I've been eating at this Wendy's for over 20 years. It's a great Wendy's. I had one experience where I had one fewer nuggets and they rectified it with an entire new order....in 20+ years. The staff has always been exemplary and it's just about on the beach for atmosphere to boot! I reiterate, it's a great Wendy's!

Food was messy but good for the most part. Fountain machine was unfortunately not working. Chili is not as good as before but decent. Burgers and fries were very tasty. The dark haired, male manager at the windows talks like crap to his employees. I was shocked listening to his berating. Ridiculous!

On two separate attempts to visit this location, once at breakfast and then at 2 pm on a different day, the doors are locked. Supposedly a staffing shortage but employees are washing windows and picking up trash in the parking lot. Maybe staff should be used to open the restaurant during posted hours first!!

I made a pick-up order online. I went thru the drive thru. Over the speaker, I was told to pull up, past the cars in front of me, and come to the window. I asked, "You want me to pull up and come to the window?" He sounded annoyed and said "Yes". There was a steady stream of cars pulling up close to the window to pick up orders. It wasnt safe to walk up to the window and it would've been impossible to maneuver my vehicle to pull up next to the window. I waited inside my vehicle, in plain sight to the employee who told me to pull up, thinking it would be brought out to me. Finally I walked up after one car left before another pulled up. Inside, there was no one insight. It started raining hard. The next driver pulled up, barely missing me, and yelled at me for standing there. I went inside the side door then waited behind other customers getting their food. I finally got my order. I see absolutely no benefit to ordering online when I could've just ordered thru the drive-thru with far less trouble. No one should ever be told to walk up to the window. There should be someone to deliver online orders to the customer's vehicle. These employees need better customer service training and a better way to deliver online pick up orders.

My husband and I both got food poisoning from our combos. The crew had attitudes and were not friendly, we waited almost 20mins in the drive-thru and my husbands fries were fresh but the wrong size my were absolutely not fresh. The sweet tea was either old or they didn't clean out the tea urn.. my husband thinks they just added fresh tea to the old tea because it wasn't very sweet either.

Its a nice location, with an ocean view. The service is lacking. No sense of urgency apparent in any of the staff, girl on register clearly had an attitude in her behavior, though her customer service voice was on point. Purchased our order on the app and was waiting our food... and waiting... and waiting... Yet no food appeared in the pickup slots. Finally went up there and there was a bag sitting on the counter. Yes it was our food and had been sitting there for about 15 minutes. No drinks were made. So we had cold food and had to wait for our frosties to be made. No, we will not be returning.

.....walked in off the beach 5mins ago and the manager, I assume, was completely rude and upset that we walked into the dining and not using the drive through. I didn't see her name but it was a black woman with long hair. I will not spend a dime here or return ever again. How rude and disgusting

Brought my son here for some food. After he ate he asked for a water cup. They lady at the counter first just told my son no. Then I went up and she told me I would have to purchase a soft drink if I wanted water. I asked if I could just pay for the cup and not the soda I was told no, that the manager had changed the policy 15 minutes before. I understand not giving free water to everyone walking through the door, but maybe take care of the paying customers. Otherwise the paying customers might stop coming.

My fries were cold it look like and taste their grease was old. Fries nasty couldn't even finish them My burger a bit greasy but good I eat it. I asked for ranch but was given bbq sauce Don't waste your time or money Customer service was good she gave us information we didn't ask for just trying to help us out.
