and asked “can I help you?” I said hi with a smile and went ahead with my order as if nothing was wrong. She asked what kind of hot sauce I wanted, I wasn’t sure what the options were so I said half and half (I remembered last time they gave us red and green salsas in little cups). Waited about another 5+ minutes to get my order which I didn’t mind that part bc I knew it was being made to order right at that moment. In all, I was probably in the drive thru 15 minutes before my order was taken and another 5+ minutes by the time I actually got my food. 20 minutes is way too long! I would even be okay with 10 min but even that is pushing it. BUT… the tacos were great! Once again! :) I would’ve given 5⭐️ all around if it weren’t for the initial non-greet/acknowledgement at the drive thru menu and the lengthy wait time in the drive thru. Again, a simple “hola, un momento” or “hi, just a minute.” They did smile and say hi when she opened the window which was a great surprise bc I lowkey expected whoever to greet me with a mad face and tell me I was going to have to pull up and wait some more or go back around and get back in line lol! So yeah, bumped up from 2 stars to 4⭐️ for service just bc of service with a smile!😃 Food stays at 5⭐️! Btw…I ordered the Taco Tuesday Special again. This time 1 dozen: 10 pastor & 2 carnitas! 🤌🏽🌮 Previous visit: We went on a Tuesday and got the Taco Tuesday special for $1.25 ea. In my mind I was ordering a dozen tacos: 6 al pastor, 2 carnitas, and 2 lengua. Yeah, girl math kicked in lol! Got back and quickly noticed I was missing two tacos al pastor! Then realized I had not ordered the 2 extra tacos somehow thinking 6+4=a dozen lol! Idk…I was hungry! Luckily my daughter shared and I was able to try the al pastor too. They all were super delicious. Food: 5⭐️ Service: 2⭐️ The lady at the counter was not welcoming or friendly. Customer service is important to me. A welcoming hi, welcome, what can I get you or even hola with a smile. Not a lot to ask for when I’m deciding where to spend my money and whether or not to come back. We will be back again bc the tacos were that good and I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. It wasn’t busy, we were the only two in there, so maybe she was just having a bad day. But if on second chance the service isn’t even just a little better…next.
$1.25 tacos on Tuesday. This is by far the best deal i've seen in the area. The tacos are delicious too!
I’ve been here three times. Each time the food service has been excellent. The place is clean and they have a bar set out for sides and salsa. Make sure to try the chipotle salsa and the grilled onions they add to a taco plate. Both are excellent.
Had lunch here and loved the Al pastor tacos and mango drink. Also loved the little salsa bar so I could pick what toppings I wanted for each taco.
I have followed this restaurant from it’s previous location in east Fort Worth. The food here is quick and extremely flavorful. I have ordered many different items and the flavor and spices do not disappoint. Most recent I tried their keto taco plate with the tacos wrapped in a cheese “tortilla” with a meat of your choice. They were surprisingly good! They also have a lettuce wrap option for tacos. The people who work here are friendly. Their salsas are traditional and always taste great!
Stopped in for Taco Tuesday and had to try their barbacoa torta(my go-to at any taco joint). Exceptional carnitas and chicken tacos, with six different types of salsa to compliment anyone's taste. The torta was one of the best I've had anywhere! Packed with ingredients, in addition to the tender and moist barbacoa, this sandwich also included a Mexican sausage that added very nice flavor. They offer at least 9 different styles(meat, cheese and other ingredient combinations) of tortas, so I'll definitely be back to work my way through their delicious menu. Also, very clean dining area and super friendly service. What a great experience all the way around. Thanks Los Taco H's!
We had unexpected visitors come from out of state wanting to try some GOOD tacos and Immediately thought of this place. I showed up unannounced for a big order of 40 tacos and they took care of it with a smile on their face. It took them only around 10 minutes to complete a 40 taco order and EXCELLENT customer service. The restaurant is also well maintained! Also, I don’t recommend showing up unannounced for a big order. I was in a rush and genuinely didn’t think of calling ahead. I would recommend calling just so they can be ready and make sure they have enough meat for your order!

My wife and I visited for the first time, earlier this week. We shared pastor, lengua, chicken, and chorizo tacos. They were all incredibly delicious. We also had flan and tres leches cake for dessert and they were amazing. The service was super friendly and hospitable. I love that they support local varsity clubs.
I went here first the first time and tried a taco in every kind of meat they offered. They were all excellent!!! The only thing that would make it better is if they brought back the Elote!!! Ill definitely be coming back repeatedly

Location is small, and does have limited parking. But that certainly does not take away from the delicious and fresh tasting food available here. We did not have to wait long for them to make the food, which was made fresh. Amazing food, must have, great prices!!!!
