NK #2 is a real treat for our community. Authentic, traditional menu dishes that you'll be sure to enjoy. Medium size dining hall from party of 1 to party 8 - I've seen. The dishes are served fresh with the best ingredients and toppings. The flavor of the dishes is on point and bring in the authenticity. Service is consistently good and they really care for customer service. I highly recommend

Best service we ever received at Nho Kitchen #2! The bone marrow was a huge and generous portion! Lots of marrow and meat! This is how it should be each time and both locations! (This location always has better portion and customer service than the McKinley location) The service was quick and great! Bone marrow and P0 are our all-time favorite dishes here! If it is like this every time, we will come much more often!

I normally give 5 stars but I gave 4 stars this time because I went in to order a Vietnamese sandwich but there was no bread so I ended up just ordering egg rolls and Thai tea. The eggrolls were okay. They were nice and crispy so thats good. Thai tea it doesnt have alot of flavor, it tastes basically like milk. I dont taste any sweetness or tea flavor. BUT the customer service and atmosphere was nice. Great, friendly, fast customer service. I had two young males who helped me when I first walked in. I believe both Hispanic. One was behind the counter and another took my order. Both very polite and respectful. A lady helped me with payment. I have no complaints about service.

The first thing that hit me was the smell, smells exactly like Nho 1. Food is just as good. And floors just as dirty. I guess we should act like the first nho 2 never happened. If the owners can go back in time, I think they would do what Ryan Reynolds did in Ending credit of Deadpool 2, where he went back to shoot himself from making Green Lantern. Spoiler alert

We've been trying new pho spots and this is our second favorite so far. The pho broth was actually the best part. We tried the beef pho and the oxtail pho, along with the chicken/shrimp with rice. The service was great, we went on a Sunday so it was pretty busy. The fallback is is location, it's in a very small corner lot and it's very cold inside. Very little parking too. Mind it was a cold rainy day. Otherwise, we'd still go back even though it's farther than other locations from our home.

Great food but they give you old lettuce. This means theyre being cheap and greedy by giving the old lettuce instead of throwing it away. I love the vermicelli bowl with grilled pork. Edit: the old lettuce came inside my vermicelli bowl. Please make sure they don't do this anymore.

Honestly, the service was Freaken amazing! 👏 lots of help since I have a 1 year old that makes a mess. The waiter was verry nice and helpful as well, shoot. I'll just come back for the service alone. The atmosphere is a bit misleading because it used to be a Boba hangout spot, and it still sorta gives off that vibe, but it has a vietmese style of a pho restaurant. I still enjoyed it. Also, the robot 🤖 that brings us food is most definitely amazing! For sure, I'm going to make a video of it and post it up as a reel for views for the restaurant. Okay, time for the food part. We ordered the beef pho (the biggest one they had). btw it was pretty big, not gigantic, but it was a good size for a hungry person who eats a lot. Comes with lots of beef and also a beef rib with some meat on it, and I love the new style. Also, the broth was on the better side of pho that I love. For sure, the pho was cooked for quite some time, then served. NOT like some other places where they just refill the pho broth with water and serve it. Eggrolls were decent, nothing fancy, not super crunchy and / or crispy, just eggrolls. The rice plate was probably the more disappointing out of all the food we ordered. The presentation looks great and the smell was great as well. But the taste of the short ribs were a bit too ashy, like they were next to the charcoal and caught a bit of the ash and made it taste a bit funny... other than that, I wish they also sold the deep-fried pork belly. ( fyi if they did and I didn't see it, I apologize) Last but not least was the vietmese sandwich. It was right in all the right places. Has a nice good crunch to the crust of the bread, which is a must. The meat with the veggies that compliment it was perfect, the only thing I believe we didn't get was the jalapeño that sometimes they put into the sandwich for that extra kick. That's it. Overall we will come back for food, my family enjoyed it and will come back for more and can't wait to try more on the menu! Thank you

Service was really rude and rushing, the egg roll even had a piece of string in the stuffing. Instead of an apology It was treated like I put it in there. The pork chop was sour and left a bad taste. Overall a two stars. Also. There were no apologies

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! It started off with the sign by the front door: "please wait to be seated", which is entirely fine. The wife and I did, and were fully ignored with zero acknowledgement for the next 20 minutes. Multiple employees walked by numerous times, but apparently with no urgency. We were finally seated. A minimum of another 20 minutes went by before we were approached by any server. Maybe busy? Not sure, considering more than half the restaurant was empty. We've been in the service industry for 20+ years so we're quite patient and understanding. We order spring rolls and a simple soup with no beef bone or marrow or anything time consuming. 40 minutes go by... We noticed a table receive their food before us, though seated and ordered after us. A server came by and said our food was on the way. Another 20 minutes go by. Still waiting, more people getting seating around us and no food coming from the kitchen. Enough was enough. We approached the counter, told them to cancel our basic order and left. We did inform the 3 small groups waiting to be seated of our ordeal and mentioned the far better service at "Huong Lan." They all left as well.

The food dishes came out and it looks like they just wash the inside and not the out side of the bowel. They got our order wrong. Food did not taste good at all ,like it was old. I stoped eating the food because the taste was not good. I had the same thing many times before. I am surprised no one has fallen from how slippery the floor was . They are going down hill fast.

Be aware!!!! Today I was totally disappointed. Two employees drying silverware, one steps to the side to clean a spill with a mop and goes back to dry silverware without washing hands. Second employee steps out for what I believe is his break, comes back goes into the restroom and doesn't wash hands. He goes straight to clean the silverware every one is going yo use. I walked out. I could not dare to eat there anymore. This place has lost my business and I will tell all my family and friends no to come here.
