Completely disappointed, this is 3rd time they gave stale , cold and incorrect order . I placed an order from doordash for veggie bowl and I found 2 big chunks of meat . Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed, came for the bogo special before 8 and waited in line patiently for a while. By the time we got to the front it was 8:15 and I asked for the bogo special and the worker very kindly told me that ended at 8 but everywhere online says until close?? No where does it say it ends at 8pm, even so, I was there way before 8 but obviously the line took a while because there was a lady buying 5 bogo specials (10 damn bowls) so by the time we got up there we couldn't because it was past 8?

Never Again! I ordered from here for me and my family. 3 burrito bowls. All of our bowls barely had any of our protien choices. My mother ordered chicken and got deathly sick. She vomited all night and was in so much pain the next day. I don't know what was in the chicken, but that is the last time this specific chipotle will EVERY get our business. Beware of the chicken? There was definitely something wrong with the chicken my mom received!

Big mistake, never again. Placed an order on Door Dash and the quality and amount recieved was a complete joke. My husband's bowl contains approximately 1 Tbsp of meat and the rest of the fixings were just as sparce. I purchased 3 bowls and all were the same. Sadly with fees and all I spent $64.00 which wasn't worth it in my opinion. My question is why when I go in and purchase the bowls are enough for left overs and when I did this online order the servings were as pictured below, which was my plate. #chipotleyoulostacustomer

I am a vegetarian. I ordered vege bowl. I have never eaten meat till date but when I started eating it, a piece of meat came in my mouth.

I ordered a burrito bowl for to-go in the store from a worker who had ginger hair. I barely received any food. The lack of propertions showed little to no care for customers. I feel the ginger hair worker should be re-trained for serving right amount of proportions and also supervised before serving food to customers. He also did not put salsa in my bowl even after continuously repeating my order. My bowl was barely full, I felt like I paid extra money for the amount of food that was served to me.

I ordered a steak bowl online and when I sat down to eat it, I noticed there wasn't any meat in my bowl. I dug around my bowl and found nothing. I am very disappointed since I usually love going here. Since I had a short lunch break, I will just have to leave it as a review instead of calling the restaurant.

I go in for chips & salsa guacamole & queso first the dark brown female was rude (manager) she put my chips down on wet counter lucky I swooped bag up quickly so it didn’t get wet then the fair skin guy with red hair & beard came from back to serve up queso & didn’t both changing his gloves I was in a rush as my bus was coming but…. & why was the large bag of chips same amount of chips as small bag this location I always have a issue with it’s always something! Last year it was mushy meat dang 1 year gone by & service hasn’t got better oh & guac tasted weird also shouldn’t dude with beard be wearing a beard net?

I went in to order three bowls and it was my turn to pay and the girl just left me at the register to make another order for a person that was there to pick up and deliver food. Since it wasn't ready she left me standing at the register to make the order I waited a few minutes and had to ask someone chopping chicken to assist me they eventually asked someone in the back to check me out. I had the carnitas bowl and it was full of big chunks of fat YUCK! I also added guacamole for a extra charge and it was dark and got darker by the second!
