Don’t pass this new one up. This company prides in quality and they are doing great even for being in the final process of construction I always get my drink fast and the workers are very sweet I always have no issues. I love the taro and thai tea but they are all tasty!

Indoor dining area is finally open great atmosphere to hangout with friends or study. As it's a 7 Leaves it of course has the great quality drinks and helpful and engaging staff that all other locations that I have been to have as well.

Very convenient boba place. The drinks come presweetened, so you can ask for the Silver Jasmine mixed in to make it less sweet if the lowest sweetness level is still too sweet for you.

Very kind, very helpful. The macaroons are very good. I got the summer mint tea with boba. The orange and mint tea is a perfect way to end the day. They also have my favorite Thai Tea. Try both.

Very friendly and polite staff. Very quick drive thru. Wish they'd carry the strawberry croissants here but only have Macarons for now.

Their drive-thru right now only takes cash unless you order inside. The place is clean and quiet. There is table and chair to sit inside.

I always get my 7 leaves drink here and I've never once had a problem here. I always get the matcha soy drink and it's always good there. I've gotten a couple of their bakery items like the strawberry croissant and the macaroons and they've all tasted great.

The staff are awesome! The last time I was here, the lid was leaking and the employee noticed and fixed it before I even asked. My favorite drinks to get are the Matcha Soy and Strawberry Hibiscus.

I stop by before work to grab coffee for myself and coworkers. The last 2 times I've got coffee they mixed up the order. I ordered 3 house coffee and 2 Vietnamese coffee, I got the opposite. If you're paying good money for something, you should get it. Neither time, there wasn't a manager to speak with. Maybe I'll go elsewhere?!?! I've been coming here for awhile and always get the matcha soy! This location is a great study spot but it can understandably get get busy inside sometimes. Staff are always super friendly and have my drinks out quick. They've always been consistent so shoutout to y'all because it can be really busy sometimes. Would recommend getting the mobile app if you normally plan ahead nonetheless since those points can add up.

I’ve been studying at 7 Leaves Cafe almost every day (about 5 days a week) for the past four months while preparing for the LSAT, so I’ve really gotten to know this location and its team. There was unfortunately a serious incident a while back where two transients harassed and threatened me and two other customers, after Megha responded negligently and escalatory. It was a frightening situation, and for a while I was genuinely afraid to return. That experience could have completely driven me away. The reason I came back and continue to come back is because of team members like Alicia and Michelle. Their professionalism, warmth, and consistency completely changed the environment. When you study somewhere as often as I do, you notice everything from team energy, cleanliness, efficiency, and how customers are treated. Alicia and Michelle consistently stand out. For instance, they remember regulars and our drinks by memory (mine included!), know the menu thoroughly and confidently recommend new or popular items, work efficiently even during busy rushes, keep the environment positive and professional, and treat all customers with genuine kindness. As someone who spends hours here studying, I can honestly say their presence makes a difference. Many regulars light up when they see Alicia or Michelle working, and that says everything. They genuinely deserve recognition for the environment they create and the way they represent this location (I tried out many locations). Thank you both for making this a place I feel comfortable returning to.

I made an order online, but I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing. I immediately called the store to change my order. Unfortunately, the item was not available. Although Clarissa was very helpful in quickly creating an alternative. I appreciate it, especially since I was in a rush.

I had the # 2 drink on the menu, the Vietnamese coffee, and added sea cream and extra boba. It was DELICIOUS….and I do consider myself a connoisseur. Reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is just because the wait in the drivethru was longer than I’m accustomed to - they did have several customers backed up as it’s a popular place.

Good drinks but the drive thru takes a really long time. Probably order for pick up next time.