Breakfast tacos are great. I'll come back for lunch soon. The staff was friendly and helpful.
This place has great tacos. They're small like street tacos so be sure to order at least 3! All the sauces are 👌 The only reason this isn't a 5 star is because I've had too many issues with my food orders. If I order in person or drive thru, it's fine. If I order online....that's where the mess is. Twice I've had my online order given to someone else and I would need to wait for them to make it again. About 2-3 times, they don't realize an order has been put it until I show up and ask about it. Good thing the food is yummy!
Pastor Taco great, mushroom Taco is not. Just white mushrooms grilled, should be on something not on its own. Grilled onions coming with tacos were yummy. 3 of us there and each of us were happy and disappointed with different tacos.
The food is much better in the day when the ladies are there and the dinning area is cleaner. The service is great at day and night. We will eat here again.
Decent tacos, I enjoyed them but wouldn’t necessarily go out of my way to get them. Tortillas came warm, salsas from salsa bar were good (but there’s no cups or anything so you have to bring your plate up with you and drizzle them on the tacos). Tried the Al pastor, carne asada, carnitas and barbacoa. Pastor had a strong cinnamon flavor profile, pretty good, enjoyed that one. Carnitas and barbacoa were good but the meat was maybe a touch on the dry side. Good flavor, simple. The carne asada was a little different than others I’ve tried elsewhere, not bad just not my favorite. Size of tacos are slightly smaller than other places but more in line with the size of tacos in Mexico, and at 1.99 each, not bad at all. Nice space inside, clean, fun decor. Easy parking. Nice employees.
************UPDATE*************** I’ve only had one bad experience here. They had me waiting for an hour in the drive thru and didn’t even apologize for it. But Every time I’ve gone after that bad experience everything has been good. I don’t know why they charge more if you pay with card though. Tacos de asada and tacos del pastor are good. Horchata is good better than most places I’ve gotten it at. Employees need to look a little happier. Service is good. Salsas are all good. From the mild to the hottest they all have a good taste.
This is a great taqueria! Traditional with some healthy options thrown in. The lettuce wrap and Keto tacos are great! Do not sleep on the breakfast tacos, either! I have been going to this location since it opened, and I have never been disappointed.

Foods good but cashiers never seem happy to be there, plus $1 a WEDGE of lime is ridiculous, I know economy is bad but come one now. My wife was charged $4 more dollars on her $7 order.

Had the asada tacos. Flavor of the meat was good and sauces where delcious. Only complaint is the tortillas came out cold just killed the tacos. Service was kinda slow we where literally the only ones in the restaurant and food took a longer then normal maybe that's why it was cold idk. (Order 8tacos total)
The food is always good but the lady in the drive thru is extremely rude, regardless of how polite you try to be to her. Makes you NOT want to go back.
It was ok, I wouldn’t go back. We waited for 40 min for our food. I think they forgot about it somehow. There was a couple who came in after us and got food before and multiple drive thru car came and went. Overall it underwhelmed. The rice and beans were good.
Love their Tuesday special but the service is really slow. Took 15 minutes to get an order to our table. Seemed like more focus was on the drive thru than the inside diners. The Rosedale location before they shut down were top notch on speed and service and the employees were much more friendly. 3 stars is for the food. The tacos are really good.
During the day it's a great experience. In the evening it's terrible. Watched the 5 kids in the back all on their phones, playing around, and not washing hands. They were more worried about closing up than the 5 cars in the drive through. 1 guy cooking while 3 messed around and 1 put tables up. They had over 30minutes before closing.
The food is very good. When we saw that they opened a location in South Fort Worth we were very excited because we really liked their other location by Rosedale, however this place was a bit of a let down. Like other reviews point out their drive thru is a mess. We got the wrong order and when we realized and made our back the lady at the register was not apologetic and actually seemed annoyed that they got out order wrong. If they don't improve in that then we will just go to the other location.
Service is not good, I ordered a torta to go with extra toppings. When I got home it was just a plain torta. I don’t know why they charge me for the extra toppings if they didn’t put on. I called to let them know and they hang up on me.
Always loved their Rosedale location and decided to go here this time. They didn't get my order 100% right, but they fixed it. Great authentic tacos. Hope the sauce bar can come back soon. Update: they are closed on Sunday, but the Google edit keeps being denied. Please update.
Food is delicious never disappointed Service is fast and great service. Every time I go in it’s always clean and smells great! Only concern is that there is no wheelchair access ramp near the front entrance It is near the back of the building and not enough space for someone in a wheelchair to get by because the vehicles park close to build.
I tried the asada gorditas, one kiddo tried the barbacoa tacos. It's highly greasy meat and rather on the bland side. The salas bar helps with that if you are eating inside.

