Visited on a Saturday's night to dine in, and everything went well. The place was a little busy but not too bad, and staff moved fairly quickly to have everyone ordered out. Our food was nearly organized in the containers and tasted hot and delicious! We asked for extra pico salsa, and the staff gave us exactly what we wanted. Overall, it was a pleasant dine in experience that we weren't quite expecting but glad we had.

Tried the salad and though it tastes good and looks fresh I’m not satisfied. The place is not well maintained and the bathrooms are not working. I think as a general rule if you go to a place and the bathrooms are broke —- flee!

The food was great — that Street Corn salad rocks! The chips included with the combo meal were crispy and warm, even though a small serving. The counter-man was friendly and efficient. The iced tea was fresh brewed. There is a lot of good here. One major drawback, the thing that bursted this property down from 5 to 3 stars, is the restroom. It is adequate for the purpose, but it is obvious that cleanliness and maintenance are not priorities. Sunday afternoon, 1 o’clock-ish, no paper towels, soap almost empty, fixtures falling off the walls. So, okay, but not reassuring in a restaurant situation, where you want to know that the employees value clean hands!

Restaurant a bit dated and not clean. The staff is friendly and cheerful. Bathrooms are dirty. Plenty of free self parking. The food is the same as most El Pollo loco.

This was the very first time I was disappointed visiting/eating El Pollo Loco. I felt sorry for the one guy who was doing the job of 2.5 people during lunch time. My classic tostada was made as though that location was running low of products. From the amount of sour cream, cheese, chicken, etc. Even the tostada shell was not crunchy. I almost returned my food to get my money back but due to a crunch in time and I had gone out for a 40 minute run in the morning...I tolerated my lunch. Poor management is what I observed there. I will still visit El Pollo Loco but not this location.

Food was what you would expect for a cheap fast food chicken and taco place. It was decent but not fantastic. This particular location had cleanliness issues. We saw the largest cockroach we have ever seen in their dining room (3-4 inch body). If we had not already ordered, I most likely would have walked out. I told the manager and they responded immediately and swept it up. The food didn’t seem old. Wasn’t greasy. We didn’t get food poisoning so maybe the roach was an isolated issue from outside. Or maybe I have too low of standards lol.

This place is FILTHY!!!! Greeted with grimy floors, trash all over. Not a single clean table to be had although only 2 other customers in the store. And the best part? Coin operated bathrooms with a security camera pointed directly in the doors.....

Bought a tortilla soup along with a burrito and a salad. Cashier handed over my food and I noticed I was missing my burrito. I finally arrived home and gave my daughter her favorite soup and noticed that her tortilla soup was nothing but warm water with cold vegetables....NO FLAVOR whatsoever and no tortilla chips!!!!!. 😭😭 paid almost $8 for it. I called the store twice, but no one answered. First and last time I stop at this particular Pollo Loco!!!!

Jorge G is a terrible cashier for drive through. Not only did he keep me waiting to order my food and no one was in line, I go up to pay and no car in line: he was doing this on purpose. I pulled up and he’s taking an order foe the car behind me and doesn’t open the window so I can pay. He was definitely stalling on me and it was very rude behavior. He was complaining in Spanish he’s tired well maybe go home and quit with your lousy services.

Clean your restrooms they are disgusting, I can tell they havent been properly cleaned in weeks, I regret ordering food here.

do not go to this pollo loco it’s terrible they gave me raw chicken and cold food ts pmo fr 🥀 and they only gave me 3 pieces of shrimp too like waaaa ???
