It's a nice place to get a quick bite to eat or something for the whole family. They have good breakfast items and lunch and dinner as good as the breakfast is. The prices are good and the service is better.
The manager is beautiful had nice nails. Normally don't comment like this, but there it is. Also the whole staff was nice quick and efficient.
Bathrooms were clean. Service was polite. Fries were a little dark and tasted slightly burnt, I requested new ones and there was no push back, she said they'd make fresh ones.
For being a McDonald's, this location is top notch. The service is usually fast and friendly, the fries are always hot, and rarely do I have any problems with the order. Unlike the other McDonald's this location usually has a shake machine that actually works 9/10. 4/5 food: hot fries and shake machine that works 5/5 service: fast and friendly 3/5 atmosphere: it's not good nor bad, it's just - McDonald's.
The cleanest McDonald's in the area, with friendly service and better food than the other ones in neighboring towns/cities.
Very clean place. Monica is very hard working. She gets the job done and more. ( she just go go go) Some people might mistake her as not nice. On the contrary, she is well mannered and very helpful. Food was hot and fresh. The service was also fast. I would eat here again.
Very clean inside and outside. Overall appearance outside was outstanding. Inside appearance was outstanding as well. Our order was hot and well put together. Will definitely stop again. We visit a lot of McDonalds restaurants between Albany and Watertown. This is by far our best experience we have had in a long time. Great job to all. We will see you again soon!
Decorated in holiday decor. Food was good. Employee was nice and accommodating. Music is nice and soft. We will be back.
Best McDonald's. Everyone is ridiculous polite when go there. They double check your order and there 'milkshake machine works" so you can order one.
Awesome lunch, super fast drive-thru, definitely beats waiting in a huge line for chick-fillet at the service station.
Just left this McDonald’s and had to hop on to give it five stars as this was the crispiest fountain Diet Coke I have had in AGES. Thank you 🙌🏼
Came here when lunch service began. Ordered the quarter pounder and got a second one for a buck. Order a large soda for also a buck as well as an order of small fries. All for under 11 bucks. This is a great deal!
I took my son here to celebrate his passing of his driver's permit test, he said he couldn't believe how fresh the food tasted, it definitely was not sitting under heat lamps, he really enjoyed it. For fast food, it was really good!
I asked for no sauce on my steak bagel, was told they don't put sauce on there, just butter, so i said ok. Get the sandwich and it's flooded with the sauce that I didn't want. It wouldn't have been a big deal if the girl didn't lie to her manager about me not asking for it. I started to confront her with the manager there but i could tell Jenna was new so I let her slide. Nice young lady, and I get why she did it but it made me look like a jack ass. Tighten up Jenna.
It's McDonald's, what more can you really say? The staff are relatively nice and our food is usually ready in a relatively timely fashion. Other than that, nothing really sets this location apart from any other McDonald's location to be honest. Nothing bad, nothing good to say really. It's McDonald's, just get your food and go like all other locations.
Very easy to get to and then easy to get back on 90. Gas right next door, too. Service was great, food was good. The view of the canal/river was amazing! Nice place to stop.
It's McDonald's, not much to say. The staff was friendly. The inside was very clean and well kept. Updated decor. One of the better places I've been in. Fries were OVER salted. I think they need to scrape some salt out of the area they are dumped. Can't imagine someone actually dumped that much salt on the fries. Other than that, good stop.
Stopped over night here. Food was good, friendly service. Only problem was cashier looked at my wife like she was an alien when my wife ordered a double fish fillet sandwich, Cashier says you want two?? My wife said no just one sandwich. We sat down to eat, it was a regular fish fillet... Oh well next time we will explain double mean two fillets on one sandwich...
This is the closest McDonald's to my home, so if we need something quick and cheap to eat, this is one of the first options. We mostly use the mobile app for orders, so that's easy enough for what we need. This location is one of the better ones I've been to... the employees are friendly, the orders are usually exactly what you specified, and the food is the same quality most times (in a good way). That said, it is still McDonald's. So, don't expect anything too fancy.
