Donut House

Tried for the first time today after our usual donut spot closed back in March. We are very particular about our donuts and these did not disappoint. We got a different variety all of which were fresh, airy and perfectly glazed. We will be back next weekend 😊🍩

Best donuts around. They are light and fluffy and never too sweet. I find most of the donut shops around are competing on who can make the most cloyingly sweet donut. Their's always has the right balance of icing and or filling. They are always fresh! I love their filled ones especially the custard. Awesome apple fritters as well. Super sweet and friendly staff, always have a smile for you.

I've loved going to the Donut House since it opened over 10 years ago. Their donuts are fairly priced, the people are friendly, and most importantly the donuts are so yummy!

Sami is the sweetest and kindest lady, she always puts a smile on my face and is hard working. The spinach brioche is my favorite!

I am extremely particular when it comes to donuts. I don’t enjoy donuts unless they’re light and airy and not too sweet. I have tried all the local donut places nearby in search of the lightest and airiest donut, and I can confidently say these are hands-down the best in the Frisco/Plano/McKinney area. Good donuts are hard to come by, and these are truly heaven-sent! They’re unbelievably light and airy, the texture is almost like cotton candy with the perfect touch of sweetness. You can tell they’re expertly crafted with care and skill. I do not like donuts unless they’re light, and these absolutely met my expectations and were exactly what I was looking for! If you’re looking for the best donuts around, look no further! You’ve found them!

Very clean, staff is fast, thoughtful and extremely kind. And on top of that their donuts are damn good and coffee isnt burnt or old which is a rarity around Collin sometimes. Made today's hard morning alright for a good price and small acts of kindness from the staff I wont forget. And she was the same way for everyone who came in. Highly reccomend

I’ll have lived here 11 years and this donut shop is half a mile from me. This is the first time I have bought donuts here. They are so fresh, delicious, flavorful and d don’t have an after taste. We had the apple fritter, cronut, cinnamon twist and my granddaughter had a donut decorated as a spider. If you want fresh, delicious and the apple fritter crispy, here’s your donut place. ☺️

I was in Frisco with my husband and daughter and we were looking for a doughnut shop, saw this one and decided to give it a try. We were not impressed. My daughter LOVES doughnuts, and she didn't finish hers, which is highly unusual. She got a chocolate sprinkled doughnut, which had a little Mickey mouse ring in the middle, a cinnamon bites type doughnut, and a small kolache. She liked the Mickey mouse doughnut ok, but the sausage in the kolache was super wrinkled and dried out. The cinnamon bites doughnut looked good, but didnt have much flavor and had a ton of extra dried cinnamon on top. My husband also got a kolache, he took one bite and his sausage was a tiny little thing, didnt even make it halfway through the bread. (Never experienced anything like that before.) We showed up a little after 9 am, aand there wasn't much selection to pick from. Afterwards, we saw a few other doughnut shops as we were driving on and had wished we waited a few minutes longer and gone to one of those. Also, there was no pricing to be found for any of the drinks. I wouldn't come back here again.

We were given two dozens of moldy donuts. I was completely disgusted and disappointed. I’m so glad someone just so happened to look at the back of their donut before we pasted them out around our work facility. Please do better and stop serving old donuts to your customers. Someone could have gotten really sick!

Went in to buy donut for my 3 small children, my 4yr old started to cry she needed to use the restroom. We asked the donut shop to use theirs they said, "No we don't don't do that, no public restrooms." Then we walk the whole Plaza for a restroom, nothing was open, I pleaded to please let me use the restroom i am here to buy donuts. She said "No, sorry no public restrooms, we don't do that, you can't, sorry." I told her it is not for me, can my 4yr old please use her restroom before she pees on herself." She proceeded to smile and say, " No you can not." I refused to give her any business. Even my own neighbor bank will let us use the restroom. Beyond upset that a woman, a neighborhood donut shop, refused a 4yr old the restroom even from a paying local customer. I will NEVER buy donuts from her shop again! And yes she peed herself shortly after we left.
