Great service, the drive through is the way to go here at Wendy's...They are patient and prompt...

Great food and fast and efficient drive thru service.

Service was slow. Took many minutes to get just a simple sandwich, without any warning up front.

They gave us napkins and ketchup in reasonable amounts! Also, they're friendly, the food is good, and the place is clean.

It was clean and had good wifi. My only negative there was no ketchup in the dispenser and they didn't look clean

I go here all the time and it’s always great. The manager does a great job too. Highly recommend!

Wendy's has a great variety of food and they always have some great employees, They tend to always bring something new to the menu and they have fresh food each time I go through. Wendy's is definitely a place to go.

The food was nice and hot. The chili was AMAZING and the young man who waited on us was so sweet. His name is Jonny and he deserves a raise.

BEST FAST FOOD PLACE IN FULTON. Service is great and staff is always nice. Been hard times with short staff and short inventory. Thank you for all your hardwork guys.

This is my favorite Wendy's. The one off 128a is good too but this one never messes up our order. The people are usually very friendly and the food is hot.

The new fish sandwich is amazing. Great flavor, crisp lettuce, and the bread was proportional, not too much. The entire meal was so very good. Im extremly pleased. The fries were just cooked, hot and delicious, I actually wanted to eat them!! Every single bite was good to me. Thank you for food that feels good and tastes good!! This is one of our New Favorites now!!! We will 100 percent order the fish sandwich again and fries! Looking forward to it, which is not something I say for a lot of fast food!!

The food was actually delicious and I'm seven months pregnant and feel like crap every single day so if something sucks I have no problem telling you about it! The service was super quick and to my standards lol which for reserounts that's hard to do since I'm so picky anyways. The cute African American girl with the nice hair and smile up front was very nice to me and sweet since I was ridiculously hungry and moody!!! And I honestly hate alot of waiters or waitresses to begin with since nothing is ever right....This is the best Wendy's I've ever been too and they need more employees like her working in this establishment. Not to mention everything was super clean and it smelled good😀

This place can get pretty busy so prepare for longer wait times..other than that I have never had a problem, food is always hot and delicious..drive-thru worker sometimes offer free drinks along with apologies for the the long wait.

(The fireman) our cashier was the best. Personable, checked back, greeted us walking in. Family of 9. 50 piece nugget, hot and fresh, for $10. Amazing!

It's been a long time since we last ate at Wendy's, and it was excellent. The sandwich was well made, the Cobb Salad fresh, and the service was good. The young man who waited on us was humming while he was sacking our food. It made us smile.

Friendly staff. Good prices. This Wendy’s is one of the higher caliber when it comes to Wendy’s. Kudos to the people that make it run.

I just keep having to ask for my receipts. There is no refund or fixing of mess ups per your guidelines, if i don't have a receipt and i feel like it's just forgotten about sometimes.

Was in a hurry today, I called n ordered 6 burgers 3 Fry's n a soda. Was extremely pleased with the speed, food was not bad either few of the buns was a bit hard but overall was kickass, was there rd 3pm.. Keep up the gud work... Would love to see them in Mexico

Food is decent. Its fast food so I never expect much. Usually pretty quick when we go here.

One of the last cheaper fast food places left. Would give 5 stars if they had a turkey burger. With the 4 for 4 you pretty well get a burger for $1 but most items have moved to the $5 biggie bag.

Service is top notch, do everything they can to make up for wrong orders.

Fries looked like the last bit that was left where they are put after fryer and too much sea salt. Next time I'm gonna ask for fresh with no salt. My burger was awesome tho!

Wendys in Fulton is a good place to eat. The food is fresh and the fries actually are hot & stay hot! There sweet tea is bomb although i get half cut. Burgers and sandwiches are always fresh. They always get our order right. The chocolate chip cookies are so yum. They put them in the bag with your food and it warms the cookie! Yumm. I also love a good baked potato with chili cheese & sourcream. And they do this well for fast food. Watch the timing on the potatoes...some times they have sat to long...and become hard. The chili used to be really good..but yesterday when i had a baked potato with the chili cheese and sour cream the chili beans were two toned and the meat was not all hamburger. .i want the old chili back. Overall good hot fast food with decent customer service!.

It's Wendy's, it's good lol. Place is clean and friendly. Side note they do offer a military discount. But only while in uniform. 🤷

The staff at this particular Wendy's have always been helpful and kind. Food comes out consistently fresh and good. Exactly what you should expect when you go to a Wendy's!

I visit every Sunday. Lots of families eat here around the time I'm eating. Staff is usually helpful. I have only one issue. The dispensers for the cup lids cut me it is extremely difficult getting a lid out for my drink. A lady after me had the same problem. Hopefully someone resolves the issue.

Standards and quality have declined considerably. Might just be the norm in today's workforce. Lack if care of accountability.

I eat here a lot. Cheap and has healthy options. Baked potatoes are usually to be had here. Can't say that for all of them back home.

The food was decent, it's overpriced for a burger place. It would be different if it was gourmet, but they're just regular burgers.

Bathrooms need some work. Tables have not been cleaned. Carpets look filthy.