I never go inside- strictly drive thru. It looks lovely and new from the window. Like any Mcdonalds- you will have to pull forward for a quarter pounder. But the apple pie on my last visit was really good. Soft and warm. Sometimes the fried chicken is a little too sharp on the edges. I once cut the roof of my mouth biting into a chicken tender. The staff is always professional and friendly. I have to say that.
Went with my sister in law. She had repeated her order twice to the cashier. Then when she got the order she asked if it was what she ordered, cashier said it was. We had a 3 hr drive ahead of us, to discover it was the wrong order.
Every time I go in there it smells like raw sewage. Why is that?
It was okay, food was hot. Inside was somewhat clean, except all of the seats were worn down and dirty looking. Consumers inside of the truck stop consisted of truck drivers and ghetto teenagers from the area acting out. Cashier couldn't really care less about her job. Like I said, atleast the food was hot.
As with most McDonald's experiences, the food is underwhelming and I'm not sure if it was better when I was younger or my tastes have changed but every visit is a disapointment. The 3 stars are for merely existing as an option of something quick to eat on the road that I keep hoping will taste like something other than disapointment.
We always stop here on the Thruway westbound. The rest stops just don't line up for us timing wise, and they don't have good food choices. This was a great stop, but the place has declined in recent years. Needs more cleaning, and it's becoming dated.
Nice people working and good service and food . They were a little slow on average though, out of their main advertised special (lobster roll, advertised all over the store inside and out) and hot as hades on both days visited. A nice view of the Mohawk river though.
Ordered a Happy Meal with extra fries. Paid and left only to find that my grandson's meal did NOT contain the extra fries and no apple slices. Very disappointed! Check your meal contents BEFORE you leave
Service was very slow. No one seemed to want to wait on the counter service, only drive thru & even that seemed slow. There were only 5 customers in the whole inside of the place. Someone had to come back to corrext their order after leaving.
Drive thru is slow and inside is HORRIBLY SLOW. No dedicated Counter person. They need a dedicated counter person to take orders and a runner to get the orders. You should not have to wait 10 mins to put in your order and then have to wait another 10 minutes to get your food.
It’s McDonalds what more is there to say. You order food and you still have to wait 10 minutes for it even though there is only 2 other people in the entire restaurant. I was only passing through and don’t plan to stop through again.
McDonalds is suffering from the same thing that most other places in this area suffer from. Nobody cares about what they do. There are a few there who have it together but then again........ I think they should put in a kiosk that not only lets you order but also makes the order for you. The Tomato who made my burger forgot that the Tomato actually goes INSIDE the bun. Oh well, Burger King is next door, maybe they can figure it out!
Normally I'd take bad reviews with a grain of salt, but this McDonald's must really be run poorly. Every trash receptacle was overflowing and the fries were certainly over cooked which I've never had at a McDonald's before. It was not busy at the time either, so either it's poorly staffed or poorly managed.
It’s McDonald’s… no matter which one you go to it’s 50/50 the order is right or wrong. However they usually seem to get it wrong for me. How hard is it to not add mayonnaise. When people say no mayonnaise they mean no mayonnaise, not extra mayonnaise!
They don't know difference between 4 and 6... ordered 2 6pc nuggets to go and left and only found 8 pics total... otherwise place clean and service was ok
Place is nice and clean inside but garbage cans outside are full. I'd hate to see this place get busy. This is one of the slowest and most expensive McDonald's I've ever been in. Food was good. Employees seemed like they were zombie-ized. (Is that a word?) Nice enough but zombies. Another gentleman here ordered 3 salads, but they put no meat on them! (Chicken, bacon) Took him about 4 times to get the guy to understand what was wrong. Whew.
Bathroom stall was disgusting. Spent 5 minutes cleaning crud off it so I would feel safe putting my butt on it. No safety guards and barely any Toilet paper.
The place is nice, the people are friendly, the food is consistently mediocre (that's why we go to McDonalds, after all). The restrooms need to be cleaned better. So why two stars, you ask? The pricing. A breakfast combo should not be six bucks, with a $1.19 soda upcharge. This is higher than truckstop pricing, where the drink upcharge is 69 cents. These people are crooks, and it would not displease me if they all contracted herpes from their dirty toilet seats.