You gave me the wrong order-thru seamless app. I did not get my tres leches cake nor did i order horchata. i ordered jarriros and I not receive that. i am not sure what whose you gave me because i ordered 2 chicken tacos and got 5 beef. I did not order half of what was given. i do not eat pork so I don't know if i could even eat this. very poor experience
Ok, I really had high hopes because I used to eat at their place off of 287 and rosedale, and it was really good, really good. This place is meh… if you enjoy the extremely strong smell of fabuloso 2 hours before close and a rude staff, then eat your heart 🤮
The place is great in terms of atmosphere. The food though lacks flavor doesn't taste like an actual Mexican dish seems more like tex mex which is okay to each its own, but it being called Mexican isn't the right way.
Update.... I've been going here for awhile now and usually get great food. I ordered the El Gringo Alambre (pastor), like always, through the drive-thru. I got home to see the meat paper thin, stringy and super crispy(extra done). I almost thought is was a different meat. I drove back and showed the manager, she proceeded to get the cook to plate some still cooking pastor and it looked the same. She told me that they are chopping it thinner now. Satisfied with her explanation, I threw the food in the trash and left. I can't agrue with the way they want to cook meat on their menu, but I will choose not to eat it.
It's not a place hey let's go there to eat, the foods not bad but I have had better 😁
I’ve been coming here for years and recently i started to notice the taco's are coming with less meat the salsa has changed formula and when I asked for extra salsa I was charged.45 cents for each when I had a order that was $50 and they gave me 4 salsa so of course with so much food we needed extra an the price of the small tacos are already over priced. I promised myself I wouldn’t go back again and this time I mean it.
The food is good, but the service is not so good if you are not a Man or White customer. The registrar lady (Eva) at the front is rude. There’s also a charge for paying with a debit or credit card! They don’t tell you, and it’s not at the door or at the front. They also charge for Salsa, even though they have a stand of salsas (all-you-can-eat). Makes no sense.
The asada tacos are good; however, the service quality appears to vary depending on the customer's gender and race. The registrar at the front, Eva, was notably rude. Additionally, there is an undisclosed fee for paying with a debit or credit card, which is not indicated at the entrance or front counter. Furthermore, they charge for salsa despite offering an all-you-can-eat salsa stand, which is inconsistent.
Trash just like management. They don’t know how to cook, they charge for to go boxes on food you already paid for, ridiculous and they won’t give you more salsas. Don’t waste your money here. Hemphill restaurants have more better tasting food and not overpriced like this wanna be Mexican place
The drive thru lady is super rude! She gets upset if she doesn’t hear you or if something is wrong she doesn’t want fix the issue and never has a smile on her face! it use be my go to but the service is horrible and i rather spend my money else where were i feel welcomed
They closed early because "someone called in" and then lied to us that they could only make tacos because "we were taking go long to make an order". Their words not mine. Service sucked for mediocre food.
The food is so good! Only thing that keeps me coming back, but they are so rude! From the drive throu to the inside! Every single time I’ve been everyone is so RUDE!!!!!!!
Long lines. Bad xustomer service. Over charged and to.top it off spolied sauce. No matter what is not worth it. Just go somewhere else.
Horrible customer service. I ordered 10 tacos and they only gave me 7. I honestly wasn’t even upset about it. I asked if I can get the 3 tacos and the cook actually came outside and said that I was lying. Lol. I make to much money to be lying about a 3 tacos. I even said it wasn’t a big deal and I just wanted the the rest of the tacos . The cook and cashier legit thought I was lying. That’s not a way to treat a customer. I the food was not good. Chicken was dry and very cheap quality. Poor customer service and the guys that work the evening shift have no respect.
So I was really craving a good old fashioned breakfast burrito. I was excited to try this place since it has good reviews. I ordered the chorizo breakfast burrito. I rushed home to taste what was inside the bag. Upon opening the bag, I saw what was more the size of a taco. I unwrapped the burrito and took a great bite. The taste seemed off. I continued to dig in to realize this "burrito" literally was chorizo and flour tortilla. No eggs. No cheese. To my dissatisfaction, I got very upset. I will never go back to this place. You've been warned.
🤮 went thru drive thru and ordered a taco plate with an extra taco I ordered lengua it didn't not taste like lengua. I complained they said that's lengua. You know what the problem was OLD MEAT THEY GAVE ME GREESY MEAT FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL I will never order from here again.
I am usually a regular , but after today i will no longer be a customer. I ordered take away multiple times at many establishments. Today I placed an order ahead for takeaway and plans change so I would dine in. I wasn't allowed to eat in upon trying to request salsa take away or salsa bar.. the cashier stated "I won't allow it" definitely an odd rule. I already paid for my food and wanted to eat in and use the salsa bar in restaurant.. the same exact salsa you get for to go? long time customer but will not be returning...
