I think it's a decent coffee shop in the neighborhood. The interior is spacious and comfortable, and the employees are friendly. It is used by a wide range of age groups, and after 2:00 p.m. is considered a crowded time. And best of all, the coffee tastes good.

The plant based breakfast sandwich is what I’ve been waiting my entire vegan life for. I’m not being dramatic, I love breakfast sandwiches and they aren’t easy to find vegan. Coffee and service is good at this location too. But go get that sandwich.

Good coffee and always friendly, fantastic service. If you’re going to purchase coffee from a chain, Peet’s does a superb job. Their food selections? Not great (they offer several different breakfast sandwiches and pastries, but the quality just isn’t there). That being said, it’s coffee shop/cafe. Ordering food from here is more of a convenience thing, but it would be nice if they could figure out a way to serve better food.

Neat and clean Peet’s coffee located in Fremont. Social distancing and cleanliness is maintained during COVID. Staff is friendly and service is quick!! Must visit place for a good coffee.

No doubt about the quality of the coffee. This review is based on store itself. Although the new renovation is nice, I found that the music was too loud and the beeps from the machines behind the counter to be intrusive. I did not enjoy spending actual time in there because of all that noise.

I tipped at the register just for them to forget my order . I was waiting over 15 minutes for a croissant after already having my drink meanwhile everyone ignored me and was busy talking and heating up food for themselves. They finally asked me what I needed after 20 minutes and the barista was ignoring me the entire time.

Ordered caffe Mocha to-go When heated in microwave for 30 secs after coming home, could literally see layer of oil floating on top of coffee.

You did it again: you sold slop instead of a flat white. The barista who prepared this mix of barely warm milk and espresso shots tried to convince me that a flat white has no foam. Even the results of a Google search did not lead her to an understanding of the difference between what she had made and what was supposed to be made. The milk must be steamed ! Period. She simply added milk to the coffee, and in most of your locations you do the same thing: instead of a flat white, you serve this slop. I have been drinking flat whites my whole life in the U.S. and Europe, and it appears that she knows better. I refused to drink it, i.e. I lost money and just left. There is no way I will give you, Peet’s Coffee, a third chance. I strongly do not recommend this chain. They simply do not care, neither in SF nor in Fremont.

I guess I got what I deserved for ordering matcha from a coffee place, but don't. They're charging people $6+tax for a cup of hot green milk. Exactly the same flavor as when my mom got me a steamer when I was an elementary schooler. Pete's used to make a cup of matcha fresh, but apparently it's ok to just add green food coloring to milk instead. People would riot if you added a pre mix to milk instead of pulling a fresh shot of espresso, but I guess it's fine if it's matcha.
