What's not to love about the Berrock shop, they've been a fresno staple for decades. The best western burger ive ever had. Their house made buns are insanely delicious, their berrocks are always great, their chicken pot pies are delicious and another great spot for a yummy pastrami sandwich

I don't know how anyone could give this place any negative reviews. It. Is. Amazing!!!! I have tried about 50% of the menu and absolutely love everything. This is also my mother's favorite place to go. Everything is homemade and fresh. I don't understand why there can't be more places like this in town. I wish this place was closer to where I live. I drive 30 minutes just to get here. Will keep coming here until the end of my life!!!!!

I'm a newer customer...just a few months now. I order from here 3 maybe 4 times a week! Why you may ask? You see this is homemade honest no BS food. The salads are one of my go to's. Exceptional (more cucumbers and tomatoes please!)...fresh, crispy and filling. Broccoli, pasta and macaroni salad very good. Those little pies. I try not to look at them when I walk in, as soon as I pull they start calling my name! And of course the Beerocks, perfect for the drive home! But you know I eat out per se 7 days a week, never even used my stove! There're are many places in town for me to purchase great eats...Why here? The counter ladies, the chefs all have a very welcoming attitude. Having in the past being in the restaurant biz for 25 years myself with multiple locations this overall positive attitude is rare to cultivate. They have a very good process in place that leads to quality, consistency and speed. One observation I will share is that the pricing is not where it should be, a 20% increase over the next 18 months is what needs to happen. Ok maybe two observations! Change is good...remember it's 2025 not 1978. Anytime you want to talk I'm available.

The berrocks here are amazing. The customer service is dynamite. I got my berrock before I could fill my drink. The service here is impeccable. The prices are very reasonable as well.

The tri-tip sandwich was great. The French fries 🍟 are good. And so was the potato salad. I did not like the groudbeef berrock. To me, all I tasted was vinegar. But my husband did like it. I do plan to go back. And try other things.

I've been coming here for 30 years! The berrocks are awesome and so are the pies! But my favorite go to is the turkey club and I ask for mustard to be added. It hits the spots every time! The bread is crusty yet soft, the turkey is tender and fresh and the bacon melts in your mouth! It's so simple & yet delicious, I just had to add a review! Plus it's like going home... the staff is always friendly and you can tell it's a locals favorite! 🤩

It's been a long time since I've honestly had an amazingly delicious sandwich 🥪 One of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time since I went to fresno City College. We ordered chicken pot pie, double cheese burger, tri tip sandwich, and turkey breast sandwich with a small Mac salad. Everything was good. The only complaint I would have is the tri tip aandwich. If it was a bit thicker like dog house grills, then it would be to die for, but other than that. No complaints. Also, you MUST ORDER the BBQ sauce on the side. The cheese burger is OMG delicious!!! For sure, I will be back for a second one if we are nearby!!! Must have. Besides that the workers are all very helpful and very nice and the atmosphere here is amazing! Feels homey and that's amazing! Forsure we will be back! Thank you for the amazing food and service! Always happy to help my local community!

Me and the wife stopped in for a western burger. Being our first time here, Brianna was kind enough to walk us through the menu and give her suggestions. Burger was decent, but we will be back to try other food here. The broccoli salad was amazing.

Great place to get a burger or a beerrock and not overly pricey. It’s not super fancy but there are plenty of places to sit. You go up to the counter to order and they bring it out to you. Best of all, they don’t even ask for a tip when you pay with a credit card. I ordered the western burger and it was good, although I thought the bread was too thick. Fries were great and the beerrock was nice.

Came in and ordered the double burger with soup 🥣 on the side , also ordered a coke and a water. Burger 🍔 was really good big burger and it’s bomb ! Vegetable soup was okay 5/10. I loved the art on the walls ! Place is beautiful and big! Clean lobby and a lot of seating !

So, some people think or say “it’s just a sandwich, I can make one at home!” But can you really? This is where places like the Berrock Shop come into play! Alright, so maybe it’s not the best place to get a sandwich (however, that solely depends on the person eating said sandwich) but I will strongly say that the Turkey Club I ordered is truly good (recommended by the lady at the front counter & a great suggestion it was) Bun was toasted perfectly for me, bacon was crunchy & not chewy, along with everything going together nicely. I could order this any day of the week & be perfectly happy! Well worth the visit if you have not tried this place out. Which I don’t know why it’s taken me this long, considering how long it’s been around. So all in all! Friendly quick service, place was clean, along with being in & out within a reasonable time frame!

We are an interracial couple safe to say we were treated and stared at like we don’t belong. It felt really horrible mostly by the patrons of the restraunt and some of employees. The food was not good either the Berrock was not authentic and tasted very old..