The workers were friendly and hardworking, however, they were greatly understaffed for a Sunday. We waited in line for a long time, then received incorrect food. Also, the tables were filthy, as were the restrooms.

Not quick or initially accurate (had some new folks) but overall OK. Clean, food was as expected, fries were good.

This burger joint is close to home, so we go there a few times a month. We always go through the drive through and herein lies the problem. Check your food carefully! Simply counting the number of items is not enough. We get screwed on a regular bases but we've come to expect it. Kind of entertaining actually. Life is like a bag of Wendy's, you never know what your gonna get!

Had grilled chicken. Just ok but kind of bland chicken taste. Too much mayo makes the sandwich sloppy since had to eat in car. Bland bun. Fries good. Lemonade had odd aftertaste

The person in the Drive-Thru was extremely friendly. I ordered on the mobile app and then picked our order up to the drive-thru. The only reason why I put the service as a 3, was because I didn't get a straw for my drink and my son didn't get a straw or spoon for his frosty They did give me a spoon for the chili and the sour cream and crackers I had ordered. Although I didn't eat inside the parking lot seemed clean and it wasn't horrible to park n watch the cars go down the road. Food I had to go with a 3, most of our food was great it was hot our add ons were right, and fries were hot, but my chili was Luke warm before I added sour cream to it, and my bun for my spicy crumbled as I took the first few bites. But I really have to say they did a good job overall and I'd come back again. Would have easily been a 4 if the utensils were in the bag and that chili was a bit hotter.

The wendys is just a normal wendys. I recieved my order and got no ice with my drink. The cashier did take my empty can so I could fit my drink in the drink holder and I know that it is probably not aloud to take any trash. So I did appreciate that.

Mostly the service was good except for the cashier, Kelsey. She was rude and disrespectful to say the least. That is probably the last time I eat there.

Food was okay. Found a curly hair in my fries.I also watched a cashier cough in her hands and then proceed to check bathroom and trash reciprocals then got fries for a customer and not wash her hands.Gross!!😤

They had a scheduling issue and were understaffed for dinner rush. Kids were nice at the window, but a long wait this evening. Food meh. It's fast food.

Point blank; straight forward with respect...what is going on with your chicken wraps? The quantity and quality has significantly decreased. I thought the first time was a fluke. We're now on third time is a charm; if it was opposite day.... If what I have been receiving is the new norm for your chicken wraps; please reduce your price. I used to love you; sadly, I am now questioning our relationship.

I love your fries. Big fan. Big regular. Just to let yall know these guys are re frying fries. I've had cold fries from Wendy's and it's ok they are still ok, but to refry them is unexceptable. Gross. Waste of my hard earned, limited money. Guaranteed fresh unless you don't have time to turn around. Do better Fulton Wendy's.

This location could do "So much better", ever since the remodel of a few months ago, the service has gone "Downhill". With the past 3 of my orders, all 3 have. Even "late" 10-15 minutes past the designated pickup time & 2 have had something wrong with the order itself (Pickles on a Chicken Sandwhich, when I asked for "No Pickle" & a Large Fry instead of a Baconator Fry) Very displeased.

Waited in line for 12 minutes to get breakfast. Got to the box right at 1030 and they wouldn’t serve me breakfast.

They really can’t read why do I even use the app to make an order.

I hate going to this Wendy's because it always takes forever. It smells nasty in there and the tables are never clean. The drive thru always messes up on my food.

All 7 of us got food poisoning the next day after eating here. 3 adults and 4 children under 3 years old. Fed left overs to the dog and the dog even got sick same as us.

The people who work in the drive thru are so rude . We love Wendy's but never want to go because of how rude everyone is . We have given them several chances but every time we a treated poorly .

When you order Chile with cheese and onions, you shouldn't have to ask four times to have the cheese and onions added to your order! Also there was no Avacado in the chicken and Avacado salad, is it that hard to find help that can think anymore ? And the Chile wasn't even mildly hot.

Super disappointed. I ordered a hamburger with no cheese,mayo,ketchup,or mustard and they gave me all of those on my hamburger! And they messed up on the rest of my Order! I would not recommend going to the Fulton Wendy's because their staff is so disrespectful to customers and can't even take an order right.

Take too long in drive-thru, wasnt acknowledged at the intercom. They say they are "short" but it appeared to be workers just standing outside in the back not doing anything.

I've always had good service until last week. I purchased "boo books" for the frosty coupons. As stated on the back, you can use ONE cupon - PER PERSON - PER visit. Which means, each person. As not exceeding more than 1 per each person. I explained that to the girl taking my order. She then refused to take my order because i was "rude." (Aka, proved her wrong.) The manager was even worse to deal with. Why they are so stingy with a coupon that I already purchased, I'm not sure. You would think it was coming out of her own pocket. I'm not sure what they do not understand about one per person which is not the same as one per transaction. After calling corporate it turns out that i was in fact right. So, i don't recommend them anymore and I have changed my 5 star to a 1. We usually come once a week but will take our business else where and where the employees are competent. The district manager was a huge help after the fact though and I'm appreciative that he took care of the matter.

