Food is pretty good but really a take and go type place. Can get very busy during peak times so maybe order ahead. Online ordering is a bit inefficient but it wouldn't let me phone in an order. Overall food is good and price is fair. Service and atmosphere is lacking but that's why I say take and enjoy at home. I got the steak, chicken and shrimp combo with brown rice. Comes with 2 small dumplings and a salad. They provide 3 different types of sauces and these are probably the best part. They compliment the meal very well. I say try them all on each protein you get.

Yesterday was the First time checking the place out and man do I wish I would've came here sooner. I've heard of this place from way back in 2013 and here I am in 2020 getting my first taste of what will soon be one of my To Go places in Fresno. The food was delicious and service was great. Being a first time customer, the girl taking our order was very helpful and friendly. I ordered the Spicy Crispy Chicken Teriyaki and my Wife ordered the Shrimp Tempura Roll combo. Both meals filled us up and for the price no wonder this place is highly recommended by many aside from it being delicious of course. Only problem was the chicken was dry and a little cold but other than that I'm still looking forward to coming back. maybe next time the food temperature will be warmer.

I got my order and the curry wasn't mixed and had giant clumps in the container. I also usually get shrimp in it, but this only had imitation crab and calamari. Really disappointed.

Good food. But for the love of God do not put plastic sauce containers IN the carry-out tray with the hot food. That's the most braindead practice I've ever heard. I reheated it without opening and the sauce containers melted on the food....

Food is great but the wait time sucks. One hour for pickup when ordered online. Would’ve given 5 stars but one hour for pick up is a little ridiculous! Always check your order also, they tend to forget or have missing items!

I've been here 3 times in the past month, I really enjoy the food. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because the past 2 times I've been there, my order was wrong or items were missing. The first time, I asked for spicy chicken (receipt said the same) and I got the beef. This last time, I paid for spicy sauce and I did not receive it. The food is great but check your bags before you leave.

Been coming here for decades but the spicy chicken has gone downhill. It's mostly fried breading and not much chicken. It wasn't tender. My tempura shrimp has a huge clump of breading on it which was gross. Flavors are great and I'll be back but I won't order the spicy chicken anymore. Don't really understand the hype. Spent $58 for 3 plates. Crazy. It's decent food, not spectacular. The portions are small. Your money is way better spent at Tsukiji

Sorry to leave such a poor review. But this food was not for me. Had the beef yaki udon.Tasted like W sauce food was soggy. The W sauce or barbecue sauce was over bearing. I've had Yaki before but never like this. Customer service was great 👍 but this food was definitely not for me.

Food is always a hit or miss! Ordered pick up tonight and only had 5 pieces of chicken and it was BURNT! The beef also had fewer pieces than usually only 6. My husband also ordered the same thing and had double the chicken and same steak. Just prefer consistency on how much meat is provided.

I’ve been coming here for years and never had an issue but tonight’s experience left much to be desired. We ordered the ginger chicken don and it was drenched in what tasted like sesame oil. The picture attached was without adding the sauce that comes included. I looked up what the meal should look like and the rice should be white. Aside from that, we waited 45 minutes from ordering for the food. My husband had to go up to the counter to check because two people that had ordered after us had gotten their food. They hadn’t even started making our food. I had kept in mind the closing time was 8 and we were there and placed the order at 6:40.

Chicken was cold, likely premade and sitting around. Beef bits in my order shows sloppiness in the kitchen.

Food is ridiculous burned. Why even give it to me if you know it is burnt. What a great place this used to be. The food quality has sure gone down hill.

My husband ordered online and our daughter picked up the order on her way home from work. However, when she got home we discovered they only gave her half the order. She called and asked about the rest of the order and they said they had it. They asked her if she would like them to remake the order and she said yes. When she went back to get the rest of the food, the order was not remade so we had a cold dinner. Also, she had to go back in again to get the shrimp tempura and the extra sauce we had ordered. This was absolutely horrible service and cold food for an order of over $70. So disappointed.

On today specific got take out. I have eaten here for years. Today got home looked at my food. No sauce on salads smh. Check and steak was dry like paper. I threw away after eating two steaks and chicken. Come on owner I havent seen you lately but what is happening. Least I can do is get a redo on my meal. May not come back or send anyone back here. As I have business partners, people I know that I always send here. A service business needs to take care of there customers. Please correct, hopefully I make it back here in the future.

Second time we ordered delivery and second time they forgot half our order. This time it took over an hour and when we received our food right at 8 and when we called it went straight to voicemail so we couldnt even go pick up the missing items! Half our family had to go get something else. Extremely disappointed in their level of care!

Burnt chicken hurt my teeth cuz I couldn’t bite through it and tempura was drenched in oil so I didn’t even try it (you can literally see the batter falling apart from the veggie too cuz of how heavy the oil is) 😭 lady said I couldn’t get a refund cuz DoorDash delivered it but I ordered through teriyaki dons website. DoorDash is the third party they use but I do not have an account with them and the shift lead was telling me to get my refund through them. The only good thing this place has going for them is the shift lead for getting my refund because I was going to crash out ngl. My fault for ordering from a 4.3 place ig 😭 I won’t cheat on my chicken teriyaki places anymore during a retrograde though. I should’ve known better. But yeah I’m not going back anymore. Bless her not them

Horrible experience not once, but MULTIPLE occasions that have been spaced out by MONTHS. I decided to try this restaurant again because it's what I grew up with and I really wanted it to be a good experience so I can come back. Sadly, it wasn't. Once again, an extremely unorganized environment. People on staff are not taking their time with orders and they keep forgetting things within the order, whether it's a side salad, a sauce, or just a whole sushi roll. I literally stopped getting delivery from this place because of that but even with pick up IT DOESN'T MATTER. And when you go up to them to correct the mistake, you get attitude and nasty facial expressions, as if I'M the one who made the mistake. I just lost a family member yesterday and all I wanted was some familiar good comfort food and getting this "good" comfort food is always a horrible experience. After today, I will no longer go to this place. If you're just going for ONE BASIC meal, go for it. Anything more don't waste your time. And the salads I recieved were gross with OLD pieces, broken container, sushi was warm on the bottom even though I asked them to store it because they got it done before my pickup time. Do better.
