The beef soup was excellent. Clear, delicate broth and fresh vegetables. Birria choice of chivo or beef. Both fantastic. Taco sauce incredible. Dine in option is clean, spacious, and artistically decorated.

Excellent service and food. The Menudo is better than good, it is excellent. Tortillas are fresh made, you can see the person making them. They'll ask you if you need more tortillas, or you can just walk up to her and ask. Very friendly staff.❤️

I love a good queso taco with consome and this place is by far the best I've had. I personally like how they put out a tray of garnishment for your tacos. A+ on the service

Place was jam packed but we managed to find seating after 10 minutes. I would recommend it to anyone in the area. Very friendly staff who make you feel at home.

I couldn’t even finish my plate of quesabirrias! I believe that it comes with 3 or 4 but they’re huge and they’re also very crispy 😮‍💨. Their consomé is also flavorful and not oily at all like at other birria places. Definitely coming back here when I’m in the Central Valley again!

Their beef birria was awesome. I ordered a combination plate with beans and Mexican rice. The added on tortillas was awesome just like my mom used to make. Ordered takeout but if I get the chance I'll dine in next time.

Birrieria El Taco Solito offers some of the best Birria con queso Tacos I've tasted in Fresno, earning high praise for their flavor and size. The combination of a hard shell outside a soft shell adds a unique texture that enhances the experience, especially when dipping the taco in the consomé. The hard shell also prevents the taco from falling apart, adding to its appeal. During my visit, I was given an unchilled bottle of water from the case, which was unexpected. However, my overall rating is affected by the extended wait times experienced. The restaurant was bustling, indicating the popularity and quality of their food. Unfortunately, the wait was too long, leading to dissatisfaction among my family members, particularly my nephew. The seating arrangement seemed disorganized, with some customers being skipped, highlighting a need for better organization. Additionally, finding parking was extremely difficult, especially on a busy Sunday. If you're in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend this place due to the parking challenges. Although there were numerous staff members, it felt like only a few were attending to most of the tables, contributing to the delay in service. Additionally, I found it challenging to get the attention of the staff for basic requests like another unchilled bottle of water. This further added to the frustration, especially since hydration is important during meals. Despite the wait time issues and parking challenges, I would consider ordering takeout from Birrieria El Taco Solito in the future to enjoy their delicious food without the dining-in delays. The food quality is undoubtedly impressive, but improvements in service efficiency, organization, and parking arrangements would greatly enhance the overall experience for customers.

It was extremely hot inside with no AC or fans running, and when the jukebox played, nothing else could be heard. Also ordered a single quesadilla for my son, and he was the last to get his food by 20 mins, because we asked for it 3 times. They actually brought out the wrong food for him after we asked the 2nd time, and the waitress wasn't taking responsibility. Instead saying she heard and thought it was a quesabirria. Probably not going back

The place is not clean and service is not great and this is on a Thursday. It should be clean! The birria de res is good, but not great and it's too dark in this place of business. Not my top five.

People who got there after us got their food before us. Menudo was 10% grano and tripe and the rest was broth. Got charged for consomé when we were never asked if we wanted it or not. Feel very scammed and disappointed in this place, we used to really like it.
