Nice crispy chicken. You can't go wrong with the big bucket for the family. Mash potatoes are of good quality. Had some leftovers for the following day and it was still good.

Great food clean bathroom great customer service. But the dining room has like sky light windows as the ceiling and they are very dirty looks like mold fogged and just lost my appetite.

We took the food back home to eat. The chicken was very salty and the the regular sides decreased in size by almost half. We got a small amount for a family of 6 (5 regular sides, 4 small thighs and 4 small legs and a box of biscuits. ) Never eating here again.

they gave me old chicken again(been sitting on the warmer for hours)!! i went there around 7pm online says it closes at 10pm.. i ask for crispy and they told me they only have original.. stupid me wasted my $ again thinking its just a mistake on the first.. used to come to this place but never again!! I understand price went up but quality of their food is bad..

I used to like this place but 9/10 times they'll get something wrong with your order. Ordered a piece of chicken breast and got a drum, it doesn't even sound similar, I need to stop going here.

Bad service. The price listed at the drive-through was apparently falsely advertised, and a worker came out to insist their dispute instead of just fixing their mistake. I left without food.

Employees said "the manager" did not change the price on the board at drivethrough and tried to charge me more than the price on the board. False advertisement! I am writing a complaint to corporate today. Hopefully, this KFC won't be able to pull this BS on the next customer.

This is the worst KFC I've ever been to. First off I ordered a breast with my meal and I never got it so I go back to speak to the manager about the situation. And all she wants to do is blame me for not telling the drive-thru operator over and over again the same thing I wanted one breast one thigh one leg. Super simple all she had to do was put it through. But no I get chastised by the manager like it's my fault. So I go to pay the $1 and $99 cent to get my extra breast and they want to say no you owe us $4.99 for breast because you won't give us back our thigh. I just didn't like the experience. And this manager needs to read education in how to take care of customers.

Kinda annoyed been here in the past no issues . But today I was told to wait 10 mins while people sat in the back .once I brought the issue to hand he told me he was so sorry and I ordered my one chicken little sandwich and when I got to look at it at my house I see it dripping out with grease and loaded double sided with mayo .it was so bad I couldn't pick up the bun with out it dripping and falling apart. im just annoyed ,waste of money and for me to not even take a bite is sad . Hate doing thing like this but this is just unacceptable .

This KFC I frequently went to because the owners, personnel took pride in the food they were turning out...I won't be returning! In the past, the chicken was crispy, moist, golden brown and not greasy. It looked as good as it tasted! Now it's greasy! The flavor of the chicken is NASTY! It tastes like the oil hasn't been changed in MONTHS! The chicken is not pleasing to even look at, let alone eat! It's all BURNT! The fries were so loaded with salt we had to toss them. The only part of the meal that was any good was the coleslaw. The biscuits looked OK. I don't eat them so I don't know if they were good or not.
