The reviews are pretty harsh and very unforgiving & somewhat pretentious 🙄 I go this del taco 3 days a week since it’s the only mostly 24 hour place nearby in this area. The workers have always have done a decent/ good job getting my orders correctly , also of course it would be packed there’s no where else to get food 24 hours nearby. I seen people treat the workers harshly more then once. A man throwing a drinks at the drive tru window and recently as of today in midnight drive see a man try to go inside & assault the employees luckily the police showed up in time. Children in adult bodies .

Fries weren't salty enough and the burrito needed lime (but I think that's more personal preference). Otherwise the food was great. The Churro was amazing. Staff was friendly. Inside was pretty clean.

The Del Taco in French Valley. Food: delicious; Atmosphere: ordered drive thru then went inside. Very quiet with no music or TV for dine in. SERVICE: The reason for the 2 star overall rating. "New Chicken Options Starting at $5" (banner) does not list individual pricing, only that the three items start at $5. The large Del Taco menu also does not list the prices of these items. No where on either menu, inside or out, are these menu items listed by price. I spoke with the manager (Sheryl) who instead of apologizing for the mixup or lack of follow through, talked to me as if I was in the wrong. I did not want anything from them but only to inform them of the oversight. In this case, Manager 1, Del Taco patron 0. Next time I will think again about patronizing this Del Taco.

As I am writing this, it is close to midnight on 11/25. I get up to the speaker to order my food and my god the person taking it was totally clueless. I said I wanted a number 13 and he repeated I wanted a quesadilla. Like what the heck. The shake I ordered was NOT strawberry but vanilla. I get up to the window to pay and the guy gives me my change all rolled up fancy taking his sweet careless time. However, the manager is notoriously rude and shouted the food and drink in my face and slammed the window. DO NOT GO HERE!

Fish tacos were horrible! Hard, dry, cold, probably sitting for a half hour before we ordered. Dining room order, with one customer ahead of us took nearly 15 minutes. Burritos and value tacos were all good.

Hours changed they close at 2 am! So there is NO WERE to go! And there are still workers working! Absolutely the worst decision to close it from 2am-6am! Open the drive thru please!

Got food poisoning here. Literally the most awful experience. Ruined the Labor Day weekend.

This Del Taco should not be marked as a 24 hour restaurant. I've gone to this restaurant multiple times between 2:30 and 4am after getting off work and seen the neon 24 hour drive thru sign on only to get there and get told "sorry we're closed." Pretty frustrating since there are multiple reviews within the last 6 months complaining about this same issue. I like Del Taco and it's a great quick meal for when I get done with work. But the restaurant should be marked as closed so I don't waste my time going there if they're not going to take any orders.

Nachos were ok, and cold. The amount of filling in the taco is giving Taco Bell. I usually prefer Del Taco because they are fresh and give good portions. The shells taste stale and are not crunchy but hard and soggy. I definitely haven't experienced this from the chain in a long time. Super hesitant to order from this location again.

Ordered deluxe fries. These we’re not deluxe / nor even edible. Seriously this has happened many of times I have come here and I’m really tired of it. The boys working there are lazy and always smash my food into the bags. When I opened this, the box was smashed and the chilly was spilling out of the sides. I ended up driving back to fix it and the line was wrapped around the building and the front doors were locked. So I threw the entire thing away. DO better

After waiting about 15 minutes, an employee approached my car and rudely told me “don’t park here next time” without even a “hello.” Mind you, I was parked near the drive thru exit and was not instructed to park in a specific area. If there was somewhere else I should have parked, that should have been stated at the window or signs posted. The employee was very rude to me and his attitude was uncalled for. I will not be returning.