Ordered online on the app at 11:37am so that way it would be ready to be picked up by noon. Ended up having to wait my ENTIRE lunch break for the food that wasn't even cooked yet and took them till 12:32pm to finish and not only that they tried to say I didn't pay for it at first and wanted me to pay again even though I showed them the app that said paid with and my last 4 didgets of my card used as well as calling the bank card to prove the money was spent. Also I ordered a MC chicken not a Mayo sandwich and I asked for pickles and tomatoes but no pickles on it. Never going on lunch break again when food can't be guaranteed to be done even when ordered before hand
Not sure why but this store has gone down hill. I believe there used to be an older lady and her daughter that were managers and an older guy that took care of maintenance. The place was always clean and the food good. The place is filthy now. The faucets and soap dispenser barely works, the floors walls and drink station are dirty. What happening to this place. Very slow service as well but id take cleanliness over speed.
Will be waiting in the drive through a long time no matter when you go, foods cold and messed up order 90 percent of the time. I've learned to check my meals before even pulling away from the window here. My family tries it's best to avoid this place because you'll leave upset.
Something is wrong with the management of this one. When I came in, two people were in line, and a couple of others were waiting on their orders. My order took about 20 minutes, so is everyone else's. At first I assumed they are short-handed, but then I saw like eight people working!!! When I got my food, both the fries and the sandwich were luke-warm. Logically, at least one should have been piping hot, right? I donno... Restroom dirty, with trash on the floor and around faucets. When I asked for ketchup, I was generously given ten packets, all of which were covered in spilled sticky slime. At least they got my (very simple) order right, so I give them two stars.
Well stopped to fultonville McDonalds just coming off Thruway. Well pulled up all outside lights were off including golden arches, got up to get order and told them it was 530 they laughed and said oh we forgot to turn..omg.I ordered a crispy chicken sandwhich I get it there was no lettuce or mayo..we were leaving lights were still off wth
Food is good but if you are supposed to be open till 11, don’t close 20+ minutes early, especially on a holiday weekend. Sat in the drive thru and us & another person were ignored by employees.
I had an accident and can’t eat solid foods while I heal, ordered smoothie on app and was told we are sorry the machine is down for the night to be cleaned!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then they said they’d substitute something else, I said a coke they added the price of that to the order. I just canceled it and left, no reason no way!
gave me a cheeseburger instead of my mcchicken smh
The place is a joke went in one person in front of me stood there bout 10 mins before he got waited on took another 10 mins for him to get his food then another 5 mins for them to even ask me what I wanted they weren't even busy at all so when I went to order I asked how long it would be they said 5-10 mins sooo a half hour for FAST FOOD???!!! seriously the place is a joke the workers suck n i would never recommend anyone going there!!!
Do not eat at this mcdonalds. They have numerous times served raw uncooked food as well as not properly cleaning equipment. Served my pregnant fiance a burger that tasted like chemicals. Not the first time either. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK. Called to resolve this and if not taken care of will be calling the health department.
Food cold. Sweet icetee empty..dirty Next morning by 6:15 Landscapers shows up with high noice Mowers. No safety on the outlet from the mowerdeck, so they trow rocks up to the truckcaps.
One of the worst McDonald experiences I've ever had and not just once for my job I used to frequently stop at this McDonald's once to twice a week during that time my order was always messed up my French fries were either always burnt or not fried enough or tasted strange I contacted the number that was posted on the door the owner apologize very much gave me some free coupons for some free stuff so I use them and again the orders got screwed up so I asked to speak to the manager there was a woman that was in charge and she was the newer manager since she has taken over and I know she was there in December of 2017 this place has made a complete turnaround I enjoyed buying my food from there again thank you for making a change
The worst service I have ever had at a McDonalds and I have had some pretty bad ones at this one. Waited 18 minutes to get food when three people after me got theirs befor us. When asked the Manager why her reply was everybody is waiting the same time. Then when I explained how a guy three after had the same sandwiches and already got his her reply was what do you want me to do about it. I then asked for store owners number and she told me go look on front door
The people are great, I just dont like to eat this poison
Opened 20 minutes late and asked the girl at the counter about the free breakfast for veterans on Veterans Day and was told I don’t know anything about that I am not a manager and then she just started at me as if are you going to order or not
The staff I believe are not properly trained a few of us work in area and we go there all time and if their wasn’t only a few places in Fultonville to choose from we would boycott that place they never get are order right u have to get loud with the staff cause they are rude and very unprofessional this morning ordered steak and bagel get back to work and I got a dry sausage bagel with a piece of cheese unsatisfied every time place sucks
No A/C, smelled bad and a long wait. The decor was bizzare and oddly institutional looking. The bathroom was out of order and there was urine overflowing in the urinal.
