When I accidentally dropped my side pita she also offered to get me another one without hesitation. Appreciated her customer service & going above and beyond! Yesterday after taking my boys to soccer practice, we stopped by the Frisco Market Center location (5252 Main St Suite 120). Right away, the front staff stood out — super polite and really attentive. The tall guy at the register noticed when I asked about a stain on our cup; he offered to replace it, but I said it was fine. The fact that he acknowledged it was all I cared about. The best part came after lunch. My three kids wanted to try the new cinnamon sugar pita chips with honey. We ordered a batch, but they tasted a little stale. We didn’t complain; yet another staff member (I remember he had ear loops) came over, apologized, and surprised us with a freshly cooked order. That gesture meant a lot — we hadn’t even said anything out loud! It’s small moments like these that make me want to keep coming back. The food is great, but the staff is the real reason. Please keep up the good work finding such thoughtful employees!

I went to CAVA today for the very first time, and I honestly had such a great experience that I had to leave a review. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. I told them it was my first time, and they were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. They never rushed me, explained the menu, offered suggestions, and walked me through the best combinations so I could build a bowl I’d really enjoy. The restaurant was clean, organized, and had such a fresh vibe. The food itself was so good and everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well-seasoned. Overall, the customer service and food quality exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to feel genuinely cared for in fast-casual dining, but they definitely made my first visit memorable. I’ll absolutely be back!

Talk about the exceptional customer service of Jeremy!!! It is so rare to see such attention to quality in a fast food restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised. He’s very personable & gave incredible recommendations based on my very low spice tolerance, creating the best bowl I’ve ever had! What a great hire! Food was has good flavors and spices staff was straight forward and good service also quick they did great. 4/5 on food because I don’t know why they’re food is never warm or hot I got a only rice and chicken bowl some toppings and it’s always cold I just would like the food to be hot even luke warm at the bare minimum. Overall food was tasty but personally unhappy about the temp. Thank you.

This was my second time to Cava and it was delicious. Tyler and Omar were so sweet and attentive. Tyler made the fresh juice Sunday and it was DELICIOUS.

Cava is usually one of my favorite spots, but this particular location didn’t quite meet the high expectations I’ve come to expect. The food was still good overall, but the chef-curated bowl I got had too much sauce and not enough of the good stuff like veggies and protein. It felt a bit off balance. I’m a huge fan and actually have ordered Cava 3 times in the last week (on a business trip) tonight I ordered again and it was disappointing to say the least. Not only did they forget items in my bowl, they completely forgot my pita skhug sauce. To boot the pita chips were burnt. The other nights were fine and when I order in NYC it’s good. I usually enjoy everything I order from CAVA. When I went into order dinner to go, I encountered a worker who started by listing all of the ingredients they were out of. They came across rude and aggressive. Let’s focus on the customer experience. I was not able to get what I wanted and was charged the up charge for the white sweet potatoes. Really? Left with remembering what an awful experience I had.

I didn’t enjoy the food at all. I ordered the falafel, which was over-fried on the outside while being too soft on the inside. The sweetcorn, tomatoes, and cucumber were served very cold, which didn’t complement the dish. We were shocked when we saw that the spinach in the salad bowl was totally unwashed and had a lot of mud still stuck to it. Did not feel well in my stomach after eating this salad and am super worried if I am going to get sick due to this. Very disappointed with the quality of the food.

This might be the worst Cava in DFW. I don’t think they’ve ever gotten a to go order correct. Consistently add ingredients to bowls that weren’t requested. Consistently missing ingredients that were requested. It’s pathetic how often orders are incorrect. I’d drive past this Cava to go to a further location. It can’t be hard to read down an order and add food to a bowl. Either they can’t read or don’t care. Or both.

I’m very disappointed with my experiences at CAVA in Frisco. I’ve visited twice, and both times were frustrating. The first visit, they tried to serve us guacamole with dark brown streaks that clearly looked old and unappetizing. The second visit around 3pm, they were already out of most menu items. I was told the chicken would take 9 minutes, but after waiting 15 minutes, they said it would be another 8 minutes. When I questioned the change, they explained it cooks 8 minutes per side — something they should have told me from the start. When I asked for a refund, the employee who seemed to be the manager initially refused and claimed I hadn’t ordered there, even though I had placed my order over 15 minutes earlier. After I insisted, they finally processed it but said it would take 3–5 days to get my money back. Poor communication, poor service, and questionable food freshness. I won’t be returning.

We ordered 30mins ahead of time. We arrived and they just stayed preparing it. Very slow service. We waiting for another 15 mins, absolutely frustrated. What was the point of ordering ahead of time? Not coming back here.

Consistently Out of Food at Dinner Hours, Poor Planning, and No Customer Consideration Walked into this location around 7 p.m. and they were completely out of regular chicken, harissa chicken, steak, corn, sauces, and other basics - three hours before closing. This isn't the first time; it's happened multiple evenings, weekdays and weekends. To make it worse, the staff stood around listing everything they were out of with humor in their voices, then suggested I drive to another location as if my time, money, and gas don't matter. Poor planning, poor customer consideration, and consistently disappointing.... Be better Cava 👎🏽👎🏽

Ordered delivery… no utensils, no tissues, and most importantly, asked for pita breads for all three bowls, and guess what…. No pita breads. I’m giving 0 star if I can and yes, I tried calling the store to get hold of employee but their phone line just drops…. I’d like to file complaint to corporate if I can…
