Interesting and diverse options, with a wide selection and the option to customize your sandwiches, from the type of bread to the quantity and type of toppings. Delicious burgers made just right here. Fab Gallarate is a must-visit. A young, relaxed atmosphere and quality ingredients. My favorite? Very pleasant evening. I've been wanting to try this place for a long time, and finally had the chance, and I wasn't disappointed at all. The burgers were very good and excellent value for money. If I went back, I might skip the appetizers simply because the burgers are filling enough, not because they weren't good—quite the opposite. The beers were also very popular, and the service was very pleasant and "fun," if you can call it that. Definitely worth returning.

I always love returning to FAB. The place opens early and is welcoming. I've tried several burgers, all of which were delicious. The bun is always soft, and the meat is juicy and well-seasoned. What a great find! A burger joint in the Gallarate area, discovered by friends. The location is beautiful, modern, and colorful. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The menu is extensive and offers truly interesting options, including over a dozen sandwiches, all customizable starting with the type of bread (8 different types); you can also add an extra burger and other ingredients for a modest surcharge. Sandwiches always come with fries, also four different types. The selection of appetizers is also excellent, especially the vegetarian ones; I was amazed. The quality/price ratio is excellent, and the quality and quantity of food are truly top-notch. I repeat, a truly great find, I can't wait to go back.

I recently dined at Fab and was very satisfied. From the moment we walked in, the staff was attentive and friendly, despite the wait for a few minutes to be seated. The young man who served us demonstrated great professionalism and passion for his work. The menu includes a customized choice of sandwich, bun type, and side dish. One of the features I most appreciated was the gluten-free options. No small feat! My girlfriend, who is celiac, was thrilled to have such a wide selection of sandwiches and beers. I personally ordered the "sfizioso" with a side of fries and a chocolate cake to finish. Everything was truly delicious. I will definitely be back to try the other delicacies on the menu. Just one suggestion: to improve the experience, I think it would be helpful to improve the acoustics of the restaurant. The background noise, with the room full, made conversation a bit difficult at the table, but the overall rating is still really positive! Congratulations!

Positive experience! Excellent burgers, I recommend the fries as a side; they're truly tasty and unique, and hard to find anywhere else. Various selection of beers. Very tempting desserts. I recommend booking as the place isn't very big!

Locale carino, piacevole il design e i colori. Hamburger homemade con discreta scelta di tipologie di hamburger, dal classico al montanaro con speck croccante, quello con straccetti di pollo, o il milanese - con cotoletta - dall'hamburger di salsiccia al salmone. Ho apprezzato le 3 tipologie di patatine (io ho preso quelle speziate al forno, le consiglio). Qualsiasi scegliate il piatto hamburger + patatine costa 12 euro. Ce ne sono solo un paio che costano pochi euro in più. Potete scegliere anche il tipo di pane. Quello standard è incluso, se volete altri impasti, pagate 1/2 euro in più. Ad es. Carbone. Capitata per un pranzo veloce. 2 persone, 2 hamburger con contorno di patatine (scelti 2 tipi diversi), 1 litro d'acqua e 2 caffè abbiamo speso meno di 30 euro in 2. Direi buon prezzo. Piuttosto che il macdonalds, tanto ormai un menu grande costa tra le 12 e le 14 euro, ma la qualità è completamente diversa.
