Really good and easy to digest. A regular takeout item! It's a shame it's less thin now than it used to be... I hope it goes back to how it was before. Delicious Emilia and Puglia.
This place makes a delicious pinsa: fragrant and well-aired, it's very easy to digest. You can taste the quality of the ingredients used, both for the dough and the fillings, with well-balanced combinations. I absolutely recommend it.
This evening I decided to get the to-go pizza tots. I got four, well-filled and all delicious. The dough was light and very easy to digest. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back to try it again.

The pizzeria "Alla Pinsa Non Si Comanda" in Gallarate may be small, but it's definitely a great place! Their pinsa is incredibly delicious and offers a welcome change from traditional pizza. You deserve 6 stars, but unfortunately Google only gives 5 😃 Pinsa, desserts, beers, top. All the ingredients used are excellent and their quality is very high. Very kind staff and very welcoming place. It will be my regular stop every time I land at Malpensa :)
How delicious, a truly high-quality pinsa. Crumbly, thin, and light dough, rich, high-quality toppings, and super helpful and friendly staff. This place is primarily for takeout, but... it seats about twenty. On a Saturday night, when all the other places in the area are full, we found seats for seven of us. Highly recommended.
Today, being in Gallarate, I found this pizzeria by chance... the pizza chef was very kind... but the pizza was very, very good, with Parma ham, really delicious... compliments also for the service and the desserts: tiramisu and apple and strawberry cake with ice cream on the side... well done
The best Pinsa I ever ate! The dough is so crunchy and the ingredients on top are very fresh, especially the tomatoes ... highly recommend, friendly staff and quick service indeed!

Every time, it's a confirmation...excellent pinsa, crunchy, light, but well-filled. Dudu is truly talented and courteous, and knows how to deal with the crowd.
Nice and informal atmosphere, small but clean and tidy. La Pinza is very good, with fresh ingredients. The only downside is that the dough was a little high for me, but it was very good. Plus, you can take away any leftovers, which is important to me. I spent €8 for La Pinza Regina and a small bottle of water. Lunch with colleagues. Recommended.
The pizzas were very good, but the staff, not so much. There were no restrooms in the restaurant. The dishes were charged €1 per person, which I find UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! It's not right to charge us for the dish we're eating from.
Excellent pinsa, light, crispy dough, and very good ingredients. 3 stars because it was fully booked (more than half the seats were still empty). We ate outside on a wall, and by the time we finished, the seats inside were still empty. I don't think it's a product that takes a whole evening to eat, and even if someone with a reservation arrives and waits five minutes, I don't think it's rude.
I can't say because I went in and after a minute of the pinsaiolo coughing on the pinsa, I immediately left. Disgusting! 🤢
A truly terrible experience. We ordered takeout pizza and asked for an exchange. The staff was very kind and attentive about this, but the end result was that we didn't have a good night's sleep. I'm sad to leave a bad review and hope future customers will have a better experience. We will definitely never order from this pizzeria again.
