Such a great experience with friends, and the server Courtney was so kind and answered all of our questions. The manager, Cleveland, was super accommodating and checked on us to make sure we were having a good experience. 10/10 ⭐️

The food is always amazing here! The bartender Hayden was great. He had a good attitude and gave us great service. The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh! We always come here when we are visiting. We would love to see a location in North Florida in the Big Bend!

Rarely do reviews but had to do this one. Karla was great. She had Knowledge of all the dishes and flawless in explaining everything. She will go a long way in this business. Food was awesome. For appetizer we had the veggie wrap. Pomegranate lemonade was refreshing. I love spicy so ordered the kung pao chicken and my son had changs chicken. Was delicious. It is almost 2 years since I have been to PF Chang. Amazing experience.

Went for my my bday and Phillip was great!! He was the best server ever! He made me feel special when he brought out the birthday cake and was very attentive to us!

I had a really great experience at P.F. Chang’s, especially when it came to food safety. When ordering, I informed them that I have a severe shellfish allergy, and they took it extremely seriously. A kitchen manager personally came out to speak with me, explained that they could not safely confirm that certain items (like the bao buns) were prepared in a shellfish-safe environment, and made sure I understood that before proceeding. What really stood out was that they then brought me a full list of menu items they could confidently confirm were safe for my allergy. I never felt rushed or brushed off just genuinely cared for. As someone with a severe allergy, that level of transparency and attention means everything. I felt safe, respected, and well taken care of. Huge thank you to the staff and management for going above and beyond. I’ll absolutely be back

This is our first visit, and we were immediately impressed by the restaurant’s stylish and inviting ambiance. The dishes we ordered were not only visually appealing but also delicious. Most of the flavors matched what we’re accustomed to, and while the mapo tofu had a unique twist on the classic, it was still very enjoyable. The service here is outstanding, creating a warm and welcoming experience

Today was the first time that we have ever eaten at a PF Chang's. We were very happy with our food and service.Karla was great! Today was her first day in training. Wow! She's a pro! The sesame chicken was outstanding! The flavors blended together wonderfully. The crispy green beans were cooked to perfection. The pomegranate lemonade was very tart and refreshing. The crispy honey chicken was crispy on the outside and very tender on the inside. It was a wonderful meal with great service.

I recently went here for the first time in years and I enjoyed it very much. They are definitely on the pricier side but I was impressed by the food I got. The menu has a lot of different options and variety. For an appetizer we got the firecracker shrimp which were really good but not that many shrimp. We also ordered margaritas which were super good and flavorful. For entrees, my boyfriend got the firecracker sushi which he really liked but didn’t expect the shrimp to be on the outside he thought it was gonna be more of a shrimp tempura but he still really liked it. I got the sesame chicken which I absolutely loved. The chicken was super flavorful and it was a big meal. We also got yum yum sauce which made it even better. Our waiter, I forgot his name, but he was very nice and attentive. He explained things about the menu and checked on our table many times. He also gave me to go yum yum sauce which was very nice. Our food didn’t take too long to come out. As for the atmosphere in the restaurant itself it is very nice inside and they have a bar. Overall I would definitely recommend this place for a nicer dinner and I will be returning as they had many other menu options I wanted to try

Hayden was awesome! Was on point with all questions asked and great with suggestions. 20 out 10 would recommend. Very prompt service would return :).

Update: Very nice lunch here today. This is our 5th time here and no complaints. The staff here is extremely accommodating!! Our server Dina made our lunch special and fun. She was so nice about everything! Can’t wait to return. Prior: We’ve been here 3 times now over course of last 4 months. Each time excellent service and very friendly and welcoming staff too. Have been to PF Chang’s in Houston and Seattle and the food is exceptionally good at Gainesville location. Not sure why… Everything we ordered was very good and had enough to take home for a snack. Very yummy hot & sour soup. Never had here before. Even ordered one To Go. We also had kung pao chicken, Mongolia beef (left out scallions and inserted green beans), pork steamed dumplings, chicken lettuce wraps (a must order on any visit to PF Chang’s).