I hope this place isn’t a trend in cost cutting. This is an automated service McDonalds and result - on a non busy day, with literally no one inside at 3pm, I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. This is the Worst McDonald’s I have ever experienced.
Second time that I've went there and they screwed up overcharging me by $9 I ordered the two for five Fry's and a large dollar coke they were going to charge me almost $16 if I didn't say anything. What is wrong with these people that they can't get the order straight or even count I don't understand it
This is the laziest least accommodating McDonald's I have seen, puts up signs refusing walk ups because their "dining room" is ripped up then the whole staff hides away from the windows when a truck drives up. If the franchise owner doesn't want to serve truck drivers then don't operate a location that is surrounded by the parking lot of a truck stop.
They had all doors locked at 830pm. They close at 9pm. I drive a truck,so I couldn't get anything to eat. Because you can't walk up and order at the window. I will be going down the road to taco bell from now on.
Watch out got a double quarter pounder with cheese and the meat wasn't cooked all the way through. If I compared it to steak temperature it would have been medium rare to medium in some spots....
In a moment where I feel the desire, and allow myself to cave into consuming preprepared food, my emotions have been utterly crushed. I rarely partake in what many, social people, call "eating out". However today I had contemplated my options. Comparing each possibility, and finally arrived at the conclusion of transitting myself to Mcdonalds in Fultonville. I pondered the many unique outcomes the day would lead into. To my demise, the climax of my social endeavor would come to a less than thrilling end. Something similar to investing multitudes of hours upon the structure and details of an eloquent novel. Only to succumb to an ending that forces the ever-hiding feeling of dissappintment upon yourself. As this was ending, I believe impossible to be foreseen. When I reached the destination, my mind and body were stretched full of hope. As the traffic had been light, the atmosphere felt ripe and the Sun slightly beamed through my window, forming me to feel so very comfortable. After taking a glance at my surroundings and simply taking in the energy I seen, so effortlessly. I decided it was time. Time to align my automobile with the "drive-thru", and release my gut grumbling desire. "One large number one, with additional Mac Sauce". "Uhhhck." I think to myself. My mind trembles at the thought of being able to consume a meal of this delectability. So much so that the only vocal ability I have, is that of a groan. As I relayed my want to the reciever however, I felt a sudden presence of becoming distraught. I cherrfully spoke the words of the pre-written quote. Spoken so fluently, due to the previous rehearsal, in the anticipation of social interaction. Then I am handed a response of "is that all?". Implying that the purchase of one meal could not be sufficient to someone of my stature. Although this response made me feel impeded upon, I decided to continue. "No. That is not all that I desire, mam." I spoke. Before they could have a second chance to respond, I quickly add, "I would be delighted to have a second group of fries, of the medium size." She then abruptly ends the conversation by telling me my total and to "pull around to the second window". I was truthfully appauled. At first, the meal could not have been enough. But now that I have ordered an additional round of fries, I am a disgusting pig that does not deserve the rest of my wants to be acquainted for. I felt as if my heart had been pierced. As if someone I had once trusted, had thrusted a blunt object through my frontal lobe. Not only that, but this adventure is not even over. I would be forced to stay stationary, as the customers ahead of me were not being presented their delicacies. I would adjourn to an excrutiatingly extensive wait, as I felt as if I sat in purgatory for an amount overflowing that of twenty minutes. It came to a point where I had felt so hopeless, that my tracking of time became faint. I cannot percieve the length of time I must have been awaiting my meal. Eventually, I do finally reach the long awaited second window. Even after witnessing multiple customers in a position behind mine, drive away. I will admit, I too had tempted this thought. But even though I felt so disgraced, I knew the affect my departure could possibly have upon the emotions of the employees, so I discarded that idea and waited kindly. When I revieved my meal, it felt less than satisfactory, as if it was worthless at this point. I had sacrificed so much of myself to get to this point. My pride, my time and more importantly my heart. Did I take my food? Yes. I did however, iratley toss the product in the disposable bin, as I exited the establishments premises. I will now be concluding my journey to Mcdonalds, as I grow ever so tired forcing myself to think of such an abominable memory. To end it truthfully, I no longer plan to present any of my future existance within even a 100 square foot radius. Also, I will not do the pleasure of revising any of this enticing review, as you do not deserve my full grace. I spit im your general direction. Disgusted.
