Amazing prego, we returned after tasting maaany places all over madeira, great price, super spicy piri piri chips, and yummy poncha( they said they are improving the recipe, so now its super stroong and yumm:)) + Very modest service:)

In een gezellig straatje is dit de perfecte plek om betaalbaar te lunchen. De tosti’s zijn goddelijk, vooral de biefstuk+kaastosti. Met 2 personen geluncht en een drankje voor <€15. Buitenkansje en we komen zeker terug, want de cocktails zijn ook nog eens goed betaalbaar.

Best Prego in Madeira! Tender meat and delicious marinade! Simple and perfect with spicy fries! Excellent price and super friendly couple that run the place! Took my Maderian mother in law and she loved it! We will be back! In fact we’ve been there twice already.

Today, I was there for the second time. 1st time the Prego was sold out and they offered us Picado with fries for free(!) instead. We didn't accept "for free" 😉 but did enjoy the the Picado very much! And today I had the Chicken Prego for the first time. It was soooo good!!! Very tasty! And the young couple from South Africa who's running the place is awesome! I will be back! But be cautious, the Prego is addictive 😋

Sandwich und hausgemachte Getränke sehr gut. Steaks leider relativ zäh und eher nicht zu empfehlen. Preis/ Leistung aber ok. Hätten wir nicht u.a 2 Steaks gehabt wären es 5 Sterne gewesen.
