After a 14-hour flight from Malaysia... only 7 hours home in London to celebrate the wedding, new suitcase... I arrive in Gallarate to spend a week with my family and celebrate with friends in the city center at an excellent aperitivo. I appreciated the staff's advice on swapping the usual spritz for the one from the Loggetta...excellent...and then I tried an excellent Americano, modified at the waiter's suggestion...THANK YOU! And thanks for the welcome! The platter was very welcome...excellent polenta and excellent selection of cured meats...and for the attention to detail in the presentation... And thanks to Matteo for his friendliness, professionalism, and quality of service...and for his kindness even remotely via text message... Great place!! Sunday will be a pleasant appointment before leaving...I tour many places in Europe and around the world...but finally something new, different, and high-quality in Gallarate. Keep going, guys, and see you soon!

Nice lunch spot. The staff were very nice, the food decent. Only downside is that you can not adjust your dish as they don't have a big selection. But for example in a salad if you want no onions they can do that for you. The food and drinks were nice and would definitively come back.

A Tuesday aperitivo, and we're increasingly eager to get back to normalcy, so we strolled around downtown Gallarate and, intrigued by this new venue, took the opportunity to try it out. I'd heard great things about Lanzarotti's catering service, and the promise was already interesting and even a little high. Despite this, on a Tuesday, the venue—and, to be honest, the other nearby venues—were all full. These days, if you don't book, you risk not finding a table, and while it's a bit of a hassle, it's also a nice feeling of returning to normalcy. So we asked, and even though it was full, they finally found us a table, scrupulously adhering to the anti-Covid guidelines during this sad time. At first glance, I must say, it's a great impression. The ambiance is refined down to the last detail, simple yet elegant, with a timeless style. That perfect refinement for this type of location. We really enjoyed the service, despite the young staff; they were very courteous, kind, and polite. But let's move on to the aperitif. I must say we were pleasantly satisfied, and the quality of the wines and cocktails we tried were excellent, served simply yet elegantly. This was true in terms of the choice of glasses, for example, but above all in terms of the quality of the products used. I personally drank a Primitivo, and I must say it fully satisfied my tastes. An added bonus is the choice to offer small dishes freshly prepared by an on-site chef as a side dish during aperitif time. This is certainly a winning choice, especially given the quality offered while maintaining a fair price. If this is the direction chosen, it will certainly be a great place to visit again and again! So my overall opinion is more than positive. A small point is perhaps having more options for appetizers to try with a nice aperitif, but once everything gets back to normal, I'm sure they'll surprise us and let us enjoy some wonderful evenings 🙂🍷 Needless to say, absolutely worth a try!

Tantissimi parcheggi nei dintorni e con due passi ti ritrovi di fronte ad una piccola chiesetta, in pieno centro. Aperitivo accompagnato da un buon risotto. È abitudine, ad esempio il martedì, preparare al momento un piatto decisamente buono, offerto con il primo giro. In alternativa pizza, taglieri e tanto altro. Consigliatissimo.

Location particolare, attigua ad una chiesa medievale. Personale giovane e disponibile ad accogliere le richieste del client. Aperitivo buono nella qualità ma modesto nella quantità

Aperitif dinner in the center of Gallarate, a beautiful and orderly pedestrian area. This historic venue offers a wide range of high-quality food, rightfully boasting its loggia overlooking the churchyard of the 11th-century Church of San Pietro. Wine list, soft drinks, and cocktails. The cuisine offers first courses and second courses, updated periodically; please check with the wait staff for current offerings. Snacks, sandwiches, and platters can accompany the aperitif. Shrimp and citrus risotto is available on demand during the aperitif dinner. Prices are reasonable, medium to high, but in keeping with the ambiance and the high quality of the products served. The wait staff is very busy, and some waitresses showed disappointment at some moments of confusion, but without compromising their professionalism and helpfulness. It will be a pleasure to return on other occasions.

Se avete una voglia particolare di bere alcolici, super alcolici o cocktail di qualuque tipo, siete nel posto giusto. Ci troviamo nella parte vecchia di Gallarate a ridosso della chiesetta. Il locale non passa inosservato. Locale molto moderno ed elegante. Quando entrate, vi accolgono pareti e pareti di super alcolici da ogni parte del globo. Personale sempre accogliente e un angolo bar organizzato per soddisfare qualunque esigenza e voglia del cliente. Una volta seduti abbiamo chiesto un classico aperitivo. Ordiniamo da bere e lasciamo fare per l'accompagnamento. Visto la concorrenza nelle vicinanze ci aspettavamo un aperitivo all'altezza dei competitori, ma il tagliere che ci presentano ci fà subito capire che non è un posto da aperitivo, quello classico Milanase per intenderci. Sprizz nella media e tagliere non proprio all'altezza di come si presenta il locale. Ci ritornerò per soddisfare qualche curiosità nel gustare un alcolico particolare insieme a qualche amico. Aperitivo, no grazie.

We had a good aperitif, and they also brought us a nice mixed platter. The only flaw is that they don't have any snacks like peanuts or chips, which is quite strange given the average service at other aperitif bars. It's their choice, obviously a corporate one. Not great, but good.

Questa mattina io e un gruppo di amici ci siamo recati a fare colazione presso il vostro bar. Tutto è andato bene fino al momento del conto, quando ci è stato comunicato che non era possibile effettuare pagamenti separati. Trovo questa politica inaccettabile e, peraltro, contraria alla normativa: ogni cliente ha il diritto di pagare ciò che ha effettivamente consumato e ricevere il relativo scontrino fiscale.Ci è stato detto che “non potete” fare conti separati, ma stranamente durante l’aperitivo questo non rappresenta mai un problema. Viene da pensare che non sia una questione di possibilità, ma di volontà… e il motivo resta poco chiaro.In ogni caso, personalmente ho deciso di non tornare più per la colazione.