Taco Tuesday is a scam! I was charged regular taco price, did not get the beans and rice I ordered, and no utensils with a to go order.
I have been going to this place for a very long time. I am only treated fairly in the daytime. At night they are rude and my food is never good. My tacos were all cold with very little meat. They have a drive-through policy that is ridiculous. Everybody in the same car food has to go on the same plate if it's tacos. You cannot place separate orders in the Drive-Thru. I had to eat my tacos off of my cousin's plate and I am allergic to onion but onions were on her plate. Also there is a charge to use your debit card that you're not made aware of. The last time I went there were no customers I was the only one in drive through and the inside was empty at 6 in the afternoon. I have no doubt why. This place has drastically changed in customer service and food quality I'm heartbroken. I will never go back.
Actually not even joking everyone on shift at 7:40 was not having it they made me nervous and would not refund me my drink when I told them my mother didn’t want her drink when she had discovered they are serving unsweetened tea. And was offered coffee sugar for it which is a joke. And she can’t drink the other fountain drinks due to her condition. And we were trying to take her out for once. So it made our family night a lot less fun. Sadly was not impressed by the food either 1/5 of the people liked it and the sauce is self service so I didn’t like that at all. Tried ordering a juice that’s literally face first when u walk in. And they aren’t making it. Because it’s only morning time and “actually don’t even do it at all anymore” which is crazy. Ran out of chips. Watched the cook not have gloves on in the camera tv. And the to go guy just was so rude and didn’t even help me when the cashier was busy just let me stand there. Out of everyone he made our first experience as customers just bad. I will def be going back to my regular one dollar Tuesday spot San Andre’s Taqueria where chips are free. Stuff comes on them. Sauce is portioned. Service is great. Not this place
Good tacos, service horrible. I order to eat in for my son and I, and to go for my wife. The lady got mad at me and attempted to give me a lecture because I was grabbing hot sauce for my to go tacos. Really? I just spent over $25 and she is complaining about cents worth of salsa. This is Fort Worth, there are so many tacos shop to choose from and you lose a customer because of cents?
I have been coming here for 3 years and i spend a lot of money at this place. Food is good but I always seem to have a problem with the Hispanic lady at the front. The last time I went in she told me she wasn’t surving me no more because she got my order wrong and I told her that wasn’t what I ordered. She told me that she would throw it away and not even give me money back or remake my order.. I spend way too much money a week at this place for her to even have that type of attitude because she can’t speak or understand proper. There is always an issue with her Ever single time. From the order , to the one salsa for every 4 tacos 😭 and the fact that half of these reviews are talking about how rude she is and how she treats people should tell the owner how much money she’s costing him !! There is a sweet young man name Johnathan that works there and I never have a problem with him or any one else. So I guess since she told me I can’t come back because she got my order wrong I won’t be coming back ✌🏼✌🏼
I used to come in the summer every day and get the same thing. Each time would have fresh and tasty food. Recently I went in and the person taking the order was rude about me asking for mayo when each time I would go, I would always get them in sauce packets when dining in. The gorditas were good (a bit greasy) but the quesadilla Al pastor meat was a bit dry. I might go again and hope for a better experience.
We went there to have a birthday taco dinner for myself with my daughters and my grandkids we were told we couldn’t cut the cake or anything which is fine no big deal so we ordered our food. Got drinks sat down and ate. Everything was great. I asked Jonathan, for a cup of water and he says they don’t have cups for water that I had to buy a bottle so I went to my car cause I had a cup of water and I brought it to drink it and he comes rushing over here with me tell me I am not allowed to bring it in, which is just water so I had to dump the water homeless guy comes and asked for a water and he gets him a cup of water. I have no problem with that but we spent over $100 on food to get treated like that we will not be coming back he was a jerk at the end And I’m sorry to say I don’t know what he’s doing working with you. Bad customer service.
95% tortilla 5% meat on tacos & gorditas . 3 small pieces of tripa in a Gordita “ DE TRIPA “ I’ve personally Given this place 3+ chances everytime they forget something or give us crappy food. Sauce literally looks disgusting and old.. This is insane!
Good food, better service and atmosphere elsewhere. One good cashier, very professional and polite, but everyone else acts like they'd rather be anywhere else. Almost never open actually at 8AM, or they're hiding in the back or restrooms. Prices are also inconsistent with weird rules.
Didn't get to order anything. The person at the drive-thru speaker started saying they had pretty much nothing on the menu, that they were out of ingredients and meats. When I proceeded to tell him that I didn't want to order and drive off because they didn't have anything, he started to jump and celebrate over the fact they didn't want to give me service. Whoever owns this place needs to check who they have working for them. I will be telling the rest of my family members and friends not to give this place any service anymore.
