I just recently found out about Anthony's Tacos from a friend and WOW I have been missing out. Anthony and his team (especially Bianca) are the sweetest people and know what they're doing - from the menu, food, down to social media and branding. They typically post on social media when they'll be serving food, and its a great way to keep updated. The menu has 4 main items, all based around birria. I tried all of their items and was FLOORED by the quality- the birria was juicy and tender, and a perfect meal anytime of year. I personally loved the birria queso tacos the best, but everything was amazing. If you visit and love, they also have shirts, hats and tote bags to share your loyalty. I shared all my goodies with my family and everyone enjoyed! I can see why it was recommended by my friend!!

Been going to Anthony’s Tacos for the last couple years, started going cause we saw them on Instagram and my wife really wanted to try their Birria Ramen. We kept going back because of the consistent quality of food and the engaging personality of Anthony and Bianca! Their whole menu is solid, and I definitely recommend their quesadillas and of course the birria ramen! Comfort food! And if you get a chance to catch them collaborating with Yummy.Js for their Birria Mac… Life—Changing! So good!!!

The tortilla is a mixture of soft and crunchy, the birria is juicy with a really good flavor to it. Soo good I definitely recommend to try anything on his menu you won’t be disappointed. Anthony’s quesabirrias are my absolute favorite! I have not tried anything like this. I know you see quesabirrias around, but these are just so unique you’ll never find any of these. The crunchiness and the flavor of the birria is amazing. Also any new thing he adds to the menu never disappoints!

We’ve bought bottles of their salsa because it’s 10/10. It’s always nice to see Anthony and his family working together and they’re always friendly. Comes in handy on nights when your cooking and don’t feel like also making salsa! Horchata is hard to find done the right way! And the horchata here IS DONE RIGHT! Tasty and sweet! Not chalky! Anthony’s tacos are SO GOOD. So good that before I moved to California, I was already following the page! Over there’s 4 years Anthony and his amazing team has evolved to keep up with Fresno and its growing demand for high quality food.
