I recently visited the new Black Rifle Coffee in Frisco and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in, and the coffee was bold, rich, and just as good as people say. The shop has a cozy, rustic vibe with cool decor and comfy seating that makes it a nice place to hang out, get some work done, or meet friends. It’s definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to for both the coffee and the welcoming atmosphere.
Good by Starbucks! Pleasantly smooth coffee without the burnt taste you get from other coffee shops! I don’t care for all the fluff added to today’s coffee but most places don’t know how to brew just a cup of joe! This place does! I had the cold brew with a splash of almond milk. Staff is extremely friendly and super fast service! I definitely recommend Black Rifle Coffee Company!
For my first time being there the staff was great the coffee was fantastic and loved being able to sit with my friends and just visit! Highly recommend visiting. Also they way they give back to veterans and first responders is amazing
what a great coffee shop for my beans. been ordering on line for a long time and just happened to see the location. the staff was so friendly I will be back.
Great coffee, clean eating/sitting area and baristas were super friendly and helpful. Great cause too so be sure to stop and support our veterans and the brave men and women who put their lives on the line so we can sleep well at night.
It was really a nice experience, we went there for car meet, then we had coffee and snacks there, coffee, brownie and churro donut everything was delicious, I love the small library there, environment was very nice there very quiet and cozy.
Great location for this local coffee shop. Their coffee tastes great along with some food options also available to consume. There is a little patio area outside which is a great place to hang out. There are combo options along with coffee. Different varieties of refreshments are available to order. The staff is great. The store closing time needs to be extended specially during summer time and weekends.
This was my first time visiting Black Rifle and I was very impressed! I loved the decor and atmosphere of the store and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. And the most important part was the coffee I had was rich, flavorful and so much better than that other place. I also love the company's commitment to our military and first responders. I will definitely return!
So happy BRC is here!! I will not drink anything other than BRC now & will only support them for who they are and what they are about. Not to mention the amazing flavors in all their blends. I just purchased 4 more bags for me & my daughter as a Christmas stocking stuffer. Always a warm welcome when you walk in, smells great, fun packaging, and knowing the creation & support this is for… I’m all in!!
I love Black Rifle! I usually don’t get coffee out, but after stopping here this morning, I will definitely be a repeat customer. The staff was very helpful with navigating the menu, and offered such positivity and kindness for an early morning. Little things like that make places fantastic, and the customer service here really exceeded expectations for me. The coffee was great, along with their energy drinks as well. Definitely will be back!
So this is a place that I have wanted to try before I moved. Luckily, my wife wanted a burger from Freddys and the closest one was 25 minutes away right by this place. Service/Barista was good. I didn't see the inside, but I'm sure it's nice. I've had their coffee beans, and they are robust. So, I grabbed a cup to go for the ride home. I had the smokey joe with Oatmilk, no dairy since I have a dairy allergy. Sadly. This cup was perfect, it wasn't too sweet, too strong. It was good, and delight for the drive home. I am a big fan of BRCC, I've seen their youtube videos and am happy they are a major proponent for veterans and those who served. I'm glad I was able to try them out and will miss them as they are not in New Mexico. However, the coffee beans are still available. If you get a chance, try it out. I def agree with Brooke's review about the smokey Joe.
Great coffee. Great price point for the drip. Great service. Additional seating on the inside would be welcome in lieu of some of the merch.
Coffee was good, I got one of the drinks recommended by staff and really enjoyed it. My dad is a vet and he and my mom love it here, the coffee, service, everything -- they'll drive a long way out of their way to come for the coffee and the K Cup pods. Shout out to Hailey who was super nice and helpful when we were in yesterday
LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this place! I don't live near this coffee shop but I had dropped my daughter off to a birthday party and just needed to kill some time. I didn't want to go all the way home so I decided to stop in, get a coffee and hang out until she was ready. This place is clean and well organized...(the bathrooms were also clean) They have a lot of merchandise for sale besides coffee. There were a lot of t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, cups and stickers. I ordered an iced vanilla Latte. It was really good. They ask you if you'd like to donate coffee to the military. You can purchase bags of coffee at $15.99 per bag or individual cans of coffee for $3 each. I thought that was really cool and I did purchase some. My brother is a retired Marine and my other brother and my sister both served in the Air Force. They also ask if you're military or a first responder (I'm not) because I believe you get a discount if you are. I wish I lived closer because I would definitely be going on a regular basis if I did.
ART is the BEST, 10/10 service, 10/10 attitude, 10/10 roast session, 10/10 recommend!!! I know the managers see these…. GIVE HIM A RAISE! Oh yea the coffee is really good too 😂
I came here with two Muslim brothers. I was pleasantly surprised because I had Black Rifle Coffee in the can and didn't know that that they had bistros. Imagine my pleasure upon seeing this place. I go in, still in disbelief. Place is open seven days from 5am. I was like, "These people ain't playing around!" Once inside I have a look around. One of the brothers grabbed some canned coffee and I got a Smokey Joe which is a coffee with hickory smoke. I left the milk off and added chocolate. The thing was good without adding sugar. This guy outside was out of gas. I went to help him and when I got back the brothers told me that the attendant offered to reheat the coffee. I was good so I passed on it. Anyway, I was happy to find the place.
I’ve passed by this place quite a few times, and I finally decided to give this place a try. Normally, I would just drink my Starbucks coffee, but I’m very happy I opened my horizon, because this coffee shop is a Hidden Gem. I got their Ice Coffee black, no cream, no sugar, and I was pleasantly surprised with the richness of the flavors, the strength of the coffee was just the way I like it, and dare I say, in some ways, surpassed Starbucks Ice Coffee. If you are a Veteran supporter and a coffee lover, I would definitely give this cute but tactical coffee shop a try!
Such great coffee. Staff was helpful and amazing help with apparel sizes. Liberty is my favorite drink.
This was a one of a kind experience . The staff is extra ordinary. The coffee taste phenomenal. Absolutely loved it.
So happy we have a different place to go for coffee nearby. Really nice environment and great service. I had a kolache and the spicy honey chai, my good looking half had an iced coffee and the croissant. All good. We sat inside but with the cooler weather setting in, we'll be sitting outside soon. Probably going to be a regular.