The ice cream machine is always down for maintenance, and they can't make a simple coffee correctly. 1 may 25 once again they didn’t give me my whole order. No dipping sauce with a 10 piece nuggets. How do you not give any sauce with nuggets!
How is you next to a truck stop ta park in.I ordered my mobile food and go and the doors was closed at like nine forty pm you better make so much more money.Do not recommend to go
Drive through line took almost 15 mins with only five cars in front of us. Four out of four burgers were made wrong despite me asking the guy at the window to check them before he gave them to me. One out of four drinks was wrong (Dr Pepper instead of Diet Coke). When we went into the restaurant to get things corrected (the initial order was drive through) the staff were unhelpful; they tried to blame us but our receipt clearly showed what we ordered. Terrible service.
They had ketchup at this McDonald’s right by the soda fountain it literally was a pinkish color and had an awful smell like stagnant vinegar. Dirt caked up under all the fountain, nozzles dirt and grime all over the counters. The sandwiches pouring grease and a sour contaminated smell, literally had no carbonation for any type of soft beverages, and failed to tell that to us before we ordered, on top of horrible customer service while ordering. It was easy enough to throw it in the garbage then complain at the moment for a refund waited for shift. Change was told they would honor a refund then we went back the next day only to be disrespected and treated awfully again basically paid $28 for the worst service we’ve ever had in our life. I would strongly advise if you see this McDonald’s in Fultonville New York Drive right on by. You will save yourself the aggravation because as soon as you drive out of the drivethur you get the food home they don’t offer refunds so they say so it’s better off just keeping your money in your pocket. Go to Burger King Wendy’s, there’s all different other locations. That your business will actually be valued and you don’t take the chance of being contaminated with food poisoning. It’s literally like when the trucks are coming in they are not properly storing or refrigerating their food. This place is a contamination. And another pandemic waiting to happen the New York State health department should seriously look into this place
This place is borderline just HORRIBLE!! One star is way too many to describe the less than stellar service! l so wish l had read the reviews before going there! But let's be honest, who really reads reviews before stopping in at a Mc Donald's drive thru line for a quick bite to eat???!! Well, l definitely will from now on! Not only was my drive thru order completely messed up, the four people in front of me also had the same experience! We all had to pull over and go inside to get our food replaced! Then, it was replaced with old food that was already sitting there! One staff claims "he forgot to put the food in the bag"! WHAT??!!! WHO DOES THAT???!!! Then, instead of making fresh food, he put cold, hard fries in a bag and handed them to me!!!! TOTALLY DISGUSTING!! My first thought was to toss them back over the counter, but l quickly remembered my manners, unlike the staff at this place!! l also definitely agree with another review on here that states "definitely a little racist". However, l disagree with saying just a little, it was A LOT and VERY obvious!! One girl just flat out refused to serve people of color! She walked away asking another staff to do it in her place! The nerve of that little NITWIT!! She totally looked like she attends the local high school! l wish l had gotten her name so l could put her on total BLAST! She was so rude and out of place!! She will definitely reap what she sows with that kind of attitude! NEVER AGAIN will l ever stop at this trashy Mc Donald's with staff attitudes to match!! Ugh! SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on the persons who own this place for not "schooling" their staff on proper customer service etiquette towards ALL PEOPLE!!!! Everyone's money is green!! lf people are spending it in your establishment, treat them with respect!!!