Sunday afternoon lunch. Smelled great! Hostess was pleasant and inviting. Ask to be sat with Philip. He was a great server. Came around often to refill drinks. He was pleasant and smiled. Very attentive to our table.

We don’t have to wait long to be seated. The atmosphere was relaxing. Our waiter Philip was so attentive to us. Very nice and personable. Our food came out super fast we were surprised! He deserves a raise! Will come come again.

We had such a great experience at P.F. Chang’s, and Laura truly made the night. She was warm, attentive, and on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed. Our drinks stayed filled, the timing of the food was perfect, and she gave awesome recommendations that we ended up loving. The whole vibe felt elevated because of her energy and professionalism. If you’re dining here, ask for Laura, she’s the real deal. We’ll definitely be back!

Daniel KNEW HIS SHHHHHH!!!! He was soooo awesome and funny and gave us info on all of the foods and especially drinks.. He was very delightful and informative and his service was superb! I loved him!!!! Nadia was very nice and on top of her job as well. Very pleasant. Will be back!

We love PF Changs! It’s consistently good food, always clean, and has a family friendly atmosphere. Tonight we had the best server we have ever had! Daniel was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate our family (even with a cranky toddler)!

We had an amazing experience at PF Chang’s! From the moment we were seated, everything was smooth, welcoming, and delicious. But the real highlight of our visit was our waitress, Ginelle. She was absolutely incredible — attentive, friendly, and so knowledgeable about the menu. She made great recommendations, checked on us at the perfect times, and made us feel truly taken care of throughout our meal. It’s rare to come across service that feels so genuine, and Ginelle really elevated our entire dining experience. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Laura gave me outstanding service. My wife drank an Asian pear mojito and it was amazing. The food was wonderful as well. I will definitely come back to see Laura, best bartender ever!!!

Experience was great! Food was excellent and came out quick! Our server Courtney was professional and polite, and was very engaging in the bits of conversation we had. She was attentive and made sure I had plenty of water after I mentioned I had a long day of moving furniture. She rocks!

Ambi was the best server I have had in Gainesville!!! He knew the menu, was very efficient, very patient since they have a big menu, he allowed time, made helpful suggestions and was incredibly attentive and kind. He was there to clear plates, take garbage, and refill drinks without being annoying. He was AMAZING!!!

We loved everything about our visit. The food was incredible but the star of the show was our waiter Hayden and the manager JJ. Hayden should be moved up to management. His attitude and service was incredible. We'll definitely be back.

I am beyond pleased with the experience of checking out P.F. Chang's tonight in Butler Plaza. The establishment is in a great location, parking was easy, service was quick and friendly, and the food and drinks were made to perfection. Management took the time to check in to ensure that we were enjoying our experience, and welcomed us back to check out specials and events that they host. I learned that they have a designated area that can be reserved for large groups and event hosting. We had such a great time that I didn't even get to take pictures, which lets me know how much we truly enjoyed ourselves. I would highly recommend them for any occasion. Whether it’s a casual evening, celebration, or meet up with friends or business partners, you will enjoy the experience . I will certainly return soon!

I’m not much of a chain restaurant girlie, but we were with family and decided to go to PF Changs. I should change my tune because this was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a while! Jaden at the door was so kind and accommodating to our family who needed a booth, and made sure to make good conversation while we waited to sit down. Our server Michelle made awesome recommendations of their spicy dumplings and garlic noodles. She also made sure our drinks were never empty, like… ever. It was awesome. Overall, it was a great lunch and would absolutely be a visit again from our family!

He was so kind, attentive, and checked on us often without ever feeling intrusive. Our food came out hot and fresh, the portions were perfect. It’s not always easy dining out with family, but they made everything feel smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend dining here — and if you can, definitely ask for Ambi. We’ll absolutely be back!