Awesome place, awesome coffee and food (Highly recommend the hot honey sausage biscuit) and Amazing Customer Service! Shout out to Jessica for welcoming us in and Kate for being so helpful and knowledgeable. Can’t say enough about the customer service by the entire staff.

I usually give a place a few visits before posting a review in hopes of providing the best insight I can for others that (like me) often rely on reviews & recommendations for reference. Will start off by saying that If there isn’t a Black Rifle Coffee location near you, this little gem of a place is definitely worth the drive—- yes, even if it means having to battle traffic on Highway 380 to get to this spot. Any coffee snob or first time coffee drinker will appreciate the flavor profiles of their coffee. The fact that they start with a fantastically aromatic & flavorful base of their coffee/espresso, I believe is what makes it great. I’ve tried a few different offerings now, from straight coffee to various options off of their specialty menu (hot & cold). I’ve been almost shocked that I would not rate any of these at any less than a 10. Their service has been prompt each time, coffee temp has been spot on and flavorful. Also impressive is that each of the employees I’ve encountered (even some I’ve witnessed assisting other customers) have always smiled warmly & been very kind. Surprisingly for an early morning place to have employees that each time give the impression of being more than happy to be serving these cups of deliciousness to us groggy (and sometimes grumpy)morning patrons is definitely a show of great hiring & training practices. I definitely recommend to give them a try as I will be certain to frequent this place for my regular java fill.
Art and the team at Black Rifle Coffee Company are absolutely top-notch. I’ve been coming here daily, and the customer service is truly unmatched. Every visit feels welcoming, consistent, and genuinely positive. They remember you, they care, and they take pride in what they do. The energy, professionalism, and attention to detail set this place apart. Highly recommend—this is how customer service should be done.
Hart did an awesome job taking care of me. I couldn’t figure out how to order online but when I got in-store even though he was the only one working (drive-thru and the front of house) he worked steadily and efficiently to get my order right. My coffee was delicious — this was my first visit and I’ll definitely be back.
I don't drink coffee but I met with a friend of mine there and was pleasantly surprised with the menu and the warmness I was greeted with. It seems like a place Patriots should go. I'm saddened that they did not support Kyle Rittenhouse though and is right to self-defense. I would think a place like this would support that.
Cody and his team absolutely crush it!. From the moment you walk in, the service is friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. The staff knows the menu well and always makes great recommendations. Coffee is consistently excellent—smooth, bold, and exactly what you expect from Black Rifle. The atmosphere is clean, energetic, and a great spot to start the day or take a break. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

I stopped by to see if this place could be the spot for my morning pick-me-up. The ambience was cool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My issue is that I ordered a medium coffee which is supposed to be 16 oz. I received my coffee in a 12 oz cup, their small size. (I measured it after my suspicion.) I know it could have been an honest mistake; I just wonder how many other people will experience the same mistake.
Great drinks!!! I love to take them to go, I think they can do better service after they take your money and tip. I wish they had a rewards program to save some money specially in this economy.
Sure, here's a 3-star review for Black Rifle Coffee that highlights its strengths but also notes its higher pricing compared to average coffee shops: --- **Rating: 3/5 Stars** I recently visited Black Rifle Coffee, and my experience was a mixed bag. There were definitely some positive aspects, but a few things left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. First, the positives: the coffee itself was undeniably good. The rich, bold flavor of their brews is something you don't find at your average coffee shop. Additionally, the atmosphere was inviting, with a cool, military-themed decor that made for a unique and interesting environment. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, offering helpful suggestions based on my taste preferences. However, there was one major downside that I couldn't ignore: the price. Black Rifle Coffee is noticeably more expensive than your typical coffee shop. While I understand that quality often comes at a premium, I found the prices to be a bit steep for what you get. For someone who drinks coffee daily, this could quickly add up and become quite costly. In summary, Black Rifle Coffee offers a great product and a unique atmosphere, but the higher price point is a significant drawback for me. If you're a coffee enthusiast willing to spend a little extra for a premium experience, it might be worth it. However, for those looking for an everyday coffee spot, the cost may be a bit .
I have to leave a review regarding my latest experience. I ordered an iced latte blended with sugarfree vanilla and whole milk and heavy cream. It was heavenly and I was so shocked at how good it was. I returned another day and again, great drink. I took my husband (who is a veteran, and they do offer veteran discounts so cheers for that) and he agreed yeah it’s oddly good. Next visit, the employee mentions something about a blended base. I asked what that was and they said it’s what they add to their blended drinks. I asked if it has sugar and she said “oh yeah , over 60 grams” . So in my sugarfree drink I’ve been ordering, they added an ingredient that i didn’t ask for and I’ve been consuming an absurd amount of sugar (which explains why it tastes like a coffee milkshake). Won’t be returning.

