I’ve had an incredible and amazing experience eating at this place three time already and after tasting it I would recommend it for everyone who likes Mexican food , fyi it’s way better than chipotle . Cynthia is too competent in her job where she attains a great customer service management and too friendly with customers and always offer help.

Our first time to Cafe Rio. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Ashley was very informative with our questions and great. Lily was super friendly and genuine. Both made our experience pleasant. Plus the food was super tasty. We'll definitely return. God bless!

First time trying this restaurant. Placed my order online and went to pick it up. Restaurant was pretty busy which is good. I tried their spicy mangonada and their horchata, but I would not recommend them. Their steak bowl was delicious and they didn’t skimp out on serving size! Would definitely come here again!

Wonderful staff, clean, and the food is very good. Homemade tortillas, yum. My husband got nachos with steak, my kids got a steak quesodilla kids meal and a bean and rice burrito kids meal, and the price was reasonable. I got the sweet pork Barbacoa burrito bowl. Week also ordered 2 buttered tortillas, they're Homemade you can't miss this tasty treat. We meet a friend there and they enjoyed their food too. Our kids were happy with their meals. The restaurant and the restroom were kept very clean. I would recommend this place.

I haven't had the Rio in over 14 years! It's exactly the same ... which is a very good thing. Still pretty good. As you can see, I got a pretty decent serving. Fairly fresh toppings. The house dressing is my favorite.

Come for the tasty pollo asada and shredded beef tacos but check your takeout order before you leave. The grilled veggies, beans and rice were missing and it was before the Taco Tuesday crowd arrived. I got the lettuce and cilantro on the side but it shouldn’t have been served- see the photo. The tacos were made with flour not corn tortillas too- Maybe an off day? People making the orders and at the register are pleasantly always friendly so giving a 4 star.

We ordered the steak salad bowls and it did not disappoint! The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because it is my first time ordering and we only ordered one item from their menu and we would like to order more. The salad was delicious. It was a good portion. It included rice, your choice of beans, greens, tortilla strips, a soft flour tortilla bowl, pico de gallo, and such a delicious creama cilantro dressing. Your choice of protein. We chose steak, great flavor!

Food is good,fresh, and amazing. By the time we placed our order and sat down was quick and that’s where the problem started all the booths were filthy! There was a spilled drink under one of the booth and it sat there the whole time we were there. The long bench had food on it as well. There was literally no place to sit. Hopefully next time we come they raise the standard on cleanliness. I gave them a strong 3 star customer service and food was great

the food was good but these employees are trained terribly. they seem so confused and overwhelmed, i waited on friday for a whole hour for our food. not sure who is training but they are awful at it

Where to even start here!? I went there for a grilled chicken burrito. They said they were out of grilled chicken and that that would take 15 minutes. I can make grilled chicken from raw at my own place in about 4 minutes if it's chopped. I said forget it, so I got the steak. The steak was dry and old and they didn't offer anything as remedy since they didn't have the chicken. I asked them to put the lettuce and the pico de gallo in the burrito at the end but the staff member said, "no that's not where it goes, it goes here". He proceeded to put the lettuce and the pico de gallo to the right of the burrito. The pico de gallo made the burrito soggy and the picture will explain what I got. This was almost $20. I will never go back to this place on earth even if they gave me a free trip to actual Rio. What a disgrace. $20 for an excellent burrito is still a stretch. $20 for this hamster cage lining is an outright travesty. It was dead in there, so I don't think they're going to be around much longer. Staff was apathetic, food was terrible, atmosphere was dark and lazy.

Every time I've been here the staff is extremely rude no one looks like they want to be here and you have to ask for topping (on a build your bowl) but they get bothered with every topping as if its an inconvenience to them. Ive came back because I like the food thats the only reason.

Got the salad with barbacoa, rice was hard and undercooked. Tortilla was soggy, barely baked. So disappointed. Spent almost $50 on two of these. Never again
