Our to go spot for fresh baked sweet bread, never disappointed. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming they all have alot of sense of urgency when checking out to purchase our baked goods. Additionally, there is only 1 line but they do have 3 cashiers and they move very fast. We definitely recommend; as the wait if any is worth it. 🤗

Always love coming here for pastries and cakes. Lots of variety of pastries and their cakes are not super sweet and you can taste their ingredients. They also have beverages but my main mission is pastries and cake. My kids ‘favorite are the mango cakes, Black Forest and pineapple buns.

Absolutely loved the cakes. The best one I had so far. The icing doesn't feel hard. Literally melts in the mouth. Not too sweet but just right. Pricewise I think it was ok. Service was quick and staff very friendly. Not much seating capacity but most folks were ordering Togo so not a big concern. Finding a car parking space could be a challenge over weekends, as we experienced. A person in a wheelchair may find it challenging to navigate inside.

Everything was looking fabulous and the bakery section was refilled with fresh items continuously. Definitely try their croissants and the half moon almond and the red bean bun. The cake was soooo spongy and the filling was very light and had a subtle sweet taste. Not a fancy place to dine in though.

Busy. It's usually busy when we come to this location versus the one in Plano. More spacious & have more pastry in stock this time since we came before their rush hour. Love the fluffy whipped cream taco-shaped pastry. Their strawberry matcha boba's decent but higher priced than average boba for its size. Staff was many & busy serving. Not many tables. Parkin's shared with the whole outdoor mall area.

The bakery items are fresh and tasty, but the service isn’t very quick, especially during busy times. The drinks were also a bit too sugary for my taste. Good selection overall, but there’s room for improvement.

Since it opened in the area, it's been our favorite bakery to get tasty buns that are freshly baked and we loved the baked goods from this Taiwanese bakery cafe. We tried tuna sandwich and ham & cheese sandwich with a latte and milk tea which we liked, and sandwiches were great full of well combined flavors and textures especially after asking staff to heat them up, and when those were warm they were more enjoyable as cheeses melted perfectly. Both service and the ambiance were okay which could be better. One thing we noticed greatly was the changes in the size of baked goods significantly to a smaller size although the taste and the quality maintained.

85C bakery cafe has several branches throughout DFW/North Dallas.This review is for the Frisco cafe. This is a Taiwanese chain selling appetizing pastries, quick bites, cakes, desserts, specialty coffee, smoothies, bubble Tea etc. We absolutely love this place for quick bites and specialty coffee (especially the Hot Salted Caramel). All the cafe items are fresh. They have several cafe style seating arrangements both inside and outside. The service is not 5Star but that doesn't bother me. Little smile while greeting customers probably would go a long way. The place is always sqeeky clean despite taking care of decent number of foot traffic. Overall a great place for quick bites and beverages (tea/coffee/smoothie).

Great place. 3 star only because owner saves money, short staff. Always a line. 30 min wasted for 4 items price 12$ I wish I could pay 15 with no line Concept of this type business is Napoleon style “veni vidi vici” in simple words u came u took u left. Plus I wish we had more competition in this plaza, if 85 is full u can skip that stupid one cashier line and go to another place

This bakery usually is solid… in most locations other than this one. The difference in quality and customer service is staggeringly different than the locations in Plano and Richardson. My mom’s hot drink was basically cold, and my drink wasn’t even mixed. :( Not worth the price at this location.

!!Food hazard!! They need better quality control! I found plastic chips in the cheese bites! I buy a lot from this bakery and my family likes their cakes. I opened the cheese bites I bought last evening and while chewing felt something hard, it turned out to be a piece of plastic. I tried to let go and grabbed another piece and found another piece of plastic. I’m sure they broke some container and got mixed inside their bakery. I ended up throwing away the box of cheese bites and everything else I bought on the same day. I will not go again and will not recommend anyone going.

The place used to be amazing but just recently I visited and ordered a drink with light ice and was informed that the ice level can’t be adjusted. Then I watched the drink being made with 1/3 drinks and 2/3 ice. For a drink that’s over 6 dollar that seems pretty shady business. I’ll no longer recommend this place as there are plenty bakery in the nearby area with varieties and competitive pricing such as sweethut, the bakery inside 99 ranch, Tous Les Jours, and petite four.