​I always order the Thai Tea at 7 Leaves, and it never disappoints. The flavor is authentic and well balanced. My only small suggestion is that I wish I could customize the sweetness level sometimes, as I don't always want that much sugar in my drink. Still, it's highly recommended

I love 7 leaves but this is a new location and my drink was slightly off... the staff are supper nice....the biggest problem for me location is hard to get in and out of there is one way in/out. If you plan on going east on Chapman and are coming from west Chapman no problem you can get your oder and go. If you are traveling any other direction you are going to have to make a turn into or chance an turnabout/Uturn. Good luck.

I have been too many 7 leaves, but this one was of below 7 leaves standards. The drink was not mix well and boba was old. Wasn't a good experience from 7 leaves normal quality.

The coffee is good; however, the wait time is horrible even with two lanes and this location only serves cold drinks. Give yourself plenty of time from the time you drive up to pick-up. You do have the option to park and place your order inside.

Drive thru was quick with no wait and the service was very friendly! We tried the Sea Cream Black coffee and Sea Cream Green Tea both with honey boba. Both drinks tasted exactly as titled - in particular the black coffee, that stuff is STRONG. Don't expect to go to sleep anytime soon lol I was expecting something sweeter with the Sea Cream. It is similar to having foam on a coffee - it adds texture to the drink but no actual flavor. Final point - this place is worth a try but won't be my personal go to.

my favorite drink is the mint sereno. ever since they had the large size available, their drinks have been so inconsistent :( so disappointing. the top foam is very bland and diluted while the bottom is where all the sugar sits with the coffee. pls fix this recipe or stay more consistent with how it was!

I spoke to Huy whom worked that day and verified my drinks were missing and there at the store. He said he refunded me but I did not see any refund. I called few days later and spoke to the manager himself and promised a refund. Fast forward to another week. No refund. This is just bad business in general. Your store employee confirmed with me that your delivery person forgot the drinks at the store and yet no compromise or refund was given. I've waited and waited for a promised refund but to only get the automatic response. "We're working on it". Take this review into consideration. Left a bad taste for me at this location. Will not be doing business here again

They didn’t call or notify me to let me know, I had to find their info to get in touch and speak to someone. All they offer is reimbursement and you will need to go there to get the rest or repay a delivery fee because they won’t eat the cost for their mistake. Speaking to the manager is pointless. Go out of your way to go to a different location.

Basically this 7 leaves usually has an issue with homeless and mentally unwell people coming in, which for the most part they usually dont bother anyone so it’s whatever. But yesterday there was a drunk guy that came in and asked for the bathroom. Im sitting near the bathroom and immediately when he goes in he starts yelling LOUD and screaming gibberish. I just ignore him as much as I can before I go tell an employee about it, thinking he would just leave soon. A girl beats me to it and tells an employee about him before leaving. An employee comes to the bathroom, pounds on the door and then just leaves. She says nothing to the guy, doesn’t tell him that he’s gotta go, just pounds on the door and leaves. Im sitting right next to the bathroom so the drunk guy opens the door mad and starts saying “who was hitting the door, was it you?”. I have my back facing him and got my headphones on, so I just ignore him and pretend I dont hear him cause I wasn’t the one who pounded the door, just minding my business. He then starts angrily mumbling gibberish and as he’s about to close the door he says to me something, something mexican (it sounded like he said stupid mexican). At this point im already stressed and heated with how loud and obnoxious he was being in the bathroom but that racist comment just set me off and I yelled at him to repeat what he said (cause he didnt think i heard him) and to shut up and leave. I am emberassed by that outburst and shouldn’t of reacted that way, I apologize to the employees for reacting off emotion and raising my voice in the building, I will take responsibility for that. Fast forward, all of that commotion leads to back and forth arguing and a crazy lady threatening me and another customer that she’s gonna harm us. I write this review cause I feel all of this could have been avoided if an employee we’re to DIRECTLY address the guy in the bathroom in the first place. Instead the employee just pounded on the door and walked away, leaving ME to look like I was the one who did it since im the first person the guy saw and said that racist comment too. In the future if y’all are gonna kick someone out the bathroom make sure you actually speak to them instead of agitating them and leaving him to your customers to deal with.
