Drinks are reasonable, very high quality, and taste amazing. I highly recommend trying their drinks you haven't already but I'm sure you have. Sharetea is a very popular boba shop in Fremont, if not everywhere.

One of my favorite places to get Boba and other iced treats. They have alot of variety and plenty to drink with alot of options to satisfy anyone. The service is ok, they're not rude but they pretty much ignore everyone that comes in but mainly it's because you order yourself without the cashier (self service) but they're usually polite when you talk to then. The atmosphere is alright too. kind of dark and seems disorganized and not much seating but otherwise it's fine. Will go again since it's one of the best boba places in Fremont.

Came here for my usual Sharetea drink, kiwi aiyu jelly, no sugar, no ice. You order on machines and they automatically make your order. I brought my own cup and own straw, for whatever reason there was a big discussion about why they can't use my own cup (I don't like using plastic). Apparently it's because they use the cups to count...something? Why can't they use their register system to count number of drinks they sold, isn't that more accurate than using cups (employees don't get free drinks here? Employees don't mess up drinks here ever? Counting cups is not accurate). Please change your system and think about the environment! In the end, they did it for me but it felt uncomfortable, not sure why I had to debate so much in favor of being better to the environment.

I love stopping by this ShareTea! The service is typically quick, and there’s rarely a long wait. One of my go-to favorites is the Brulee Tiger Fresh Milk. Ordering is self-serve with two tablets available, making the process super fast and convenient.

And it didn’t come with less boba, still lots of boba. maybe i should ask for “less than half of regular boba” I was giving 1 star but i changed my mind for a 3 stars for their hardwork

It’s a hit or miss. Sometimes you get treated well by the staff, sometimes not so much lol. The aiyu kiwi fruit tea 0% sugar used to be good but it’s too sweet the past couple of times that I don’t even want to try this place again.

Ordered a fruit boba tea and was really disappointed with how little boba was in it. The drink itself was decent, but the whole point of boba tea is the pearls, and there were barely any. For the price, I expected better. Won’t be coming back.

Ordered 50% sweet. Unbelievably so so sweet. And I can't go back to redo my order. Check your drinks before leaving. Staff are not sticking to how customers are specifying ingredients. Also there's some hard crunchy shell like junk in my drink. Coming from the boba?

Just picked up Mango Mojito. No mint was added. lemon was not crushed. Tastes like mango juice with too much sugar. Whoever made this has no clue how to make the drink. Tastes terrible. Big disappointment.

I've watched two people so far ask questions, and the worker are so non helpfull they act like you are putting them out and still barely help. They make your drink and yell your name that's all the contact they have with you. Drinks are OK that's the only reason I gave them a 1 star. The atmosphere is blah half the seating area is closed up with boxes. Update*** the other day we gave this place one more try and after that one we won't be back. We went in mid day, and they had two young girls working, that's all. The lobby was full of people just standing and waiting. If you don't remember the number the kiosk gives you, they don't have a way of looking up your order. They told my wife to check what cup she picks up when we didn't pick up any cups, someone else did. Just horrible customer service. We won't be back. The one star is for the drink only all else is 0
