A quick stop for an aperitif during the season reopening for the Fossano motorcycle rally. The place looks very nice, and the staff are very friendly, even if a bit inexperienced with service. All in all, it was good, except that we ordered a bottle of wine for the aperitif and were served three small plates with two appetizers for five people. Perhaps a bit meager... Anyway, maybe it was the peak season, I don't know, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

The owner's mannerisms have bothered me a bit. It's very unprofessional to sit at a table with friends and then treat the employees like slackers in front of customers. It's definitely not elegant behavior. I can easily go and have my aperitif elsewhere. Regarding your response, I hope my "scolding" is as constructive for you as yours is for your employees. You know how it is: we all depend on someone, no one excluded. The economy is a closed circuit.

The food served is quite good. The attention to the management of the place and the customers is less than sufficient: there was someone smoking and forcing the customers to move away. The access to the toilets was obstructed by boxes and boxes of unorganized goods and, last but not least, the prices are very high.

Nice place, but the owner is unfriendly and rude! Full of himself and arrogant! It's a bar, not a high-end establishment like Righini. The aperitifs are good, but the owner's unfriendliness and bias make it a place you won't want to return to! Frequented by people with their noses in the air... Lower your wings...it's a simple bar, sure, with good wines, but...