Ordered our food at the station and were waiting for it. NO ONE BUT THE WORKERS WERE WEARING MASKS!!! The boy who I guess was shift manager or whatever proceeds to tell my husband and I (after they've watched us order and wait a few minutes) that he can't serve us without a mask. Funny how a group of white women were just at the counter waiting for their food with no masks on and he watched two white men walk in with no masks on and didn't say a word to them. We ordered 40 dollars worth of food but oh well. Did not go back to get it and we'll never go there again.
No new signs stating they open at 7am today. Hours of service sign on door states 6am open time. Nice they can pick and choose the hours they want to open at.
9pm lobby is closed. Can’t order on the app because it comes up closed. Can’t order by the window because I am on a semi truck. What is the point of this McDonald’s been next to a truck stop. This place should get better employees, girl at the window could of got my order but she refused to take my order. Get this place out of a truck stop
Ordered food and tried to split the payment between two cards which they apparently don’t do, which I’ve done at this location before, then when I asked if they could charge the card, that was linked to the order they said they couldn’t do that cause they already clicked not to, so then I asked them to just cancel the order and then redo the order so they can she said she couldn’t cancel my order, then continued being rude to my boyfriend and me about the order, so we left and came back with my card and did the order through the card automatically, she didn’t even need my card for the order, it worked fine, then I called asking about the split payment situation and got a really rude employee on the phone being disrespectful to me, saying she’s been there 15 years and that they never have done split payments before, and was proceeding to be rude to me. On top of that the last time I ordered a double quarter pounder and got an almost raw patty. Then there was the fact that every time I go there they make me pull up and wait for food, when it’s busy I don’t mind, but we were the only people there, and ordered hamburgers and mcchickens and they had us pull up and wait a bit and the food wasn’t fresh, it was like warm, so I don’t know why we had to wait for it when it wasn’t just “freshly” made
Absolutely 100% disgusting. I will never, ever go back to Fultonville McDonald's ever again. We got 2 double cheese burgers, 2 chicken sandwiches and a medium fries. The burgers looked like they fell on the floor (ketchup all over the outside of the bun) smashed like it but stepped on, the cheese was the consistency of plastic. All around nasty looking, gross, non edible. Fries were cold, dark brown, shriveled, chewy also non edible. Chicken sandwich's, cold, chewy like rubber so you couldn't swallow them if you wanted too... Gross. There were literally no customers in the restaurant yet we sat at the drive thru window for over 5 mins to get cold non edible garbage and that's were it went. I peerd into the widow to see what could possibly be taking so long, saw one person and a toxic infested kitchen. I wish I turned around after receiving our order to throw it back through the pig stye that it came out of. I would suggest that whom every overseas that McDonald's handles the problems that are undeniably present at that establishment. The board of health should look into this place. Don't go there!! Fyi, unfortunately I had to give 1 star to give my review (it doesn't deserve that much)
This place is a joke. I had a coupon on my phone for a buy one get one free big mac & 10 piece. I give her my code correctly, but realize on my receipt that she took it upon herself to charge me for a meal instead of just the sandwich so my discount wasnt applied and I paid an extra $9. Crystal (shift manager) told me since I paid already she couldn’t do anything and that I was in the wrong. She said if I applied to coupon it would have popped up, implying that I added the code after I paid. Crystal is also the same employee who took my order.
The chicken sandwich I ordered was THE WORST I have ever eaten at any McDonald's. The meat was dry and over cooked. There was one drop of mayonnaise no bigger than a dime and twp pickle slices on top of each other. The place was not busy so there was no excuse for such poor quality or construction of the sandwich!
Ordered 2lg hot chocolate & after it was made, it sat on the counter while the 2 employees screwed around putting things on their hats. The after about 5 min one of them opens the window & tries to hand us the order for the car in front of us. When confronted about the behavior, we were told to "chill". McDonald's really needs to choose better/smarter employees!
Currently writing this as we speak been waiting for 20 minutes and still no food yet. They're more worried about drive thru rather than front counter. Focus on front counter too people.
Always understaffed, 15 minute wait minimum -- sometimes 30, broken sinks in restrooms (with no soap for employees to wash hands), many other issues. They have had 3 or more complete renovations in 15 years, and it gets worse and worse -- even though it is the first McDonalds on the Westbound thruway in maybe 40 miles.
