I stopped in the Frisco location on the way to the aiport so I could get back to Chicago. This place was amazing. The variety of tacos and drinks. My visit definitely lived up to all the hype Ive heard. The only reason service was a three star was because the guy at the bar didnt seem too happy that mid morning, I came.

Torchy’s Tacos never disappoints. I got the Mr. Orange, a taco with perfectly tender salmon, black beans, and cotija cheese. They also have vegetarian options, but I would recommend this place more for meat-eaters, as their Al Pastor chicken is a fan-favorite. If you’re ever craving tacos, give Torchy’s Tacos a try!

This is undoubtedly the best place I have ever taste a very nice tacos. Everything was perfect: taste, the presentation, the size, sauce, onion, cilantro and lime. I really enjoyed been here. I would say the tacos were good but not great. And the price was way too high for what they were. 50 for 4 kid tacos and 2 menu tacos. Just not super impressed.

Everything EXCEPT the ordering process was good. They replaced 2 registers with order kiosks that were not exactly user friendly. There was one girl at the single register taking someone’s order, and then another girl (in the picture) popped out and ushered us to a kiosk and then proceeded to lean again the counter and text/scroll on her phone for the next 5+ minutes. Only looking up when someone walked past her or if someone approached to pick up and order. We were verbally frustrated with the ordering situation and not a single employee offered to help us. The place was clean, everyone was friendly, we got our food quickly and it was delicious, the Dr. pepper was lacking carbonation a little, but the sangria was good. The ordering process just sucked. Torchys, the poor man's Velvet Taco. I've been going to Torchys since my Austin days, and it's one of those places that I will go to, then not go back to for months and months. Usually it is bad service or food that wasn't great. I live close to this location, and on a whim stopped by to get two tacos to go. I literally live 5 min or less from this location. I get the Democrat trashy style and the wrangler breakfast taco. When done properly, I usually love these tacos. My wrangler was so sloppily put together by the lazy kitchen staff that all the egg was on one side of the taco and all the cheese on the other side ( see pic). The democrat taco (ironic since I'm a Republican 🤣) was this mushy mess. It was like the corn tortilla turned into masa. (SEE PIC) I'm perplexed because I lived a good 15 to 20 minutes from Torchys in Austin, and my tacos were never in this bad shape when I got home.

This is the best Torchy's in the metroplex that I've been to. Lots of dining room and good atmosphere. Food was delicious. The only complaint I have is the young man who took my order was constantly scrolling on his cell phone and looking down at it in between customer orders. Customer service was lacking, but this seems to be typical for every Torchy's I have visited.