I was not given total at time of order (2 large sweet teas) and told to pull Up to second window. The cashier stood there and did not even acknowledge my mother and me at window. We drove off. I have contacted both corporate and store manager in the past. Corporate does seem to care, but manager sounds like deer in headlights over the phone. Plus, they charge 20c more per large drink at McDonald's, but we had already been south of town.

The sour cream and chives potato was actually done and not raw or burned this time. Both of our burgers were dry and a little overdone. And I wish that they would put on their app that you can use only one reward at a time as I was going to use 2 and now have one not used and have to call someone with the number on the app to find out how to get my rewards points back.

Went here today for lunch and order the crispy chicken sandwich combo. I asked for it to be plain cheese only. When I got my order my sandwich didn't have cheese, it looked burnt and tasted bad. My fries were cold and soggy as well. Would not recommend this place.

Our family went to Wendy's Friday nite for a little get together. These to boys came in and were talking to 2 of the workers that were behind the counter. One of the employees behind the counter were giving one of the boys who came in the finger and cussing non stop, he also called one of the boys a crack head, we were sitting all the way in the back, where we shouldn't of been able to hear a word they were saying and yet they were so loud we heard the whole thing. There was also a little boy sitting next to us so im sure they heard it as well, what is one of the kids with us would of started to repeat the things they heard. I also went to the counter to ask for something and the manager walked past me 3 times before even acting like I was standing there, i had to ask her she didn't even ask me what I needed. Also when we first walked in the floors were nasty, Almost all the tables were dirty and the floors where u stand to order were so sticky my shoes stuck to it. The place was so nasty, most of the workers were rude and all we wanted was to have a little family time. I was going to talk to the manager about all of it but no one knew where she was. We decided to leave because of everything. As we drove around the building the manager, the 2 boys who came in and the workers who where cussing and being rude were all out back smoking and being loud. Obviously the manager didn't care what was going on. We barely have time to do things as a family and everyone likes Wendy's and then all that happens on top of it being nasty inside. We will no longer be going there and we will also be calling corporate, I normally wouldn't say anything or leave a review like this but it was uncalled for and no one there cared. Just in case the post doesn't state where this is located we were at the Wendy's in Fulton mo.

Soon disappointed I am a regular there and the past few times I've gotten food my fries are soggy and my nuggets are cold this is ridiculous. And when took the food back they jus looked at asking were the girl is that took my order and one of them was a manager. So I jus left because they were not busy they jus didn't want to take the time to help me. I will not be returning

Ive been through two times this week in drive thru. Both times i been handed food rudely and never got a receipt for my meal purchase. When i ask for ketchup i have felt like they dont even care or want to give any to me. Guess i will start eating back at mcdonalds for my lunch breaks

Great place if you want food from employees that put both their hands down their pants while in front of customers and their manager is in front of them talking while not saying anything about it

Food was wrong and the fries were not good and u could here the employees gossiping and using inappropriate language instead of doing what they are paid to do like getting the orders correct

The last five times I've been there, the workers have missed giving me part of the order. I've told him about it, and one of the evening shift people said that the management doesn't really care. He stated that they just don't pay attention to people who are complaining.

Wow my finance went here to get food on his 30 min lunch break and was in the drive through for 10 min waiting to order. The guy asked if he was using his mobile app. Mt fiance said no and the guy didn't say anything after that. He waited and waited even said hello. He had to leave to get back to work.

Terrible drive thru service. We waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes at 3:30 in the afternoon, about 5 minutes at the speaker, and they still hadn't taken our order, so we just left. Don't plan on going there again for a while.

This location is not Trucker friendly. Drive through is only thing open to get food. Driver was on foot and was denied service. Their reasoning in their words it's not safe with out a car and needed to be in a car to be served. Management didn't/wouldn't address the issue. This location is not trucker friendly. Strongly do not recommend. Thumbs down!

So, I'm so irritated. I like to think my order is easy and pretty simple. Yet, somehow nope. All I wanted was a Double Bacon Cheeseburger with everything, but onions. And a medium Cup of Ice Water. Simple Right?? After explaining twice that I did not want a bottle water, finally it was taken off the screen. Order was repeated twice. Get to the first window, not only was the price different but so was my order. I was charged for a meal. Now I have a half box of extra salty cold fries, that I didn't ask for nor want. Charged for large drink, but got a medium water. Asked for no onions & guess what is on my burger... Yep ONIONS Wow!! So, much for simple... lol laughing, this is sad.

Waited in line for 45 minutes while several other people waited and the line outside ? Sheeeesh. Sad. Get it together slowest service I’ve ever seen from a Wendy’s. Doesn’t help they this guy Phoenix working 0.0001 MPH UP FRONT. Sad. Not to mention the lady with 3 kids behind me who left after 30 minutes. DURING LUNCH HR. Now I’m late for class, THANKS AGAIN WENDY’S.

The manager appeared to be tweaked out of her mind. After finishing placing our order, we are THEN told "oh I was just told we have no breakfast left". The food was very plain. No real flavor. The personality at the second window was far from friendly and acted like she was too good to be doing that job.