An absolute failure of a place. Ordered 20 items and only got seven of them. Called the waiter over three different times to get what we just ordered and paid for. Nothing extra. Just the basics. And on the way out my son got stung by a yellow jacket while looking out the window towards the parking lot. If you can't get the orders right, and keep wasps out of your joint, then you got a problem....
Nasty spirits in here from the employees. I came to use the bathroom and it was hair all around the toilet seats. Then I was considering purchasing a beverage and on my way over to the counter this young girl (McDonalds employee) paced her way in front of me just to hurry and go behind the counter. Over 12 people was behind the counter and it was not busy… and not one stepped up to take an order. Had the two customers that was there ordering on the kiosk. You can expect nasty service and nasty food from people that have nasty spirits. I’m glad Holy Spirit allowed me to see that I don’t need to put anything in my body from this place.
The service is worse than the food but it’s McDonald’s why would it be any different.
10:10 on a Friday roll up to drive through say there closed
Ordered 2 - 20 piece nuggets for the family to share. Both 20 piece nuggets were way over done and not edible. Also only got 15 nuggets instead of 20 in one box. Very disappointing.
The hours posted on the doors and windows state they close at 11pm. Tell me why I placed a mobile order at 10:02, drive all the way there, and there’s no one at the speaker. I waited and finally called them just for them to tell me they closed. Google states they close at 11, the signs on the doors and windows state they close at 11, and my mobile order went through. If you don’t ACTUALLY close at 11, FIX IT!
The ice cream machine is always broken at the Fultonville McDonald's. It also typically takes quite a long time to get your food, and often, there is a sewege type odor inside if you're dining in.
The young person waiting on me was rude. Said I wanted a quarter pounder with cheese made fresh. Which means fresh burgers off the grill and he wanted to argue with me. What's going to eat in but tables were dirty. Need to train some workers to give better customer service
Open till 11 I don’t think so. I was there at 10:10 to pick up a mobile order lights inside were on my order was placed and ready for pick up. I cannot cancel my order but apparently they decided to close early and when I called I got a rude person on the phone says Yep closed and hung up on me.
Always a long wait for food no matter if it's the drive through or walking. And it's not fresh. Could be the only one there and still have to wait
I mean, it's a McDonald's, so it's my fault for thinking they'd have milk shakes. However it's *definitely* their fault for *taking my money* on the self serve kiosk (because they COULD SAY they don't have milkshakes on it) and then making me wait for the refund.
Cold breakfast, challenged by the counter person as to my concern. I believe that the food has a 140 degree serving temperature by the health department to be served, this was FAR from it. Coffee was even only “warm” yet the container says to be ware of HOT coffee. Don’t waste your time or your money here, employees are far to busy socializing to be concerned about the product or services offered. Rant over!
Updated review. Absolutely unprofessional dinner staff. They legit forgot to put the meat on my sandwiches and did not seem sincere about it. I realized that when I got home and who thinks to check if there is or is not meat on the burger? This was so pathetic and I went back and showed them the picture. They made it a joke and I was kind of annoyed at that.
We stopped here as we were passing through to a wedding. The couple at the counter who had ordered before us were currently waiting to have their food fixed as they had both received the wrong meals. When we got our food, another patron walked by us with his own meal and told us to make sure we check it before we leave as the orders are messed up most of the time. (For that reason he likes to go so he has an excuse to take a 45 minute lunch break apparently.) We checked our food in the car(we were a party of four). Three of us got the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich meal and the other just the McChicken sandwich. Those of us who got the deluxe sandwich were severely disappointed. My sandwich had the smallest tomatoes I've ever seen, no pickles, and about five strips of lettuce with a very sparing amount of sauce, leaving the sandwich very dry. My brother had 1 very small tomato, 2 pickles, little sauce, and no lettuce. My husband had 1 tiny tomato, no pickles, barely any sauce, and a sprinkling of lettuce strips. ABSOLUTELY NO CONSISTENCY. My sister, who got the regular little McChicken sandwich had a generous amount of all the sandwiches regular toppings and was pleased. The restaurant was not busy at all, 4 other patrons besides us, including the couple getting their previous orders fixed. The staff was very pleasant, but I would suggest if you're looking for a quick McDonald's meal that you pass on this location.
