Ive been coming to this place for a few years no. They never miss the mark. They make amazing drinks of with options of choosing sweetness level, milk type and boba type. I would recommend this place over and over again.

I love this shop because they have the best boba in Fresno in my opinion. Very warm, good chewiness, have a good consistency. The drinks are very good, and I come here a lot because not only do I love their drinks, but the interior as well! It's very simple, but elegant. Sometimes, their milk teas can lack in flavour though...but I love their fruit teas and the smoothies and toppings are amazing. They also have these cool events sometimes. The workers can seem a bit sad though haha like they don't wanna be there

I constantly have to guess which of their drinks are good and which are cold shaved ice. I prefer the Mango, strawberry, coconut, and Lychee drinks. My last lychee drink was extremely flavorless. The owner has a great attitude, but every employee there always seems angry to be at work. Go for the drinks, not the customer service.

Friendly staff, clean establishment. The cups are sturdy, not something I typically expect, which was a nice surprise. We ordered two drinks, one was by far tastier than the other. Just in our personal preferences though. Overall, really excited to have a Boba spot on this side of town now!

The drinks made and served here are very inconsistent. There are lots of retail stores in this plaza, so I would get a to-go drink here while shopping because of the convenience. And there are a few drinks I prefer to stick with when I'm ordering. But for the last few times I have ordered, the consistency of the drinks or consistency of the taste has been different. For example, the iced matcha a couple of times were kind of bitter, while other times were sweet just how I like it. So I would come here only if I'm craving a tea beverage while in this shopping center or this area. For me, there are definitely other local cafes that are better in terms of taste and consistency.

My family and I have been going to Rare Tea since they opened. My husband likes the Tai Tea, and my son likes the Strawberry Berry tea. I, to the contrary, have been very disappointed with their drinks. The customer service is not always good. I dislike the bitterness of the green tea base. I had a really plain and flavorless taro milk tea, a super sweet and strong coconut smoothie, bitter mango, passion fruit, fruit tea, and strawberry berry tea. They don't offer non caffeinated tea alternatives. I keep trying different options, and I am usually disappointed. The only decent drink I had once was the passion fruit smoothie. I am not sure I will continue spending money here.

The worker told me I could no longer have my coffee blended for some odd reason- when it wasn't an issue in the past. Why all of a sudden?? Their blender isn't broken, so why the sudden change?

Basically, my brother in law grabbed the wrong drink because it was placed near his order of drinks. The cashier who placed all the drinks with eah other watched us take the drinks and she did not say anything. She simply watched us take the drinks. We all were already out the door and a worker ran to him and asked why he took it in a rude tone. It was a simple mistake that blew out of proportion. I hope my next experience will be more friendly.

My drinks were good. But the service from the lady with the white makeup on and long nails was so terrible. We were rushed the sec we walked up to the counter.

Giving a 2 star because lately for the past 2 months they've been OUT of BOBA. This has happened on many occasions during 5pm to closing time. I've been a customer since opening day. This was never an issue. I'm not sure what the reason is. Regardless, it is a BOBA tea shop so without the BOBA what is the point? I notice all the workers are different and my drinks are inconsistent now. It's a bummer because this was my favorite place.

I've had the RareTea in Clovis and was pretty excited when this location opened. Unfortunately, my experience was distasteful. The customer service is pretty sad at this place. The Thai tea doesn't even taste like Thai tea. I have a feeling the tea is from a powder. I have been to several other places, including authentic Thai restaurants to get Thai tea, and Rare Tea just never tastes like the other Thai teas. It's very flavorless. Whatever cream they use leaves your mouth super oily. This place also says they use Thai tea without food coloring. In my opinion, they use tea that has food coloring. The tea is way too orange to be organic, as the employees claim. The color of organic Thai tea isn't bright orange.
