Lisa gave exceptional customer service. She took my order over the phone for a flavor that was no longer on the menu. It took no time to place and pick up my order. Not only was her customer service genuine it was very personable. The interaction overall made my day.
Store is clean and organized. Order is always prepared timely. P.S.: there’s no dine-in in this location
I never leave reviews but Kayla was seriously so sweet and had amazing service. Even though I placed a late-night order, she was still super kind, patient, and welcoming. Her attitude was amazing and you can tell she genuinely cares about giving good service. This location is so lucky to have her!! I’d definitely come back just because of the service.

Mann Malik thompson should get a raised or something this man is liked by every customer. Please give him his flowers. Wingstop please reward this worker. 10 out of 10 service. My wife and I hesitated because of the reviews, but went anyway because she loves Wingstop. We’re glad we went because honestly the wings were great, they were ready on time and the lady that helped us was really nice. I’m quite sure we’ll be back.
Came on a busy Saturday night for dinner. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 3 is the food is a 4/5. However the staff and service needs serious improvement. The original plan was to dine in, but upon sitting down my sister touched the table to find sticky sauce everywhere and crumbs. My brother kept pointing at how much staff is rough housing in the back, screaming and hitting one another. It was not settling to know that the food is being handled like this and sitting in the restaurant felt disgusting. We decided to enjoy the food in peace so did takeout. Which is the only reason my eating is a 4, the food is good it’s wings and fries, off the hook. However if we sat inside and ate i would give a 3/5. Management needs to train staff better and stay on top of the hygiene of the restaurant.
We ordered the Classic 8 piece bone in combo and veggie sticks. The standard wait is 30 minutes which is what dine in customers should expect. The food was freshly prepared and flavorful, it was worth it. The tables were messy and were later cleaned as the employees were quiet busy. There are about 8 tables at the restaurant if you plan to dine in.
Food is good but even when you order online in advance... it takes a lifetime to get your order. Every time. Anticipate an extremely long wait time.
Had some wingstop and got the Spicy Korean, Mango Habanero, and Lemon Pepper corn. I ate this while watching invincible and the food was solid. My meat was a bit tough and not as crispy as I would have liked. The spicy Korean was amazing and the ranch was perfect as always. My corn lacked much seasoning and was kind of bland. Solid
So let's start with the food since most people are not going to eat in. I got lemon pepper wings. They were coated in a lot of butter and barely any seasoning on the bottom ones in the container. I think that there were at least 2 wings with so little seasoning they were basically plain naked wings... Definitely not worth $20 but it is what it is, wings are getting expensive these days. As for the Atmosphere, the employees had an attitude not only with me but with just about everyone who came in the store. They music in the lobby was playing what I can guess is a corporate playlist which would have been fine if it wasn't being blasted so loud... it seemed like they were trying to drown out the rap music being played by someones Bluetooth speaker behind the counter... It was playing vulger and explicit music. Stuff that I don't even want to type in a review with curse words and remarks about women's privates... it was the most unprofessional fast food experience that I think I have ever witnessed... If you are going to order from here, get it to go and check your food before you leave...
I didn’t get any of my sauce. RAN, CHZ DIP, HM were all missing. My stix were missing. I ordered from Uber Eats. The bag was actually sealed today so I know the driver didn’t take it.
I'm not sure if the franchise owner is just trying to run their business into the ground or if they think that the actions performed by their staff are appropriate. The staff did not greet me or anyone else that entered the store while I was there, they allowed a crowd of people to form in front of the counter making it difficult to determine where the waiting line was, and when an employee finally decided to help me I was informed that the food I'd waited over an hour for needed an additional 15-20 minutes. They do not prioritize customer wait times and then act shocked when someone asks to cancel an order. I don't eat at WingStop often but I certainly won't be ordering from here again and will strongly discourage others from doing so as well.
I am highly disappointed in the service and food quality at this location. I placed an order for a Large Voodoo Fry and specifically called ahead to request light seasoning and extra ranch. Despite this, my order was a complete failure on all fronts: Disregard for Specifications: The fries were heavily over-seasoned to the point of being inedible and had almost no ranch on them, completely ignoring my request. Poor Quality and Portioning: The fries appeared to have been sitting for an extended period; they were stale and certainly did not reflect the portion size of a "Large" order. Lack of Financial Transparency: When I returned the food, I was told by a staff member that a manager authorized a refund. However, they refused to provide a receipt or any physical proof that the transaction was actually reversed. As someone who frequents the McKinney and Plano locations, the contrast in quality and management here is staggering. I will not be returning to this branch and would advise others to drive the extra distance to a location that respects customer requests and basic service standards.
The staff is horrible like they don’t want to be there. The app said the food was ready but when I walked in, it wasn’t actually done. I watched the staff put my food on the shelf and until I asked if that was mine, I wouldn’t have gotten it. And then I still had to ask for my drink which the staff was slow to get. All in all, another horrible experience. This particular location had made me stop coming to wingstop but another location I visited as month ago gave me faith. So I thought to visit this one again and I left angry once more. Never visiting this location ever again!!!
Ordered the 20-piece deal and two out of the three flavors were wrong—again. For the "Cajun" wings, they just gave me plain hot wings without any Cajun rub. Then, for the "Haunted Habanero" and "Mango Habanero," they split the order into two boxes to make it look like they gave me both, but they were clearly just all Mango Habanero. Unfortunately, this isn’t a one-off issue. Wingstop consistently messes up my order which is unfortunate cause I like their food but it's not worth all the trouble.
If you were in Frisco run from this place, they are the most rude people in the history of restaurants in the united states. When you get fries to go they literally put them in a bowl in a bag without a lid and then they're spilled all over the place and I open the bag and say can I get these in a container with the top no I didn't even finish my sentence in the lady saying no that's how we serve our fries and this is how we serve our veggies all open. She was rude to everyone including a lady who dropped her straw and asked for another straw and she just walked off and the lady had to wait 5 minutes for another employee to come up and give her a straw.
Wingstop, we had high hopes… and you gave us reheated disappointment. We hadn’t had Wingstop in years, but we thought, “Let’s grab those legendary fries and ranch to go with our homemade burgers. Perfect plan, right?” Wrong. The fries from the Preston & 121 spot (by Chili’s) tasted like they were cooked sometime last week, took a nap, got microwaved for encouragement, and then tossed straight into a bag like we wouldn’t notice. And the real kicker? These sad little fries weren’t cheap either — paying premium prices for what tasted like leftovers is wild behavior. At least the ranch still showed up and did its job like a true professional. This whole experience just reminded us why we stopped eating out in the first place. If we ever gamble on Wingstop fries again, it won’t be at this location. Lesson (expensively) learned.
Bad service, I had asked for the fries without much salt and they gave me too much salt, then I returned it and they gave me no salt and I asked for more barbecue sauce and they used too much. And the atmosphere was not to good because it smelled bad substances basically drugs the music was nice but for me its not 2 stars i could give 0.5 but i can and the bathroom they were not clean…
Probably the worst Wingstop in DFW. Usually I chose a different location but today I did not feel like driving the extra 10 minutes down the tollway, big mistake. I thought how can you screw up chicken strips..well they did. I ordered the 5 strip meal, lemon pepper, and as you can see in the photos, they included a POOL of oil for the stops to soak in, thanks for that. Also, a couple of the strips had this weird browning spots in them, did not eat. The fries were not edible, more like fry pieces, and no seasoning..worst meal from here ever, probably won’t return due to the consistently less than par meals that they decide to serve.