Never been here before but I got a BOGO coupon so decided to try it out. Coffee was so so and the barista was rude. Ordered two large but the second one rang up as a medium which I didn't realize at the time. After receiving the drinks, asked the barista and he looked at the receipt and pointed out it was a medium. He asked if I wanted it remade even though I got it for free. I declined because he sounded annoyed. Then he ripped up the receipt in pieces in front of me and didn't even ask me if I wanted it back. Needless to say I won't be returning here.
Customer service was great! Very kind and professional. The coffee on the other hand… I’m not so sure about. I got a 1776 iced with oat milk half sweet, and it tastes nothing like expected. Maybe I should’ve gotten all pumps! But the shots were bitter and unpleasant, while I do appreciate I could still taste the coffee with the sugar it was just not a great drink at all. My girlfriend got a matcha and it wasn’t even green? It’s yellow? I don’t think there was any matcha added. Again, I want to stress how king the staff was. Just bad coffee.

Drinks are very inconsistent, sometimes they are good and other times they are way too sweet. Quit asking for tips on drive thru orders. No chance I’m tipping on a drink that has a 50/50 chance of tasting awful. Honestly feels like their demeanor changes when you say no, hope that isn’t the reason my drink sucks half the time.
The amount of false advertising on that menu is just… how do they even get away with calling stuff what they do?! Whoever sourced this company’s product/ingredients should be fired! The only people leaving positive reviews on this place have probably only ever ordered just coffee items. The matcha is not even green. I asked about it and they explained it was a concentrate mostly made of fruit/melon juice. So a complete sham there. I ordered a chicken fajita burrito. The burrito is filled with basically just a saucy filling with like a couple pieces of chicken in it. Starbucks makes better burritos than this place! And then there was the churro donut. Why are they calling it a churro donut? Because it had the twisted shape of a churro. That’s the ONLY thing it had in common with a churro. There was no cinnamon. It was plain, and dry. Even the texture was not like a donut. I just tasted like fried vanilla cake. If the staff wasn’t so friendly and the decor clean and cool here, they wouldn’t be able to sell anything. I feel bad for them, having to carry the whole success of the business like that. Never coming back. 👎

My first experience was not good so I will not return. I don’t like when employees ask for extra money before I even pay for my coffee. “Would you like to donate to such and such” then “Would you like to leave a tip for the staff”…. I left a tip and once we received our coffees they were not good. Tasted like old bitter coffee. We both trashed the $15 I spent.
I went here after getting done at HEB. Ordered two small drinks one was caramel iced and one was blood vanilla tea or something like that. The caramel coffee was okay but the blood vanilla was just cream, it was way too sweet for consumption. I’m very sure they charged me for a medium because on the drive thru screen the prices shown were $4.85 for medium, I got charged $4.95 for a small. I went back through to clear the confusion and the worker there kept insisting that the price for a small coffee was $5. He also spilled some of my coffee before handing it to me and didn’t care to wipe it down. This place needs some work, any complaints or concerns should be forwarded to a manager, not a cashier.
Okay I'm sorry but I just got a Betsy coffee and it straight up tasted like heavy cream that I could not drink it. Whatever you do, don't listen to them when they say to add heavy cream to the drink. It was so gross, I just threw it away and couldn't get it replaced because I drove off far enough before I tried it
I got an iced matcha, the milk and sweetness was perfect but the color is the same as a pale milk color and it had absolutely no matcha flavor, we also got a 1776 coffee and it tasted super burnt and way to sweet for what was asked. spent $15 and will not go again.

Worst place ever!!!!! They don’t know how to close the lid at all! All the time!!!!! Hot coffee you need to have it quickly otherwise you need to share your coffee with cup and it will end up spill on your laptop once you grab it. Thanks for my new laptop excuse
Great coffee, truly. That said, I won’t be returning due to the company’s non-inclusive and politically-driven branding. I prefer to support businesses that are welcoming to everyone, regardless of belief, nationality, or identity. Disappointing, because the quality is certainly there. In an already deeply polarized time, I personally prefer to support businesses that bring people together rather than reinforce political or ideological divides.