Hubby and I went in for our 12 year anniversary and we have been going here for a couple years since our big move from south florida. I will say the service was amazing everyone was so friendly our waiter was great and was on top of his tables made sure everything was good. One of the mangers even came out and made sure everything was good he also set us up with a reservation for Next year as well. The team was very delightful and was a pleasant night manager was JJ and our server for the night was Phil.

Fantastic Night. Food is always great, but service was next level. Phillip our server and JJ the manager went above and beyond! Have a family member that has a shellfish allergy. They made sure she was taken care of by their executive chef. And then explained everything that went into every dish. Just an all around great experience. Strongly recommend

The service was 5/5 but the food was not, especially for the price. Maybe I should not have ordered Sushi.

Our server Rachel was very friendly as we sat down! The food was delicious. The dumplings were definitely out Fave! Beef and Broccoli was a tad salty. Nice Lunch Date!

First thing, I did was order some drinks and my drinks were on point. My dinner was good. The atmosphere was comfortable. My dessert was amazing. You definitely have to try the ice cream and the chocolate cake.

We ordered the shrimp and Singapore noodles. The shrimp was just okay—not bad, but nothing special. Unfortunately, the noodles were quite disappointing. They lacked flavor and tasted bland. The service was decent, and the place has a nice atmosphere, but the food didn’t meet expectations this time. Hoping for a better experience next visit.

This was my first time visiting a P.F. Chang's in many years. I am not sure if it was just this location or this is how the restaurant chain is now. But I would compare this restaurant to a chili's or an Applebee's. The first thing I noticed when I arrived at the restaurant and went inside was how dirty the place was. I was there by myself an I sat at the bar. I'm not sure if they have busers or not, but there was plates and other dirty dishes sitting on the bar top to my right and then there was glasses across the bar. These items sat there for I would say 90% of the time I was there. Even the spot I sat at could of used a wipe down. Then the food. I ordered the ribs for an appetizer. I would have to say they had no flavor to them whatsoever in the plating was absolutely boring. You're putting dark ribs on a black plate with nothing to make them look flashy. Very boring. I asked the server for recommendations of two different entrees. End up getting the black pepper chicken which is a new item. I would say this was actually really good. Last was the desert I ended up getting the peanut butter cream pie. This is probably the best item that I had. After this experience I probably will not visit another PF Chang's for sometime.

This p.f Chang's had a newer, renovated decor to it. It seemed more open and a bit more loud than other Chang's we've been to. The service was quite slow to get out our appetizer and then they immediately brought our food. We think there was some mix-up and they gave our lettuce wraps to someone else. But there was never an explanation. The food came out and it was a bit cold and we had to ask again for the sauces that we requested when we ordered. Visiting p.f Chang's is always a treat for us, but this was not the best experience we've had at one.

Second time going wanted to give it another chance. Very disappointed with the quality an price of there food. Ordered Mongolia beef "lunch special " it was anything but. Beef was as dry as jerky an the fried rice was flavorless. Only thing good was the pork egg roll. All for $17. Also ordered spring rolls appetizers. Three small rolls with a very bland sauce for $10.Atmosphere was somewhere between fast food and want to be restaurant. Service was good at the bar an the door host was friendly. Easy parking. Really wanted to like this place but I can't recommend.

This is just sad. The absolute worst soggy tasteless food. We ordered delivery. At least the delivery driver was fast through door dash. The food was absolutely disgusting. Egg drop soup just sesame oil packed all other flavors, Hot and sour soup just sweet sugar with some vegetables, fried rice gelatinous goo, lo mein salted noodles no vegetables, Mongolian beef dried out over cooked scraps of meat, nice scallions though. The salmon cooked alright but no flavor at all . Broccoli was good. $80 later what a shame. There frozen entrees in the grocery store are 100% Better than this restaurant.
